About this house rental

Retro style vacation trailer located on the hill of our garden . Very private and comfortable. Perfect for couples, family with kids or friends . Fits 4 . One queen bed in the bedroom, in living room is short sofa converting into the bed and table into tween bed.
Outside private parking and deck. Fireplace with sitting area . Super !

So grateful for my stay here! It was a fantastic location. Super cute. Super clean, the hosts thought of everything and there were several thoughtful, extra special touches, like eggs from their chickens! The best. Definitely would stay agai .

We loved this property and wished we could have stayed longer! The amenities were perfect for us. We loved the fire pit and the deck with the great views. The host was so helpful, even helped us back into the parking spot with our big vehicle! We definitely hope to come back one day!

Fun location. The Ruby was in good shape and had nice amenities- fire pit, DVD, games. There is no cell service, which was fine. WIFI needs to be improved or disconnected completely. More shower pressure!! Very cute setting with nice deck and outdoor string lights. Overall we really enjoyed it.

We own a trailer, so this was a very pleasant and cozy experience for us. We had a campfire outside and inside we had everything we needed. And, we were just nine minutes from town. We will definitely stay here again when in Point Reyes.

This little camper is adorably perfect for a couple. The owner provided eggs and half/half in the fridge and coffee and sugar which not one of our other VRBOs did our whole honeymoon trip. It’s clear a lot of care goes into this property. Would stay again!

This cute vintage-y trailer is perched up a quiet little drive with a lovely private outdoor space. It was well-lit and very welcoming as we arrived after dark. The host was communicative, we had no need to reach out to her, but I’m sure if we did she would have responded. As it’s a trailer water pressure was not strong, but that is to be expected. Overall, it was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

The Ruby turned out to be a great place to have a special birthday celebration for my husband. We live in the Bay Area and normally drive out to Pt. Reyes just for the day. I thought it would be nice to stay overnight and have time for a more leisurely visit. However the choices of traditional B&B places in the Inverness area are limited, so I was happy to discover the Ruby. As the other reviews attest, it is very comfortable, clean, well equipped, and situated in a lovely location. The heating works well, and bathroom facilities were fine (the hot/cold adjustment in the shower is just a little sensitive). The main sitting area is surprisingly spacious. Our host Ewa was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Very cute, even more so than shown on pictures. Loved the location, the quietness, and cozy feeling of the place. Very comfy beds. It was just me and my teen daughter and then rented the one next door for my friend and her three smaller children. Lovely all around. The lady that owns the place lives across the way so stops by to introduce herself. Friendly with cute pups that might come visit you, as well.

Great property. Very private. The trailer was adorable. Took the dogs, who also loved it! The eggs and cream in the fridge were a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place! Just some confusion of which was the right one to go to at first as we saw one RV on our right first and thought it was ours and went in and started using it, then realized that it wasn’t after learning there was another one up the hill. Owners are nice and place is clean and fun. More accessible instructions about the features would help ( perhaps a binder) so I wouldn’t have yo text the owner with questions when I couldn’t find something. Overall great adventure and relaxing place.

Ewa is a great and thorough host. The eggs, butter and milk in the refrigerator and chocolates on thee table were a nice touch. We arrived early in a rain storm and she was able to check us in about an hour before the normal check-in time.

We loved staying here, and the only suggestion I would make is provide more detail on how to get to the property. The first 4 Glen Way is a house, then another trailer before you get to Ruby. I feel like everyone pulls into the house first. Super convenient the host is next door, and they are very sweet and responsive.

cozy trailer with all the ammenities, firepit outside and lovely deck for star gazing. CLose to market , other towns like Olema and Pt Reyes station, beaches, and a number of nice restaurants. The owner is a lovely and warm woman who takes great care of the property!

This place was perfect. Great spot separated from the main home, very private. Well stocked with essentials and super cozy inside. There was a bonfire set up that we used and beautiful surroundings. We were a 15 min drive to the beach and perfectly located to explore Point Reyes. And my kids loved their first sleepover in a camper!

Cute RV in beautiful area. Firm yet comfy beds, lights at night were magical. Upper patio area is really peaceful. Dog friendly! Affordable. Internet is intermittent so bring DVD's for the TV there or a good book.

Nice little travel trailer. Very quiet and private. Property manager needs to provide better instructions of how to find it. The trailer is not actually at the address given, but rather is two driveways up the hill on the right. Better instructions are needed for operation of the hot water which has to manually turned on with a switch before use and the heat and AC controls. There were small hard to read handwritten notes for both , but these need to be more prominently displayed and clearly typed. We are not familiar with travel trailer so needed help there. Also, water pressure is very poor, so shower function is very poor, and we were afraid to use the toilet for much other than urinating.

This was a fantastic booking for our family of four for a weekend Point Reyes hiking trip. The location was great, and the trailer as well as the patio/backyard were excellent for chilling out in the evening. The host was also kind enough to keep some eggs/butter/half-and-half in the fridge for us for breakfast. Would definitely book again.

Parking right outside your door in this cute little retro RV. Great location in Inverness. The owners made sure you have all the amenities including my favorite Pete’s coffee Keurig pods and a nice size refrigerator. The queen size bed was super comfortable as well…

The Ruby is EXACTLY as advertised -- clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. Nicely appointed, every worked well. Perfect spot for a weekend at Point Reyes. Check-in could not have been easier and our host was kind and helpful without being intrusive. We will definitely be back!

What a way to spend the weekend. My friend and I had a fantastic time exploring the sights and lapping up the beauty of Point Reyes and Inverness. The Ruby made our trip thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining. We had looked at hotels to stay at while we were there, but so glad we chose this option instead! I will definitely be returning. If you are hesitant, just do it! You won't regret it and will love every minute!

Great spot to stay in Inverness for an affordable and cozy getaway. Most places in Inverness are so expensive. This had all the comforts of home and a great location at a fraction of the price of renting a whole house or motel room. The host was great and got us all settled in for the weekend. Great find!

We only stayed one night - this time! - and it was great. Ewa was very friendly and helpful and it was fun to stay in an RV. My friend and I found it quite comfortable and there's so much to do and see in that area. Highly recommend.

We loved the Ruby! She was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a bit stormy on the day we arrived, but there were plenty of blankets and comfy spots to curl up with a book or to have a chat over tea. Every time we reached out to our host for advice, she was super fast in replying and very helpful with suggestions for the area. It's a very unique place to stay with access to Point Reyes for hiking and exploring. I already told several people how much I loved staying here. Thanks, Ruby!

My family and I were skeptical about staying in an RV but it was great. Clean, super quiet, well-equipped kitchen. You can see the location on the map but it's perfect - ~8mn from Point Reyes Station and also to many of my favorite hiking trails. I stayed there by myself; there's not a lot of room - more than one other person would have been tight. There is room for one car in the driveway - a second car would have to be parked a little bit down the road. You should also know that the WiFI comes from a house below; I didn't get any signal on my phone but laptop (with larger antenna) worked (was able to stream video). There is very little/no cellular (at least on AT&T). Overall, highly recommend and I would stay there again.

I had never camped in an RV and because of fate, rented Ruby although I had reservations. The place was clean, had all the comforts of home and was very quiet w a nice outdoor area. It is convenient to Point Reyes and I would rent again!
