About this cabin rental

This cabin offers its guests a combination of mountain rustic feel and easy living that provide amenities designed to fit your adventurous desire! The cabin is nestled on one acre, quiet, wooded lot and is the perfect location for all of your outdoor adventures such as lake access, waterfalls, hiking, and more. While you are staying at Second Heaven, you will enjoy the free WIFI and streaming television which offers many programs and movies. The paved road and paved driveway make this cabin motorcycle friendly.
The main level master bedroom is spacious and offers a king size bed with attached full bathroom. The loft is spacious as well and has two twin beds with its own private bath. The terrace level bedroom has a queen bed, , and a game room for the kids or the young at heart adult. A fully equipped and at-in dining on the main level allows you to cook a succulent meal and is great for easy entertaining. A Keurig coffee maker or drip if you prefer, is also included for you coffee lovers. The cabin also includes an interior wood burning fireplace, large rear deck and large grill, 2 front porches, and and outdoor fire pit. The full size washer and dryer is on the lower level. The terrace level has a newly installed hot tub so you can relax and watch the stars come out at night.

The place is very nice and very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone and the game room was a very nice touch. Unfortunately we never got to use the hot tub due to time restraints but it looked very nice, although it didnct seem as hot as I would have liked. The only thing i did not like was the fact that there was no cable TV of any way of watching the Super Bowl. There is the ability to stream but there was no way for me to get watch the big game. I wish that would have been more clear in the description. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay.

The cabin was adorable and amazingly clean. The attention to detail and the decor were wonderful. It was very cozy and spacious. Very quiet area. Check in process was very easy. Close to Blue Ridge and Hiawassee. Would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect location for a wedding at Brasstown resort. The kids loved the “Bear House” and had a blast with the old fashioned video games. It was a great place!

My husband and i enjoyed our stay at your lovely cabin so relaxing , even though our other guest was unable to come and stay with us. more room than we needed but our son that has a place on the lake came over with his family to visit and had dinner with us while they were here they enjoyed the game room and the girls enjoyed the hot tub. loved all the decorations in the cabin very well done. we went back in time playing pac-man we felt like kids again LOL. neighborhood quiet and very nice. online listing was on point. communication with the property manager was good we only had to communicate once due to having difficulty getting the tv on wasn’t aware it was streaming tv. all good . perfect for a large family. we are looking forward to returning to lake chatuge. we are very familiar with the area we have been coming to the lake camping for 25 years. our kids and grandkids have grown up on the lake we will definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us. I will share my stay with others. Judy Lanning

This is a beautiful property. It was clean, however some of the towels smelled soured and a couple of the glasses had dried milk in the bottom. We had local relatives and some visiting from NC come Sunday for a cookout. We all had a great time.

Grading from a 4 to a 5 I don't like as I would rate a 4.8 The pictures of the inside do not do it justice! Place was spread out and had 3 levels which made it feel huge but cute, cozy and comfortable at same time. Had ALL that we needed for everything! Could easily spread out or come together. Hot tub was awesome! Loved the bathroom amenities. Tons of games and loved the video game! Fire pit was super! Had a couple minor issues- *Not as secluded as pictures lead to think, there are 3 houses near so not as private as thought. *No hammocks which are pictured, and kids looked forward to this. *2 TVs and one not functional and was looking forward to catching up on shows and movies-was told it would be fixed and or drop another one and did not happen. We have already talked about a return trip here!

Everything was as or better than advertised. The interior is impeccably clean and decorated tastefully. We appreciated the small Christmas tree in the corner by the fireplace and pine garland on the fireplace mantle and stair railing. The multiple levels, porches and decks allow everyone to have their own space, when needed, and provided a spacious approach to the stay overall for a small cabin. We enjoyed both the indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. The hot tub was clean and worked great. We had some family visit with us for a meal and used the weber charcoal grill to make a great meal, which reminds me of sharing how well the kitchen is stocked with cookware and small appliances and everything is clean and good quality. We will target to stay there again, as we travel to that area a few times a year.

Beautiful cabin, stupendously decked out for Christmas. We got snowed in for the three days over Christmas and couldn’t have wished for a better place to get stuck. Perfect spot. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cabin.

Rented this cabin specifically to enjoy the hot tub. When we arrived it was at 91 degrees. It never went higher than 93 degees, even though we had it set st 102. Called property manager and nobody could come out until two days after we left. The ceiling fan in master bedroom thumped so loudly it kept the two people sleeping upstairs awake all night long (wobbled and must not have been installed correctly), so we couldn't use it again, and the bedroom was unbearably hot. There was no regular television, only Netflix, and the signal was bad and kept going out.

Cabin is cute even if kitschy. Needs more attention to details.Bed n sheets not very comfortable and ton of dust on bedrails which were exposed. Made me afraid to look hunger the dust ruffle. All pourch areS need cleaning along with furniture. Loved the fireplace but careful seniors it is steep! OVERALL: OK

We had a great time! The property was better than we expected. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get in with the code that we were supposed to use. I call and texted. Then we waited. This cabin was perfect for two, but would have been great for a small family as well. 3 full baths with a wood-burning fireplace, video games, hot tub, etc. All of this, for less than a cheap motel! Give me a free weekend, and I'll happily stay here again!

Parents and children ages 20 & 19… first trip to this area and wasn’t sure about the location. It couldn’t have been better placed as a go between from Hiawassee (for ziplining and hiking) and Bryson City (white water rafting and biking). Very quiet.. saw some deer and a bear from the porch. Pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen is clean and has all appliances you could want. Will definitely be coming back for another visit. Three full baths was terrific!! And full sized Washer and dryer!! Great place!!
