Lowbudget hotel

Het ontbijt is beperkt maar goed, leuk zwembad maar weinig ligbedden

Kleine kamer en badkamer. De ramen sluiten niet volledig waardoor er veel insecten binnenkwamen. We keken uit op een muur. Er is een moskee naast het hotel.

Perfektní poměr ceny a kvality

Primárním důvodem výběru tohoto ubytování byla jeho skvělá lokalita, pěšky lze bez problémů za 30 minut dojít ke Kratonu, o něco kratší dobu zabere chůze k hlavní třídě Malioboro. Pokoje jsou malé, ale pohodlné. Toalety i koupelna jsou čisté. Personál je velmi milý a nápomocný. V přilehlé restauraci se servírují bohaté snídaně, které se v průběhu našeho pobytu obměnily. K dispozici je i malý bazén, který jsme však nevyužili.

Restaurace přijímá poslední objednávky již v 21:00, takže je třeba přijít brzy.

Very comfortable place made perfect by great staff.

Good breakfast of local food. Different each day. Staff were great, so friendly and helpful, really made us feel at home. Beautiful garden and nice big pool. And the beer was ice cold.

Schöne gemütliche Unterkunft für ein paar Tage

- Der Außenbereich mit Pool war super schön und liebevoll gestaltet! Überall sind Pflanzen und Sitzmöglichkeiten - Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine gute Klimaanlage und einen wunderschönen kleinen Balkon - Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend - Wasser konnte kostenlos aufgefüllt werden - offener Frühstücksraum

- das Bad war sehr klein und die Amatur leider sehr verkalkt. Der Geruch war am Anfang nicht sehr angenehm, man gewöhnte sich aber schnell daran - Frühstück sehr einfach aber für jeden was dabei. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top! - am Pool gab es nur wenig Liegen (ziemlich unbequem) - Aber: Meckern auf hohem Niveau

Good value for money!

The swimming pool is even more beautiful than in the pictures, we also were really surprised by the beautiful garden. Very cosy to sit outside in the evening at the bar. We rented a scooter in the hotel, which was very convenient, but if you want to see the important tourist attractions like e.g. Kraton, Malioboro street,.. they are even on walking distance. Personnel was very friendly and always tried their best to help us, even if their English is not always 100%.

You don’t need to expect the most fancy room. Our room (and certainly the bathroom) was a bit outdated, but it was not really an issue for us. The door to the balcony closed not very good. It is a very simple room. I did miss a hair dryer.

very nice stay

The hotel is very pretty, the pool area is amazing. The room is pretty basic but it was all ok. Air-con working perfectly and we also had a small balcony, with unfortunately not a very nice view. The staff is really helpful, though they don’t speak very good English. They arranged our transport form the airport to the hotel with just 2h advance. Since we had breakfast, they prepared for us a take away when we had a sunset tour at 4AM!! The hotel has a water machine so no need to but plastic water bottles, you can use your reusable ones

The breakfast of you are vegetarian is pretty limited to basically toast and jam. More options for meat eaters, though mostly Indonesia type: rice and various toppings. Fruits available (which is obviously good). You can expect some ants as a visitors in your room and some lizards on the corridor (the corridor area is not fully interior). What I truly really didn’t like is that we arranged a shuttle to the airport with them a day in advance for 2 PM. At 12PM the day of departure they told us they didn’t have a car (they offered it to a family) and we needed to search for a new way of transport (not very difficult, Grab works perfectly)

The staff was so unhelpful and also they don't endorse our taxi. First of all i book for hotel pick up and drop off but to my surprised on our last night only then I was informed that they will just book grab. I'm in a holiday mood and I Don't want to ruin our vacation so I kept quiet. But in the end the night staff didn't inform the morning staff that they needed to book a grab. My husband just went there and asked after minutes of waiting, the worst part is when he asked the staff was not aware. So how if we keep waiting WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE IN BOOKING US ANOTHER TICKET IF WE MISS OUT FLIGHT???? HE SAID I DON'T KNOW.. LIKE WHAT THE HELL, are u serious????? I have an infant baby eh. First experience in the pool I was sending a message saying we cannot use it. But when I went there to asked they said they thought I'm from outside customer. HOW CAN I BE OUTSIDE I WAS SENDING MESSAGE IN WATSAPP SAME NUMBER. WE HAVE CONVERSATIONS, THEY DON'T KNOW (AGAIN????) NOW THEY ASK HOW CAN THEY make up with us??? If i say refund our stay??? The driver second day, we can't understand and we don't enjoy the tour . And I found out that they are not working in hotel, so what you expect me to feel. You should know that we are tourists We are Filipino so we don't know bahasa. So again our money wasted .. he brought us to place that we also cannot understand some more expensive.. THIS IS REALLY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . WHEN I START SENDING MESSAGE TO COMPLAIN NO ONE REPLYING. IS THIS HOW YOU HANDLE COMPLAINING AFTER YOU WAT CUSTOMER MONEY . I WAITED FOR WHOLE DAY FOR AN EXPLANATION , NO ONE ANSWER. BUT WATSAPP IS ONLINE. SO IGNORING CUSTOMER FEELING? I WAS SO DAMN ANGRY. Breakfast also not worth it. I was hoping for a heavy breakfast but only bread and egg in 2days .. haaaays. I WILL WAIT FOR YOUR REPLY

The hotel is very beautiful, my room was amazing and had great facilities. The breakfast was good, there was a selection of local food, toast and tea/coffee. The WiFi worked well, and the room had a good shower. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, great hosts

I didn't realise the hotel was right next to a mosque. The call to prayer woke me up every day at 4:00 a.m., but that couldn't be helped and did manage to get back off to sleep

good for short stay

staff was very helpful and friendly, the room has a good size and it’s clean. we stayed there two nights so it was okay. having the balcony is a good extra. the swimming pool and the garden were nice and breakfast had a lot of choices.

they should def put a shower curtain, otherwise every time someone showers the full bathroom is wet.

Very good

Very clean. Good food, beautiful garden and pool. Very relaxing. My children enjoy swimming at the pool very much.

The family room is so spacious and comfortable compare to the standard room i stayed a day before. It's the best choice for a family. Good food. Staff are friendly and helpful. With beautiful garden and pool. Very relaxing. My children enjoy swimming at the pool very much.

Breakfast start a bit late, at 7 a. m. Many guests waiting for breakfast since 6 a. m. There's a long queue when the breakfast started at 7. Not enough seats too.

Lights and shadows

Personal working there were really kind. The pool is great! Near to Malioboro but no noise place.

The room was not totally clean, it semmed so at first but you could see dirty corners. The day that we did the check out, I forgot 1 bikini in the room. The hotel kept our bags for all day, few hours lster we return to take our bags and I told them I forgot my bikini in the room, we went to check to the room but it was not there, also they didn't have any report from the cleaning staff.. So clearly the bikini was lost in the hotel...

Okay stay, could be better.

We had a private taxi driver for 12h, organized bij our hotel. We asked for extra towels, which was no problem. We could store our luggage while waiting for pickup time and going through the city. Breakfast was okay.

It was a pity our towels didnt get changed like we expected. The AC was making a lot of noise during the night. Whole bathroom get wet when u shower since its next to eachother without curtain or anything.

Peacefull invironment with nice swimming pool

The swimming pool is nice to start your day. The center is easy to reach with betjak or taxi (grab). The hotel is away from buzy traffic. The garden is nice. Breakfast is ok.

The rooms are very basic and could be upgraded.

An okay short stay for the price

the pool area is great and generally the garden which offers some peace and quite from the city, and the location is great as well.

the rooms were not cleaned on arrival, generally the rooms need an update - the shower was falling out of the wall, and the bathroom could use a deep cleaning.
