The location of the property is perfect and it’s a great size with some good facilities. We just found a few cleaning standards were below what we expected and there’s a number of general repairs needed to improve the house. For example we had to get someone out to repair the upstairs toilet as it was loose and the towel rail in the ensuite was hanging off the wall. However, it didn’t ruin our stay and we hope the feedback helps the owners make things perfect for future guests

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Billy, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and communicative. The location was perfect and the house itself was clean and spacious for our family of 5. We would highly recommend!

We'll be back next summer!
Fantastic location 5 mins from the beautiful beach and loads to see & do nearby even if it's not beach weather. Very comfortable house with everything provided. Heidi & Jim were so welcoming and helpful. We'll be back next summer!
The towels need to be replaced as they were not up to the standard I expected at all. Also, the floor downstairs in no 12 is very worn and scratched in places.

Perfect family rental
The house is spotless and in a perfect location. This is our second year holidaying in this rental with our young family.
One massive positive is that the house had wifi this year. We brought our Apple TV box with us and were able to keep the kids entertained with movies on rainy days and ourselves entertained at night as the TV channel options are not great.
The holiday home is in great condition and had clearly been painted since our stay last year. The biggest plus is the two bedrooms upstairs have amazing blackout blinds meaning our children slept until 8am each morning which was massive.
The house has plenty of space which is also great and the outdoor terrace is a fantastic extension of the home on sunny days.
The location is also amazing - so close to the beach - and just bringing our young children on their scooters around the estate and to the football pitch and tennis courts was a big plus.
Heidi the host was also fantastic - and super helpful when we left a baby monitor behind.
One of the reasons we booked her again was the security of the outside terrace (to stop our young kids, 3 under 4, escaping) however the lock on the gate was broken this year. Thankfully we had some rope in our boot that we could use but would highly recommend this be fixed for other families in our situation.

Stay at No 12 Brittas Bay Park
The house was very well presented, nice location and very comfortable.
The rate was exorbitant. Paying 659 euro for 2 nights? If we wanted towels would have cost additional, electricity use is also extra. No wifi. There is no value for money in that pricing.
Maybe you are getting plenty of bookings but I honestly consider that this pricing is way too high. The house and location is excellent. Some movement on pricing and on current day basics such as wifi needed in my opinion.

A home away from home!
We really enjoyed our stay at the spacious holiday home. It was in a great location only a 8 minute walk to Brittas beach and was in a corner plot so very private with a large decking area. There were loads of supplies such as tinfoil, dishwasher tablets and extra bathroom things that were great to have. The wood burning fire was a lovely touch and access to 3 toilets/bathrooms was great! You could easily fit in two families here for a kid friendly break. It felt like a home away from home!
The outside furniture was a bit wobbly and old while the decking could do with attention or replacing as it was creaky and sore on the feet. Some of the bedroom dressers were also hard to open without a lot of tugging. Also, it would be great to have access to wi-fi to stream movies for cosy nights in.

Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside is no WiFi
WiFi and maybe some outdoor toys for the kids

Delightful accommodation and location
We booked this place for 4 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately due to Covid we were just 2 and then decided to cut our stay short.
Bittas Bay Park comprises select, well maintained holiday homes in a gated development just a 10 minute walk from the beach. No. 12 was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There is a garden and large wooden patio. The photos don't really do it justice! An excellent holiday home.
However, in October it was rather chilly. There are electric radiators but these expensive to run and electricity is extra.
We would certainly return but in warmer months!
