Driving to Bonne Nuit Hotel

Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Walking distance to old quarter. Easy to find hotel with easy road side parking. I drove my car there and the neighbourhood is safe.

just passable and not like what you see on the photos

the location is very good, near to a lot of attractions and good food

facilities are old, looks different with the photos show on the website heater malfunction, sometimes water very hot sometimes very cold

Great location, easy access to everything within 7mins..

Rooms old, do not look quite like photos. Much smaller than expected, but still a very usable space!

Terrible. Not 4-star at all. Would not come back.

Late check in and they allow us to place the bags at the property after checking out

Room smells like mold, the smell was so strong that I had to wear a mask. Toilet uncleaned, there’s calcium stain on the bidet. ROOM IS NOT SOUND PROOF. i can hear people next door and it’s very disturbing at night. Staff was not attentive and drunk on the job.

Location was good.

Rooms are quite old and dated. Shower and bidet were pretty gross. A pipe was dripping and could be heard inside one of our rooms when other people in the hotel had a shower.

Great service! Upgrading is ideal.

The staff was excellent! Very helpful and honest with Information provided. Even helped me recover an overpayment to a cab driver.

The room is not a good as the pictures showed. It is misleading. The price also was pegged at 50% off. So you think you’ve got a great deal. But really you get what you pay for. But again I say the hotel otherwise had excellent service. I was quite satisfied.

The staff is very helpful and generous. The room size is small. The location is right in the city centre so it is well connected.

The room size is very compact and we found it a bit expensive.

This Hotel is a scam on Booking.com. Everything is so old in the room, and dirty. The spa doesn’t exist. Nothing is like in pictures. I would give this hotel 1*. The only good thing was that the people who works there were really nice and helpful.

Perfect holiday in Bonne Nuit Hotel & Spa.

I like this hotel with friendly staffs, very good location in Hanoi Old Quarter, beautiful room with nice view. Hotel is very clean. And I like the brekfast here also.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi.

For the price you can't really go wrong. Exceptionally cheap. A pleasant room, not amazing but nothing bad either. I can't think of anything I would complain about. It was a bit small but that's to be expected when it's so cheap.

Budget hotel with good food in the area

They were responsive in Booking.com & offers assistance to guests. The hotel has a lot of good food options nearby. The attractions are walking distance. Comfy bed & spacious room (but not new, it looked renovated from an old-style hotel).

It came with free breakfast but not exceptional so we only tried it for one night. I was charged during checkout so the Grab rides has to wait as we transact the payment. You can hear the people chatting & walking outside. It has one tiny elevator that only fits 2 pax w/ luggage. Lobby was hot. They didn't open the air-con our whole stay. People at the breakfast area weren't approachable. The photo in booking.com is a little far from the actual in terms of "freshness" of the room. Hehe!

location was central, rooms were comfortable and relatively clean

the spa/massage that was advertised was off property and inconvenient for guests to access. Roof tops bar was also not open

Local foods everywhere!

Love the location which is inside the old quarter but a bit distant from the heart of all the hustle bustle, so you still can get a good night rest.

The room looks a bit dated but overall everything is in good condition.
