Raynolds Cottage is a lovely, stylish holiday home, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean throughout. The quality of fittings and furnishings and the care and attention to detail in equipping this house is exceptional. I would definitely book this cottage again, if in the area.

The property was absolutely excellent and we were sad to have only stayed for 2 nights.

The host met us on our arrival, the property was really lovely, very clean, very well appointed. We would definitely stay there again if we have the occasion to do so. Would highly recommend as a base outside of Nottingham or for visiting Sherwood Forest etc. Both bedrooms having their own on suite was perfect for our party.

Perfect place for a weekend in the Midlands

Spacious, modern and spotlessly clean, we were really happy with our choice to stay here for the weekend. Great to have a travel cot and high chair provided for our daughter too.

Exceptional level of cleanliness and comfort. Fabulous bathrooms. Great decor. Patio brilliant for early morning cup of tea.

Fabulous quality and design of internal door knobs, but really difficult to turn them so needed help to turn or left doors open.

Perfectly placed for a wedding close by. Very well-equipped, especially with a baby. Well cared for, super clean & beautifully presented. Good off-road parking for two cars.

It was one of the best air b n b’s I have stayed in.

The property was so well equipped in the kitchen. it’s was very clean and tidy. Bedding and towels were of a good quality.

A charming, clean and comfortable house to stay in

The house was so clean and comfortable, the hosts were friendly when we met them for the keys and the morning after. The beds were comfortable. I would have no hesitation to recommend to others and stay there again myself.

Often away from home with work. One of the best places I've stayed in a long time.

Clean property decorated & furnished to a high standard. Comfy beds, spacious bathrooms & helpful host. On site parking. Shops nearby. Would not hesitate to book again. Thanks Louise.

A lovely, well appointed cottage. Warm, comfortable and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The property was warm and welcoming when we arrived. Very well appointed, clean and contemporary decor and very comfortable. Nice toiletries for us to use, soft towels and the kitchen contained Nespresso coffee pods/tea/coffee too. These little touches made all the difference.

Beautiful house, everything you could need

Beautifully decorated and furnished. Completely kitted out right down to a roll of cling film and cooking oil.

Door handles are really stiff and hard to turn. I thought I was locked in the bathroom at one point. Any way to loosen those?

Lovely modern cottage

Everything in the cottage is of very high quality, the decor is lovely, luxurious bathrooms and comfy bedrooms. There is a courtyard garden with plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

The only downside is being near quite a busy road. With only 2 of us, we could be at the back which is quieter. We probably noticed it more as we had previously been in the Yorkshire Dales away from noise! Having said that, it did not disturb us.

Superb

we booked the cottage at very short notice following a sudden deterioration in a relative's health. In the end we needed to change plans at the last minute. Louise was able to add an additional night and flexed around me as lead guest, no longer staying. She was also incredibly helpful about flexible arrival times. My partner ended up working from the cottage for a day and the facilities were also perfect for this.

Fantastic cottage in a great location!

An excellent cottage in a superb village away from the hustle and bustle, yet near enough to all the amenities. The cottage is exceptionally clean, kitchen well equipped, and there are two lovely ensuites, one with shower and one with bath. Louise is a very welcoming host too!
