La nourriture y est très bonne. Les plantes

Vraiment pas confortable. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, c’est donc impossible de dormir sans bouchons d’oreilles. La chambre que nous avions était vétuste et ne correspondait pas aux photos que j’avais pu voir.

A hotel which is itself worth the trip!

The architecture of this hotel is in itself a reason for staying there. Beautiful green walls and warmly decorated rooms. In addition, breakfast includes vegetables produced in the hotel's own hydroponic farm on the rooftop.

Our reservation didn't include breakfast and we thought the additional 100.000 IDR were a bit too much considering what you got. There are plenty of nice cafés in the surroundings though. Be aware that there is a neighbouring mosque, meaning that one should expect prayers through the speakers throughout the day (including early morning)

Unique aesthetics in a well maintained property

The property is very well maintained, it has a pleasant smell, the aesthetics of the hotel is one of the nicest I have been and the room is in very good condition.

A haven of peace in the middle of the city

We loved staying at GreenHost Boutique Hotel! The location is very central, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, coffee places, bars, and close to the main tourist attractions by scooter/car. The hotel is built in a way that it is very cool when you step inside, a little haven of peace in the middle of the city. The bedrooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Apart from a karaoke next door on the weekend (but that ended not too late), it was really quiet so we slept really well.

The breakfast could be improved a little.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön mit ganz viel grün. Die Zimmer zwar nicht besonders groß aber schön und sauber Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr belebten Straße, wo viele Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe sind. Sehr freundliches Personal

Der Weg zum Palast ist ziemlich weit. Der Palast kann aber mit einer Mietrikscha sehr einfach in kurzer Zeit erreicht werden. Leider wurde zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts (August 2023) ein Teil des Hotels renoviert, so dass rund um den Pool kaum Platz für Liegen, etc. war. Der Pool bekommt durch seine Lage im Inneren des Hotels kaum Sonne ab und ist ziemlich kühl.

Keep it up

Awesome green space, eco-friendly, and design, too. Grow your own veggies. I would like to compliment Mr Andri. I tried to make a reservation for the dinner buffet, but he informed me there wasn't a need. However, there were any more dining tables. He patiently and calmly solved the problem by setting up another table specifically for me.

The shower area for the swimming pool is lacking. The shower tap was missing, and I couldn't clean myself before and after my swim. The washroom door in the room was not properly maintained. I had difficulty opening and closing the door properly. There was a huge gap that I could peek through when I closed the door.

A great choice to get a glimpse of Yogyakarta

Excellent location in a very typical Indonesian environment, nice coffee shops and arty boutiques.

The most is nearby and the early prayer is quite loud and pretty early…

Wonderful atmosphere and design, comfortable room in the heart of Yogyakarta

Wonderful hotel, well maintained over the years. Great design and lovely plants. Slept very well in the bed. Great location and good service.

The bathroom is quite unfunctional. While taking shower the whole bathroom gets wet. The solution with the shower curtain is not ideal. A piece of glass for the first meter next to the shower head would solve the issue nicely. Also if the shower curtain would go closer to the floor the issue could be solved. From a hotel that nice I would expect that to be improved. The breakfast was good but a bit below average. When the hotel first opened the breakfast was the same and for that time great but it did not quite adjust for the standards of the last years. Im sure you can do better :)

A really good place to stay, comfy beds, good breakfast and lovely staff.

Maybe just us, but too far to walk (down the busy road) to main sights of Kraton etc.

Scenographic hotel with cozy rooms

Amazing architecture, very scenographic. Clean and cozy rooms. Nice staff and lots of services offered. Good buffed breakfast wit lot of choice. Close to a lots of pubs and restaurant. Recommended.

The windows of the room cannot be opened.

Plants everywhere! it’s really an amazing place! The location is also very handy with a number of cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood and close to the centre with its sights

Recommendable hotel, top!

Very nice green hotel, we really liked the look and atmosphere! Top staff, very helpful. There is also a great and fast (1,5 hours) laundry service directly next door. Lots of (local & international) restaurants close by.
