1.staffs are kind

1.Automatic door doesnt work properly, and this is the 4th time we visit without somebody fixing it, terrible. 2.bell boy was not available when arrival as well as upon check out, so we havr to go down and up with our belonging 3.The hotel started look run down and old 4.chair in room 321 was almost break, pls repair before causing am accident

Love This Hotel

All facilities work well, staffs are wholeheartedly friendly and kind, the room is spacious and clean..really love this hotel.. Swimming pool is amazing with artificial waterfall.. Location is great..less than 10mins drive away from famous Malioboro (cost only around 20k IDR by grabcar).. The fridge in the room is really working, that the freezer can actually freeze my blue ice..

But they have limited parkig space and small elevators. Those 2 kinda be a hiccup during high season / rush hour. The AC temperature in my room (825) can't be adjusted. It was so cool even when we turn the thermostat to 30º. Other than that, this hotel really meet my expectation. A superb hotel with a reasonable price.

The power outages were inconvenient. If I were to come with my wife I would need a room where there was no mould in the bathroom silicon to avoid respiratory issues

- Pool area is not very clean and sun reaches only in the morning - Breakfast: when the coffee machine is empty it get switched off... - mosque & school beside the hotel (the class starts at 7 am with speakers)

Very good

The location was great, near mall and many attractions. Not many varieties of breakfast but the taste was quiet good. The room was tidy and clean. Staffs were very helpful.

The interior was kinda old and the room was a bit dark.

Location

1. I always come and go by taxi, few times cant even drop off properly because there are huge bus park all the time (bali united bus) in the lobby where it should be only for drop off and pick up. No staff was present to maintain instead it created traffic and super not pleasant. 2. Sometimes they check the car sometimes not, super not consistent. 3. First arrival the room toilet (i was at room 516) was so smelly. It disappeared after a while but it shows the air circulation was not great. 4. Few times after we left the room, even only for 30 mins it smelled like smoking room. I am pregnant so this is bad experience.

Substandard and more like 3 stars.

The furniture was acceptable.

Prevalent second hand cigarette smoke in the lobby and restaurants made it impossible to eat on premises or breathe while walking through the lobby. The shower smelled like dirty feet, there was visible red mold and the shower glass was covered with spots—these are normal things that happen to neglected bathrooms which hotels usually prevent with daily cleaning. The hallway carpets had holes and gaps between sections. The photos on the website misrepresent what the place looks like today. No help bringing luggage to the room.

Very good

I went from Malaysia. The only problem we faced was the usb charging point, like other hotels it was not given. We had a different type of adaptor which was not getting fit in the sockets. We managed somehow. Iron facility was also not there in the room which I feel should be given.

Great stay in Jogjakarta

The staff at breakfast was really nice, she helped my mother to get anything..superb on the extended service. Also the housekeeping to get us bolster punctually when requested. The hot shower is great and the bed is comfy.

The reception at breakfast asked for extra charge for my nephew who is 10 year old claiming the limit of age to be free of charge for breakfast is 6 year old. But when we checked in we already asked the hotel reception and got informed the kid up to 12 years old would have breakfast for free. Well I don't know which one is correct. The air con controller in my room is tricky to use..you have to press it first before you turn it to the left or right.

Wonderful stay

The service of the staffs are the fullest. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfy. Everything in the room is like in the picture. The brightness of the light in the room is great since I don't like dimly lit.

The clogged sink in my room, but after calling it get repaired quickly. Due to parking space limitation, we parked at the school next door for 1 night but it's safe. The rest of the stay we got parked in the basement.

Friendly staff, but need to improve on maintenance and housekeeping

Good beds, friendly staff, fitness trainers

Hotel looks good at first glance, but several things did not work/function that well anymore. For example 2 from the 3 thread mills at the fitness center were out of operation. Apparently no plan to get them repaired. The bathroom could be cleaner, dirty towels were removed and not replaced by new ones (twice), no spare toilet paper role even although there was little paper left. These are (small) irritators. It is suppose to be a 4 star hotel and it has also the capacity to be 4 star, however they need to improve on maintenance and housekeeping to continue to meet the 4 star qualifications.
