No sabría decir.....
..

A saber:
Nevera averiado el congelador.
Ducha con mal desagüe.
Puerta armario con rotura cantonera.

The hotel had very great surrounding, beautiful gardens/plants/sights to the inner park. They had lots of options like massage, mini golf, cocktail bar and even EV charger. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff there were nice as well. They held a BBQ party one night and it was great!
The shower head might need a replacement. The parking is 5 eur, and once it was full one side so we had to park on the other side (still private though). The EV charger is a little costly, but at least we had it.

Everything was amazing, the staff of the hotel was nice and friendly, always ready to help ...the hotel its clean ,comfortable and make u feel home.the hotel its on nice, quiet place. About the food there its delicious meals, wherever u think it's there.

The breakfast was fresh, good quality and delicious. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, and requires a car or really good legs and high spirit, if you intend to do a lot of walking. Beautiful surroundings gives a feeling that you live in a botanical garden.
The hotel is pretty warned down and could use a renovation (face lift). The sound isolation is poor, and you can hear your neighbors almost at all times. The hotel is targeted at older audience, and does not fit for families with small kids.

Excellent location, facilities, welcome customer service, hospitality.. Massage
Live music could have been a little less noisy

Nice garden around. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful. If you are cat person then every day at 9pm there's a chance an orange cat is waiting for cuddles near the main entrance :).
There were a lot of small inconveniences that together sum up to not so good experience. Smelly toilet (after every flush). Hardly working doors – both main and terrace one. We got room which is near restaurant and all time we could hear utensils clinking, some kind of a ventilator outside, there were kitchen smells sometimes. However I think there were worse locations like ones right above the restaurant. Walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot through them. Also the room was on a ground floor, with view on a part of garden. Not so bad but disappointing considering what the advertisement said. There is a kitchen facility in the room but it is poorly equipped. Additionally the fridge is awfully loud so most of the time we had to turn it off. Beds are really uncomfortable. If you're travelling with your love and want to hug its painful – firstly the edges of the mattress are stiffer than the middle, so you roll down the middle, secondly beds are really light and its easy to move them apart. In the room was some kind of a sofa that was pretty gross and smelly. Same with the wardrobe. We had to leave it opened so that clothes don't soak with a wooden-dusty smell. On the day of leaving we noticed that the ceiling above shower started to leak... Hopefully it didn't leak through our whole stay.

Nice setting. Nice staff. Elevated location decent room.
Smoking was allowed on surrounding balconies, this spread to our balcony and room if patio door open. This restricted our holiday at the benefit of smokers.
Unecessarily loud musical entertainment on our floor. Too loud to allow us quiet reading. We like active days and peaceful evenings. No air conditioning meant a choice of noise or sweltering.

rooms were spacious ,easy parking
Breakfast could of been a bit better ,More blankets for the beds would of been better as we only had 2 for 4 people.I put in a special request as it was my partners birthday on the day we arrived and were told they would arrange something, they didn’t ,I called reception to let them know that nothing had been arranged and still nothing.

Lovely quiet clean hotel. The staff are lovely. There is a beautiful gardens and pond to walk around. A bit far out of the town but there is a bus service organised by the hotel.
No major complaints, little touch up with maintenance, like door locks, some chairs, once you ask reception for something, it's done instantly.

We can hear everything from the room and, as this hotel is extremely noisy, it was very difficult to fall asleep. Each night, people are screaming on their balcony or in the swimming pool (which should be closed) but the staff does nothing against that...

sun terrace and swimming pools. well tended gardens. wide variety of breakfast options. large complex but pleasant.
worth noting that the property is up a very steep hill about 25 minutes walk from the seafront. You certainly get used to yomping up hills though there is a shuttle bus service available.

Good BBQ dinner.
Free bus to center every hour, but long siesta in the midle, so needs to get back on foot
Free mini-golf
Parkind 5eur, at the same time very narrow streets arround, possible only payed parking. Hotel is very worn out, not very pleasant to be arround. Rooms above noisy restourant are not suitable for people with kids.
Needed mask in bus, but reception can not give or sell one.
Ocean is very far.
Pool is very worn out

Very Good selection at breakfast. Large room
Approachable staff who were helpful
Parking spaces for car
Bed was hard to sleep on. Very loud music from bar area… could put doors in to reduce noise to nearby rooms.
Decor is generally tired in the corridors and rooms. Garden areas have areas needing further inout

The facilities were great. Lovely gardens, three pools (one nudist rooftop pool - amazing!) The food at breakfast was great, one of the best buffet breakfasts I've been to. Staff were all very polite.
It was all great for us - maybe if you have mobility issues the hill up to the hotel might be an issue (but close to centre so taxis would be cheap!)

It has very beautiful garden with a lot of flowers and trees that we liked it a lot.
It has super good breakfast, I 100% recommend to reserve it with breakfast included.
Overall it was clean but everything was very old. For example the refrigerator was working but they already painted the door many times because of rust and the age of it. Don't expect anything fancy in this hotel at all.
When we were there, there were a lot of old people, I don't know if this hotel has contract with some organisations or not. But 90 percent of hotel was more than 70 year's old. So , the atmosphere was so wired when we want to use the swimming pools and etc.
The staff was nice, but they don't explain anything to you. You have to ask everything. For example if I didn't read the reviews before here, I couldn't know that they have free bus service to take you to city center. And we have to ask other things like how to connect to internet, and etc as well.
The worst thing about this hotel is the location, even though it is close to the city center but it is on very uphill and because their free bus service is working until 19, if you will be around more than that every time you have to walk there. It is something like mountain hiking, haha! Imagine going that uphill with 20kg luggage!
They don't have any air conditioning system, at least we couldn't find any. At night the room was very cold.
The beds also are not very comfortable!

The studio was clean and spacious. It is quiet to sleep. The food choices are varied and the food is delicious.
There are two hotel buildings, so you may have to reach the restaurant through a courtyard that is not comfortable for the elderly because it is hilly. Everything is steep - the yard and the surrounding area.

The room was huge and if we had gone “in season” I feel it would have been better as more parts of the hotel would be maintained. The breakfast and lunch were lovely and would recommend
I found the description misleading. I filtered for “free WiFi” which was only
occasionally working in the room so need to go to the reception if we wanted WiFi. also, filtered for “airport transfer” which when we arrived found out it was only to the north airport not south.
- Shower leaks every time someone on your system uses it which would wake me in the night
- Dinner wasn’t nice. I wouldn’t recommend all inclusive
- we filtered for a “double bed” however it was 2 singles pushed together

Location was so, so...

Good location, quite a big complex, one covered swimmingpool. Minigolf and table tennis. Close to local shop
Staff not very helpful (loads of issues with paid breakfast, dinner. Tried to charge for stuff we didn't get), food very average, worth mention there are only 2 swimmingpools available. The 3rd one is for nudist

Booked this hotel because of family room and convenient parking, also because of included breakfast and dinner. Looks like people are trying at least to keep this place in ok condition.
old school style. family room was just 2 rooms combined. wifi wasnt working properly, minigolf and billiards not available

The bar and the new years party was very good to meet people - and Mike the barkeeper had a good sense of humour. The pool at Eden Luz had a good length for me to swim every morning. And I was very lucky with the weather (sunny every day) - this is not guaranteed at this side of the island.
I prefer to swim before breakfast but the pool was only open after breakfast finishes (at 10:00). For me personally it would have been convenient if there would have been an exit to Calle Suecia. Another thing: I first booked a room for about 300 EUR via booking.com but this was then cancelled and I had to book a more expensive room. Maybe this was not intended but for me this was misleading advertisement.

Very clean, good breakfast, room was good size and good condition, three pool areas, enough parking space.
WiFi was quite weak. A bit off the town, about 1km walk up hill. Could have been more utensils in the kitchen.

The whole complex was clean and well maintained.
Rooms were great and food was lovely
All was good xx

Breakfast was okay, but nothing too spectacular. Tea selection (Lipton's yellow label being only black tea) was disappointing and juices were all too sugary.
Mask policy (not only in the hotel) was weird. Like how does it help to have a mask on your walk to the swimming pool. But I guess not all of these things are up to the hotel...
4.0
Two good sized swimming pools and very few people using them. No issues finding a free sunbed.
Once you get there the town is great (10 minutes downhill) with scenic rocky shore and stretches of black sand, with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Good breakfast but biased to continental style (understandably).
Hotel is up steep hill and bus service was stopped so anyone unfit would be stranded there. Luckily we were all fit so could walk to town which is lovely. I'm guessing this will be reinstated sometime.
