This house was gorgeous for our family of 7. A lovely older home with good features - clean and tidy. Proximity to town fabulous.

This was a lovely property. As a group of 5 seniors it would have been helpful to know that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms was on a separate level. The stairs going down to the laundry were extremely difficult.

Enjoyed our stay as easily accommodated for four couples. Had everything we needed and minutes away from restaurants, Launceston footy ground and the lovely cataract gorge . Great place for a group of friends.

House was really clean and modern. First impression was that we were really impressed. We ran out of hot water on one of the days because there were 5 of us showering around the same time but we learnt to manager that the other days and had no problems. We didn't use the outdoors areas because it was winter but the gas fire place and other heating arrangements were great. And the kids loved having their own rooms. Would stay there again if visiting.

We found this house to be perfect for our family of 6 adults. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and the house was well equipped. The spa bath in the main bathroom was a bonus. The downstairs living room had a wonderful couch and large tv. The heating in the house was great and the backyard was large and interesting.

Overall enjoyed our stay once we got used to the house which is in a beautiful location with good coffee with a 5 min walk. However, while the house has been renovated, layout does not accommodate a large group; living areas are small, did not cook as couldn’t sit everyone at the dining table, the downstairs area was cold, not enough seating, two bathrooms but could only use the upstairs one as the other was old with a tiny shower.

Would definitely stay here again we all loved it. Very clean and updated and had a beautiful charm with house. Our daughter got married and it was perfect for pre wedding photos. The owner even contacted us to make sure we didn’t require anything

Our family went on a 17-day holiday throughout Australia, and this was our favorite rental home! It was cozy, homey, in an excellent neighborhood (walking distance to a nice park, if you have kids), and with so much charm and character. Communication with the owner was perfect. Especially enjoyed the well-organized kitchen, soaking tub, gorgeous view, playhouse in the backyard, and multiple scrumptious coffee places within walking distance. We'd love to return to Tasmania and will try to book this home when we do!

Launceston Holiday House
The house is in good location, close to the city centre and Launceston's attractions, we often walked from the house to the City Park, down to the main street for dinner! Rooms are clean and the garden, outdoor setting can relax you after a long day going out.
