Amazing place, amazing people worth a ton

The honeymoon suite was amazing and had a private balcony with spectacular view.

That we didn’t stay there longer.

It’s a cruise what’s not to like 😁

Pre fixe dinner was horrible, legit bad. Lunch buffet was awesome though, so I’m confused lol. I wish we cruised some more, maybe one hour there, one hour back, and an hour or two chilling at the destination. I kinda would have liked to cruise cruise but yeah is what it is.

Beautiful room and scenery

Staff were lovely! Such a clean and fancy room and boat! Was beautiful! Wonderful views!

Incredibly noisy room and also didn’t like the speaker announcement (it takes away the “luxury” feeling unfortunately” )

Fabulous location

Beach trip was affected by another group already being there playing loud music. Outside the control of the cruise I guess.

It's not a 5⭐ boat

Location and staff

Its not and never a 5 star cruise! Barely a 4 star. I booked and paid for 2 executive suites but instead we were given wrong rooms (we realized it way later, after when a staff member told us it was senior twin rooms) which was smaller. [So make sure you ask about your booked rooms once again with the booking agent that contacts you on behalf of the cruising company to confirm your trip ahead of your travel, or else you might end up in a situation like us and might not get a good resolution at the spot] The washrooms in both rooms were not clean. Don't believe the pictures. In reality, you won't even want to sit in the tub or use the shower since they don't clean it properly. Plus it smelled like sewer the whole trip. Oh ya the hand soap ah.. garbage

Could not have imagined a better way to celebrate our anniversary.

Personalised touch of staff in making our 21st Anniversary memorable. The room was stunning and clean. Activity filled stay leaving no room for dull moments. Special thanks to the team of Dong, Boo, and Luna.

Kayak and bamboo boat activity was overcrowded and not able to go inside.

If you have not been to any International Cruises, this Cruise might be an experience!

1) The sweet arrangements (towel swans, special drinks) for our wedding anniversary. 2) Manager Dong and his team especially Chef Thiem, Server Linn, except Leader Lam (who is impatience) are very friendly and customer oriented.

Many: 1) food too tasteless or salty, 2) room foul smell coming through toilet, 3) TV only 1 channel, 4) socket points on bed head, 5) Language barrier poor English, 6) Activities limited, nothing for the 50s and above.

Wonderful experience cruising on the bay

We arrived on the boat and immediately went to the dining room for a 10 course lunch. The food was delicious and they easily accommodated my allergy to seafood. We organized a round trip from Hanoi at an additional cost and was picked up at our hotel. Beautiful scenery and great atmosphere staying on the boat.

After dinner it was a bit quiet as most of the guests went to their room.

Very good

double room but it was not one King bed but two twin beds placed together instead, which is merged and they could be divided into 2 peaces when laying down, and it was uncomfortable for us.

Great Halong Bay Cruise in very comfortable surroundings

The room was stunning and the food was incredible. Great staff who really went above and beyond to make a great stay.
