Royal Victoria House is a large mid-terrace Victorian house found in the coastal town of Scarborough, Yorkshire. Hosting seven bedrooms in total, three lie on the first floor; a king-size, a family with double and single with pull-out bed, and a single. Four bedrooms lie on the second floor; king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with vanity unit and en-suite WC, a double with en-suite shower room and finally a family room with double and single with en-suite shower room, altogether sleeping fifteen people. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with gas fire, a snug, a utility and off-road parking in the garage and in front of it to the back. A rear enclosed garden has lawn, patio, decking, seating and gas heater. Royal Victoria House is a fantastically large and grand property perfect to bring your family to.
Amenities: Gas range cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Ninja dual air fryer, Nespresso machine. Smart TV, PlayStation 4 pro with playstation games and Xbox 360 , WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. High chair and travel cot available. Roadside parking. Please note: The hot tub will be available to use from your check in time onwards where possible, we will always aim to inform you beforehand, if this isn't the case. Two well behaved dogs welcome.
