This is one of hidden gem , Property is well maintained - garden , pool , gated with security round the clock, breakfast was changed every day, rooms spacious and cleaned every day and towels replaced, very friendly staff . beautiful views of Mountains from our bed and orange trees surrounded
Just trivial issues, like the approach to the hotel is gravel/dusty road and google map doesn't show the shortest route, broadband was a bit dodgy, you need to have a car as no public transportation.

Positive: the bed was very big and nice and clean bedlinnen. And they arranged a taxi when we requested one.
Negative:
The place is really hard to find by Google maps or Maps.me. Our cab driver needed 1 hour on dirt roads extra to get there.
The pool is not heated, just the tiny pool on a sideis a few degrees warmer than the big one but still freezing (even though i asked weeks upfront if the pool would be heated).
The shower was blocked and even though we mentioned this 3 times, the only thing they did was mopping it once. So we could not shower in 24 hours.
Also, there was no wifi the first day.
Food was very average, compared to other places.
All in all, it’s very overpriced and run down. This place could be great with a lot of maintenance and care. And a friendly manager😂.

Fantastic : the first QUIET place we slept in in Marrakech, luxurious, very clean, very kind and helpfull staff....
just one thing to know : if you don't have a car, you need a taxi to go to Marrakech (20€) ; as for us (we stayed there one complete day), we enjoyed the place without going outside because we were tired because of the previous days ;)

The food was fantastic and I loved that it was the local cuisine, and my allergies were taken into consideration and Ismail was a sweetheart, who is the person to receive you when you arrive. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return, it's the perfect place to relax and gain back your energy after a long travel.
I wouldn't recommend the massage, as it is given by a guy (I'm a girl) and I had to tell him not to get too close to intimate places during the massage... Which is not really great when you want to relax during a massage. Then afterwards he asked for my Instagram too, not very professional.

Fabulous hotel, staff were very attentive, especially Asmara (think that's how you pronouns his name)
Beautiful swimming pool with decent sunbeds and towels.
Food was good, we had some tasty tagines.
Only issue was that it was further out of Marrakesh than we expected

Beautiful place, quiet.

Rooms are big and confortable
The guests are nice
The site is well managed and clean
Definitely some improvement on the food (a better authenticity and quality) and on the service (only one person serving many tables and clients and can get overwhelmed)

An oasis retreat in the Moroccan countryside. Very peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by birds and beautiful gardens full of roses and citrus fruits. Room 1 is a large traditional style suite with a sitting room (salon), a big bath and a sunny patio. Returning for a second year, there is a new heated pool at 30 degrees and in a beautiful setting. The food was delicious; a fixed three-course menu for lunch and dinner of traditional Moroccan and Berber dishes. Pierre, Oumaima, Ismail and the team work so hard to make your stay enjoyable. A must-visit place for rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina and the city of Marrakech.
Nothing, it was everything I wanted it to be. Perfect!

Everyone was very eager to be of service and always smiling. The gardens (stunning roses) and two swimming pools were lovely - we also enjoyed playing Petanque. It is a very tranquil and relaxing venue. The room was enormous and the bed very comfortable. Nice terrace outside and pretty good wifi. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was delicious and we generally enjoyed the food.
The water pressure in the bathroom was rather low at times and there was no choice of menu for lunch or dinner.

Perfect setting in beautiful well kept grounds.Lovely swimming pools.Huge rooms.Calm & relaxing & exceptional value for money.
Just be aware that’s it’s very remote-there is nothing nearby at all.So bring snacks if you think you’ll need them.
A bath plug would be useful too!

The hotel is an absolute paradise! From the minute you enter the hotel grounds, you are greeted and spoiled from the start.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and so pretty, with 2 lovely pools, table tennis, tennis courts and a spa.
The bedrooms are huge, with a lovely en-suite bathroom and massive bath tub. Our cabin also had a little terrace in the garden.
We had a massage which was very welcome and a good price.
Amazing owner who was so accommodating and nothing was too much hassle.
We arrived after dinner had finished to the venue and they prepared a lovely 3 course meal for us anyway.
Food was absolutely delicious as well, every meal was superb.
Great value for money compared to the extortionate 5 star equivalents a bit closer to Marrakech
Have to give a 10 as we enjoyed so much, but worth noting the things we have put in negatives to make things as safe and smooth as possible for others.
Getting to the venue is tricky - we were dropped off by a tour we had been on as they declined to take us on the dirt roads to the property and we ended up having to try to get a taxi from the nearby town with suitcases at night. No one seemed to know where the hotel was and taxis were reluctant to go. However in the day time in a taxi from Marrakech, probably this wouldn't have been so much of an issue - just something to be aware of!
The other other thing to mention is that they serve you 3 course lunch and dinner without showing you a menu - it is a set menu that appears. While we loved all of the food and don't have any dietary requirements, it might be hard to communicate these for others as the waiters dont really speak any language other than Arabic, and getting other food would be hard do to the isolated location. Again, not an issue for us but just for others to note 🙂

we ended our trip with 3 nights here and it was the best decision ever. if you like the calm and peace and just pure relaxation then this is your place. if you need anything you just need to ask! we are from the UK so had to use Google translate with the staff but that was fine.
I urge you to book this little peaceful haven! you won’t regret it!
such a nice end to our trip and a treat away from the madness of marrakech :)
The owner Pierre and his family are so kind, the place is like home and it really feels like that when you stay.
Please book this place if you visit marrakech!
we liked everything!

It was really a wonderful experience. The place was really nice and quiet. The host was one of the best hosts I have ever met. Although I don’t speak French nor Arabic at all, they still tried their best to help me.
And also the staff there were really helpful as well. I will definitely recommend this place!

The breakfast was amazing and always something different every day. It was a fabulous location with an amazing room (enormous bed!) & beautiful gardens. Most of all it was the kindness of the staff (all of them) who went over and above making me feel so welcome. I cannot thank Karim enough for looking after me, Pierre the manager who could not do enough, and the kind women who fed and looked after me too. Thank you:)
Nothing. It's amazing and looking forward to going back.

Amazing staff, helpful and very polite. I went with family, our children from 12 to 34 years, everyone loved the place and the people. We spent new years in their restaurant, they went our of their way to make everything perfect for us. Thank you Pierre and Karim, great team!!
Almost nothing, only the wifi was giving me a little hard time in certain locations, but they brought me an amplifier for my big room, and it worked very well. Thank you Karim!
The location is 30 min driving from Marrakech, the road to get there is a dirt road, but once you go through the gates you are in an oasis!! service and gardens with fruit trees, beautiful and peaceful.

A place to relax. Karim was very hard working and pleasant and gave us great advice on things to do in the area. Pierre's wife, the manager, was very charming and cared about making us feel comfortable.
The hotel wifi is weak and it's a bit far from the main road, but it has a nice pool and garden, tennis courts, petanque court and gym, perfect for relaxing.

Staying at Les Jardins de Marrakech was amazing. The room was beautiful with lots of nice little details. When we arrived we could not believe how green all the gardens were, they are absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast in the morning was all homemade and really nice

A wonderful place, like a beautiful Oase in the middle of nowhere, but with GPS easy to find. If somebody prefer a calm place in the natur I can warmly recommend this beauty. The staff are lovely and frendly, Pierre has always some nice words to you and a friendly smile, Kerim and his service is fantastic, we loved the cats, the lemon and orangetrees, the amazing meals such a great breakfast with fresh orangejuice from garden, the delicious diner. It's a place to easy fall in love with it. Thank you for your great hospitality and the beautiful time at you. Judit, Emil, István

The room was large with a large bed, and for some reason an extra single bed. There was an enclosed terrace with seating and a sitting room. The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower and the toilet was also separate. There was loads of storage.
The gardens were lovely, and well tended.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were adorable kittens that wandered around and provided entertainment!
For us wanting a few days of total relaxation after the business of Marrakesh it was ideal.
The pool was lovely, and cleaned every day.
The food was good.
If you want to make it a base and see anything else you need a car. There is nowhere to wander too. If you are happy to use it as a place to relax and recharge as we were it is ideal.
The drainage in the shower was shocking, the shower tray filled up in seconds and took half an hour to drain.

wonderful facilities, very helpful, friendly staff. very clean and comfortable. Fun place to stay
