So friendly, beautiful surroundings, everything you could want under one roof.
If they don't have it,you didn't need it in the first place!

What a beautiful place with great hosts! Nothing is too much trouble. A really lovely setting and a great private little stable conversion. Will definitely stay again. Thank you both 😍

Location is excellent for a nice peaceful stay, not to far away from all the historic towns in the area.

From beginning to end made most welcome and included Could not do enough for us and very welcoming
The flooding to get to the place however a phone call to the owners directed us a different way via Welford and we were back on track The next day the water had submerged

Spotlessly clean. Functional and well equipped. Fridge, microwave and kettle. I especially liked the small jug of milk in the fridge. Cereal, cake, biscuits and tea / coffee all provided. Amazing value. Sheets and towels smelt of fabric conditioner. Not a speck of dust anywhere. I'll definitely stay again if i'm in the area. Marian was most welcoming.

We did our own breakfast as there was all we needed toaster, microwave, kettle and tea etc, fridge what more do you want.,Its working farm who work extremelly hard around the farm and accomadation, nothing is too much Maralyn n Steph were perfect(Sorry if i spelt yor names wrong) they both knew where we were coming from as my mother n father worked on farms n my husband been on them all his life,we all knew so many farmers around the area so was a delight to stay there n take in the lodger Wesley the cat who took to my hubby like strawberries to a donkey. So if your only a city bumkin and dont understand what hard work is and what they do to to enjoy what they know dont go unless you want to see what a hard working life really is.

Located in a lovely quiet village, just what we were looking for. Nearest pub for food/drinks was only a 7 minute drive away. Room was clean, greeting was friendly, and the Mrs. wanted to steal the cat.
Shower was fine, tea and biscuits in the room...fresh milk jug in the fridge. Microwave in the room as well if needed.

Despite not having ordered any breakfast we were pleased to find a generous jug of fresh milk in the fridge.
Additionally the tea, coffee and biscuits provided were accompanied by two 'madeleine' cakes !

Marian was a lovely host very helpful and suggested some things we could do in the area, you are allowed to walk around the working farm and see the pigs, piglets, sheep and horses and marian will talk to you about them, we had little snacks left in the room and Marian fetched us some fresh milk when we arrived even thiugh there are little pots of milk, the room was very clean and there was even shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, it was a cute little rooms for a nice relaxing stay would stay there again

Perfect place.
Close enough for visiting Cotswolds villages and Stratford, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Perfect place in a quiet and very beautiful village. Hosts were superb, gave us lots of local info about eateries etc along with all the info leaflets already in the room.
The room was perfect, nice comfy and clean bed, bathroom and fresh towels. Restocked tea, coffee and biscuits each day and even had a fridge and a microwave.. Excellent for me as on SW so took my own meals. Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and would definately stay here again.
Thank you so much for making our break that bit better.

Location great, room adequate,
Fully booked, rooms for the following day after our visit. I saw that there was a caravan available to hire. Spoke to the proprietor and agreed a price for a weeks stay. 30 minutes later the proprietor said her son had friends coming to stay in the caravan at the wknd. So we could not book it. Poor organisation, if indeed this was even true. Will not be returning again ever.

Welcome was excellent. It's a working farm but we were very well looked after. Compact, clean & tidy. Peaceful location. Very happy with everything, would certainly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Loved being able to visit the newborn lambs! A pretty location - it is located on the edge of the village and is quiet. Tea/coffee/milk etc was provided as well as, unexpectedly, cutlery and plates in the room which were handy as I hadn't booked breakfast. There was also a microwave which I used to heat milk and make a hot chocolate in my room. The shower was hot and towels were provided and the heater in the room was useful when it got a bit chilly on one of the evenings - it warmed the room quickly.
There were two single beds in the room and I found both uncomfortable. I had to swap beds the first night as the mattress on the first bed tipped from side to side if you moved. I didn't mention this during my stay as I knew they wouldn't be able to change the mattress but I perhaps should have mentioned as I left as the staff were very pleasant and I am sure would want to rectify this as they were very accommodating.

Good basic accommodation, fairly priced and a very helpful host.
Breakfast needs to be booked in advance - I probably should have read the description more thoroughly!

The host was very accommodating and communicative especially as it was a last minute booking. The room had everything I needed. Quaint little cottage conversion. I would definitely stay again if I was working in a similar location. Thank you
