The breakfast was lovely, the owners were really frinedly and helpful, and the place is exceptionally clean with really nice facilities.
There needs to be a sign as to where to go when you reach the house.

Great communication before we arrived. Lots of parking. Clean, comfortable room with spacious shower room. Warm welcome from the hosts who gave helpful advice about where to eat in the evening. Generous breakfast. A perfect location to stay before taking daughter to uni.
Nothing - all good!

When we arrived we where met by Sam who welcomed us with offer of tea or coffee.
Breakfast was excellent, poached eggs where lovely.
There is a short walk through woods on the site which first thing in the morning is nice to blow off the cobwebs.
Couldn't find anything negative about this venue.

Good location and the beds/towels were clean & mostly comfortable.
It was musty, dark & dingy. The place needed a thorough clean tbh, it was grimy & full of cobwebs. Cold downstairs & hot upstairs. No outside seating area.
8.0 / 10.0
Just one option for a cooked breakfast, poached eggs on toast.
No full welsh breakfast
The water pressure in the shower was very poor.
Perhaps a seating area outside for guests would nice if the weather is favourable.

breakfast was continental which consisted of cereal fruit and yohurt toast with jam marmalade, and main course poached eggs on soda bread or croissants.
Family home which was very welcoming and Sam and Beth work very hard.
room was a wee bit small but as we were only staying over 1 night it was not a big issue

My second visit, and again it matched exactly my expectations and my needs.
Only 2-3 miles from the centre of Aberystwyth, but in a lovely peaceful location.
The owners are very helpful and welcoming.

Everything! Perfect house and surround for our family get away, grandparents, two adults, toddler and 3 dogs! It’s clean but comfortable do you don’t feel on edge using anything. Massive bedrooms we didn’t even need to use the third! The family who own it are incredible warm, they are they if you need them but if you don’t you don’t see them. I cannot rate this place highly enough!

Lovely warm and friendly welcome from little Toby and his dad Sam the moment we stepped out of the car.
My teenage daughter and I stayed in the downstairs twin, which was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The en-suite was suitable for my accessibility needs, with handrail and a seat in the shower, and a rail next to the toilet.
There was a variety of options at breakfast - cereal, toast with preserves, fruit, yoghurt, orange juice, tea, coffee, croissants and poached eggs.
All in all, a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we would definitely book there again.
Thank you!
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like!

The welcome was awesome. We had been motorcycling in the cold all day and as soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a very warm smile and a pot of hot tea. The accomodation was very clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfy and it was very quiet. Location was spot on and easy to find. Breakfast was lovely and provided in a very nice room. The hosts were fantastic. I will definitely go back again.
Nothing. All was good.
