Ideal place and location to stay for a short break or even longer

Central location and very clean. Got everything you need and more. Tea and coffee also there on arrival and Chris (the host) extremely helpful.

Central located apartment with host who has great comms

Good sized apartment in a good location. Host was very prompt with communication and checking that all was ok. Lovely facilities supplied like different herbal teabags etc. nice touch.

There was no soup in the shower but we found a massive supply bottle so used that. Not sure where the small bottle had gone if there was one. So just a small inconvenience

I would highly recommend this apartment and would book it again if I returned to Belfast.

The property was perfect for our visit. It is in a great location, being only a few minutes walk from the centre of Belfast. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly with answers to queries or recommendations. Check-in and information about the property was very clear.

Excellent 2 night stay

All of the facilities were clean and modern, it fit our group of 5 perfectly. The location was ideal, walking distance from many restaurants and shopping districts. Retrieving the key was quick and easy and the landlord sent us full instructions beforehand, and was on call if we needed anything. plenty of storage space and beds were very comfortable.

Great apartment in a very central location in Belfast!

The apartment was lovely, well equipped, in a brilliant location in Belfast. The centre of Belfast was on the doorstep, Queens University, Botanic Ave and Lanyon Place etc. also nearby. A great place to be based for a holiday in Belfast. The host was easy to contact, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The apartment is in an old building so the windows weren't double-glazed and it was a bit noisy at night at times as the bedrooms overlook a main road and the Limelight Club is nearby.

Met our expectations for ease of getting out and about.

Location to central Belfast. Chris was prompt on answering questions and flexible. The apartment was lovely.

The proximity to a night club and no noise insulation meant a lot of noise at 2am in the morning on Saturday morning and Sunday morning.

The apartment was spotless. It was just as photographs showed. Chris couldn't be more helpful. It was 5 mins walk from City Hall. 5 mins walk to centre of Belfast. Definitely recommend it.

Fantastic trip. It’s difficult to give it an 8 as it was more than sufficient for our group of 1 adult and 2 teens. A nice basic apartment with everything we needed and more. Great location. Easy handover, handy parking.

Some hand soap in the bathroom would have been handy. The main light in the communal stairwell wasn’t working but obviously that’s not a reflection on the apartment itself!

the apartment was a little smaller than expected - would be cramped for 4 people. With windows open it was noisy outside at night, but this isn't the fault of the owner, just an issue with the area - across from a nightclub. Fine with windows shut. TV had many channels but couldn't seem to get terrestrial channels which was more irritating than i thought it would be.

Excellent location to explore Belfast and beyond!

Excellent location, very modern apartment with modern kitchen including plenty of cupboards, built-in washing machine etc, Lovely bathroom and very nice living room space which included good sofa bed. Host very responsive.

Stress free, Enjoyable stay for a great price in a brilliant location.

We had a fabulous relaxed stay in this lovely apartment. Brilliant location right in the city centre. Short walking distance to great bars/restaurants and plenty of shops as well as public transport nearby. The property was spotless. Recently renovated felt very modern and clean. It was also decorated and furnished beautifully had a warm homely feel to it. Beds were very comfortable, we all had a great nights sleep. The host was very friendly and pleasant to communicate with, always contactable and extremely helpful. All instructions were given in a very clear and organized manor. The price was excellent for the convenience of the location and the facilities such as a large fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, fresh linen and towels were provided, wifi and a flat screen TV, sofa bed and even a parking space available! Would recommend this property and the host to anyone looking for an enjoyable stress free stay in Belfast especially for the price!

We enjoyed our stay! This is an amazing apartment. Modern and cosy and in the heart of Belfast.

This is an amazing apartment, modern and cosy with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, as it is central and close to trains and busses (with links to Belfast and Dublin airports). There's a lovely view towards the university with church towers in the distance, and the City Hall and pedestrian areas are just a short walk away. We were in Belfast to attend a graduation, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It felt like home away from home. The owner was very helpful and kind, and provided all the information we needed. I can only recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

Really enjoyed my break and wish I could have stayed longer.

We were about ten or fifteen minutes from the city centre so we walked to save looking for parking. Lovely cosy apartment with netflix on TV which was a great bonus. Chris the owner was easy to contact and very helpful with everything. Had a lovely stay there and would return again.
