Tjusigt hotell i de Gamla Kvarteren

Magiskt fint hotell med kanonläge mitt i de livliga gamla kvarteren. Fin takbar som vi besökte varje kväll med cool utsikt, läcker infinty pool. Personalen är oerhört trevliga och hjälpsamma. Stora fina rum och fantastisk frukost. Rekommenderar alla att bo på detta superfina hotell ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Comfortable, classy hotel with superb staff

All staff were friendly and helpful with a special shoutout to Minh who helped organise restaurants, outings and cars. The breakfast had an overall good selection with both Western and Asian options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable (suites). The location was excellent for exploring.

위치가 좋은 수영장 딸린 호텔

하노이 관광의 출발지인 호안끼엠 호수에 호텔이 위치하고 있어서 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 성요셉성당도 근처에 있으나 콩까페, 맛집 등이 근처에 많이 있으며 맥주거리나 동쑤언 시장 등으로 걸어서 이동하기 편리합니다. 조식도 기대이상으로 만족스러웠으며, 비록 이용하지는 못했지만 수영장이 있어서 어린자녀들을 동행한다면 아주 좋은 선택이 될것 같습니다.

선택한 숙소에 창문이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠어요.

Pour la piscine et le sauna

Très bon accueil et service. Chambres jolies, confortables et bien meublées. La piscine sur le toit est magnifique. Bon emplacement.

Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, mais les produits pourraient être de meilleure qualité. Nous vous conseillons cet hôtel si vous avez vraiment le temps de profiter de la piscine, du sauna et du bar sur le toit. Sinon, cet hôtel vous semblera beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'il est.

Wonderful stay

Very friendly staff. Beautiful lobby. Two elevators that worked quickly. Room was a good size but not much space for have two suitcases open. There is a big closet to store away items. Very large shower with glass wall and button to frost the wall for privacy. Breakfast was plentiful with many options; although the vegetarian options were limited, the staff was accommodating and assisted us. We really loved the various fruit options (at least 5 different types each morning). We also had room service from the restaurant and enjoyed the food. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area. The staff was very friendly there as well and engaging with our toddler. The location was perfect for walking around. They have a sauna, Japanese cold soaking tub/whirlpool tub and steam baths. We didn't use any of these.

The window was very small and the closet was very big. A better balance between the two would have been nice.

Hotel with great location to explore Hanoi

- Good location for exploring the old quarter - The staff was very kind and helpful - Nice room size when travelling with baby and comfortable beds

- The perfume was too strong in the entire hotel - It was a bit of a shame that we had to repeatedly ask for additional towels for our baby and still only got two sets again the day after

Prima hotel in centrum

Goede ligging. Zeker voor een laatste dag in Vietnam. Prima drop off service.

Het enige raam in de kamer heeft geen uitzicht. We hadden wat problemen met de wifi, maar het personeel heeft hier heel attent op gereageerd.

A perfect stopover with fantastic staff.

We only stayed for 2 days before we headed home, but the staff made us feel they had known us for weeks. They were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, and the shower was to die for! The location in the Old Quarter was great and ideal for a stopover. We wish we had more time in Hanoi, as there is so much to see.

Quite good, nothing adverse.

Location was good. Breakfast was very good, kids rated Pho highly. Rooms a very good size.

Reception folk ok, but not as friendly as previous hotels we stayed at, a little aloof (gold costumes inflated the importance perhaps).

Amazing staff elevates the experience

The hotel itself was quite nice and very comfortable, but the biggest asset is the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My trip had a bumpy start when the taxi driver suddenly demanded far more money for the ride from the airport; someone from the concierge desk helped with translation and resolving the issue. They all reserved a ticket for the water puppet show which saved me a hassle when I asked for help with that later. I want to give a special acknowledgement to Thien for being amazing at his job! The breakfast was delicious too.

Could be a little noisy in my room during daytime hours since there was something being renovated in that part of the hotel or in a building next to it.

Awesome and excellent with no regrets

The staff was excellent especially Ruby Vu (sales administrator) n Minh (hope his name correct - at the reception). they made our stay a pleasant one with excellent arrangement. Every staff deserve credit as they made us felt welcome with the smiles and friendliness. From the lobby, roof top bar and also our rooms was so clean and the food was excellent too. Location of the hotel was also great as we were able to walk around town. Me and my family will surely stay at this hotel if we were to visit Hanoi again.

Super courteous staff and excellent property

The property is priced very reasonably. The property is located in the heart of the city. I did not have to take any mode of transport to go to any place. The rooms were excellent. The most important part was that the staff was super courteous.

There is nothing much on disliking the property. The only suggestion that I can give is that the property can keep large umbrellas near the swimming pool that they have on the top floor. When I had visited the property, the weather was fantastic and it was drizzling a bit. I would have loved to sit under a large umbrella and enjoying my drink.

We had a wonderful time at Anatole hotel, it was a great base to explore Hanoi.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the facilities were beautiful. The food at Joseph restaurant was delicious and the service was outstanding.

Staff were exceptionally helpflul. Oldtown within walking distance. Large and varied breakfast. Great roof top bar and Infinity pool to end the day! Would book again anytime.

More storage space for clothes would have been nice.

The rooftop infinity pool and breakfast buffet was very nice. In general very modern and nicely decorated hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is located in the basement and nicely done however we prefer to have a view out the window.

Lovely

Anatole is great option in the price range. The location is perfect! Nothing to complain. All the staffs are professional and really helpful. The food was awesome with a lot of fresh seasonal stuff!
