It’s so comfortable and clean. The staff were so warm and helpful. And the patio upstairs with the kitchen are excellent amenities. Also, several negative comments were made about the poor lighting, but in my room the lighting was great. I like bright rooms and this room met my expectations.
Honestly nothing I can think of, and I’m a person who tends to critique a lot.

The location was great. Loved the small pool they have to relax and unwind. Wish they kept it clean. The water doesn’t seem to be very clean, but very relaxing nonetheless. We got a room next to the street and In the morning you hear a lot of the big trucks and cars pass by very loudly. Not much property can do there but wouldn’t been nice to had a room closer to back where it would be leas quite. So if your planning on sleeping in make sure you take that in consideration. Overall a great stay also wish it had A/C because the heat was unbearable.
Loud cara/trucks next to window early in the morning. Pool might need some attention.

The second level of the bed has a nice switch to turn off the lights downstairs. I know that sounds normal but it just amazed me with their thoughtfulness ❤️

The place is so beautiful, rooms may not be quite large, but they’re just the right size and beds are very comfortable. Shower has hot water and there’s a blanket in case you get cold. The property is also very secure, it has two doors to enter, both with electronic codes.
There’s no TV, this is not a dealbreaker tho, it’s just a preference, but not really necessary.

Far exceeded expectations. The check-in process was simple and super smooth. We were giving access codes to the door 24 hours before and allowed us to check-in without finding anyone. Once we did find staff they were super friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked to cook any meals or keep a cold drink for hanging out on the gorgeous patio. Great views. The WiFi was blazing fast and the shower water was super hot.

Great location. Beautiful design
No hot water in the shower. Not enough options for breakfast

Breakfast fine, location decent.
Shower didn't work because the showered was blocked by limescale; despite this being reported to management no attempt was made to fix it. Room not cleaned during my stay, and there were wet and dirty shoe prints left by one of the staff when showing her the issue with the shower.

Terrace and kitchen on roof . decor , plants . fans .
The loft beds have steep stairs and there aren’t windows that allow decent fresh air in. There were drinking water decanters provided that were empty so I filled ours with water from the filter tap upstairs in the kitchen but I think this water gave us diahreea. There is no one to control noise at night from guests partying on the roof.

The whole place, the view and the location are perfect.
Uncomfortable bed, dirty floor and not a chair to sit near the entrance table in the Studio 5.

Great shower. Cute room, neat.
Self check in has its benefits, and challenges.

The guesthouse is well located within easy walking distance of both centro and Chapultepec. The room was comfortable, and we especially loved the beautiful rooftop terrace where there is also a full kitchen available to guests. There are some great restaurant and bar options very close by (including next door!). The staff were extremely responsive as well.
As I was working during my stay, the room was a bit dark since the windows are small and face onto a courtyard, but this wouldn't have been noticed if I hadn't been sitting in the room for many hours during the day. This would not deter me from returning though!

The decor in the rooms is beautiful. Rooftop patio is great. I loved the layout of the entire place. Kitchen seems to stay open all night. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
There were some issues with booking.com. The reservation was hard to find, but this eventually got resolved.

very clean, perfect communication, we loved the style of the house and the beautiful terrace. Our room was a little bit small, but it was okay for 2 people. Very calm, very good location.

Too noisy, people partying all night and there is no staff on-site to help

Good location. Ambience was great. Customer service by attendant was outstanding!
Problem with lights. Wifi was spotty.

The roof and place itself was nice. All the other rooms were nice but suite 5 sucks. The staff that was around was nice and the roof top was lovely. The location is also nice as well.
No hand rail on a steep staircase felt unsafe. Also the WiFi was garbage in suite 5 and only worked on the roof. Messaging with the property and the response was crazy delayed. Would have loved any other room a lot more.

The roof top and terrace were amazing. It was so nice to chill out there and bask in the sun and at night have some snacks and drinks! Such a relaxing place. Super close to all the historical sites of the city!
The entrance works with a keypad and code system. For the most part the doors worked well. The first door sometimes was tricky getting it opened though.
