Location was perfect, literally one minute walk from reception to city entrance. The lounge/bar looks directly on to the city walls, which gives a great view day and night. Staff were helpful. Plenty of car parking without any height restrictions. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, no noise from neighbours. It was a short stop-over and would have liked to have stopped another night, but we hope to return again soon.

Situación excepcional al lado de la entrada a la fortaleza de Carcassone. Muy bonitas las instalaciones y cómodas.
Por poner una pega, la decoración en rojo agobia un poco aunque no pasas mucho tiempo en la habitación

The location of this hotel is perfect for a visit to the old town. A nice small pool to relax after sightseeing. Nice breakfast but overpriced for the amount of food which is fixed.
The room was dark, with black walls. Combined with grey weather it made for a bit of a gloomy feeling. Normally we enjoy to stay in a hotel room to relax, read a book etc but this time not so much. Overall we felt this hotel is overpriced.

The location was fantastic, could not be better. Just a short walk over the road to the medieval city and a lovely view from the breakfast area. The grounds are well kept and the pool was very private. Staff service around the pool is very good.
The rooms are tidy and are big enough for what we needed - a base to sleep and change.
The hallway and room decor is very ‘out there’, a little too colourful. The decor in the main reception and bar is lovely but the rooms don’t match.
Need another mirror in the room. Only one mirror in the bathroom which meant that you couldn’t get ready whilst someone was in the shower because of the steam. Also meant you were on top of one another as had to share the one mirror.

The room wasn't great - dated decor/tv didn't work. But the pool and bar area were lovely and the staff were great. Location was also excellent.
Rooms need a refurb.

The location was perfect! So close to the bars, restaurants and cafes! Stunning views of the beautiful castle! The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool and sun loungers where you can relax!
Everything was perfect. I would recommend staying here when you visit Carcassonne!

Comfortable bed, pillow's, duvet, lovely towels, felt luxury. Location was fantastic. Great views!
The room was too hot so had to keep the windows open which isn't ideal when you want to block out daylight to sleep in. No restaurant or cooked breakfasts.

room a little on the snug side but rarely in it. no real restaurant onsite. good breakfast and some snacks available but lots of restaurants in castle 400m away

The location of the hotel and several staff were about the only redeeming factors about this property.
Instead of telling us they were experiencing a staffing problem with maid service and our room wouldn’t be ready for 1.5-2 hours. They said it would be 30 minutes and then 15 minutes more 3 times. We would have rearranged our visit to the Castle if they had just been up front about the cleaning issue and not been postponed so many times. Totally frustrating!!!
Beware if you have the family room #62 (one queen and two twins). The color scheme is like a red leopard with black spots or a hideous bordello with cement floors. After traveling around France for 2 weeks, this is the first place not to have a tea kettle and coffee/tea cups in the room. There are a couple of stools to sit on, no chair, despite the fact there was plenty of space for one. Plus one of the reading lamps over a twin bed didn’t work. We almost cried we were laughing so hard about all the problems with this hotel!

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Good private parking.
Bathroom not upto 3 star standard. Too small, shower door not maintained. Soap dispenser not working.

Great location, colorful rooms.
We didn't find the reception on the first try. It's where the stairs up to the old town are.
The bathrooms are tiny but functional.

Charmingly decorated and very comfortable room, superb location moments from the walled city, great bar area to relax and parking. Most warm and helpful staff.
Our room didn’t have the option to open a window for ventilation, however the air conditioning was perfect and it was quiet.
