Lovely old house converted to apartments. Good A/C, great and useful kitchen. Very comfortable stay. 1/2 hour from NOTL and theatre.

Apartment was exactly as it was described on Vrbo, it had everything available to feel like home away from home, even if we like to cook a dinner all of the utensils were there. A walking distance to the Falls and all of the entertainment on the area , we even walked to the USA through the bridge to enjoy the beautiful falls and the river up close on the USA even though we had already been on the boat from the Canada side. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay a this place and we walk everywhere except to waltmart😂

Very cute older property. There are stairs to the front entrance and then stairs up to the location. Really nice neighborhood.

This was just the perfect size for me and my husband for a 4 day trip to the falls and NOTL. Had all the essentials we needed to cook at home, and was a 3 minute walk to the WEGO green line route. Thanks for the hard work in making your property look amazing!

We are a couple in our early 60's. Our expectation was for a quiet and comfortable place to sleep after a busy day of exploring. Just a 13 minute walk to downtown, the building is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and the bed is very comfortable...we slept well. The rest of the furniture is not so comfortable, but we didn't spend much time there so it didn't bother us. For us it fit the bill and we would stay here again.

Loved hanging out in the sunroom. What a great location, so close to walking to the falls and downtown. Enjoyed strolling in the nearby neighborhoods and greenbelt too!

Very clean, well lit with cozy soft yellow lights, easy access, and great neighbors! Our car was snowed in and someone cleared it for us. Didn't even have to ask, just came out and it was ready to drive away!

Lovely place. Hassle-free, just owners need to be work on the tone in their communication. Had a lovely weekend with my partner and received a noise complaint - we were in bed my midnight - just laughing over dinner. Walls are very thin and other people should be kinder and patient with that. Would love to stay again.

My husband and I were traveling to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was a great location and once we parked our car we didn’t have to drive again until we left. The bed was very comfortable and we got the rest we needed.

This unit is in a perfect location for walking to and from the tourist areas in Niagara Falls and not needing to figure out a place to park. It's also about a 30 minute scenic drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I only took off one star because some of the furniture could be updated in the unit, but we were comfortable enough for our 3 day stay and would stay here again!

Decor was drab Microwave was not working. It would sometimes start on its own. Seemed possessed. Tub safety. Very slippery bottom of tub. Didn't drain well.

Loved the property and location. Would highly recommend and stay here again! The decorations and bed was super cozy! I made tea every evening and enjoyed the porch. We felt safe and walked often to the falls. I must be spoiled at home but as women traveling I would have preferred larger and softener towels and wash cloths. Top notch stay tho. I love the no shoe policy too!

Just outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourist district but within easy walking and bus stop range. A perfect balance. Modern amenities inside, tastefully decorated. Highly recommend
