Flughafennahes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel

Zimmer sehr groß, gut ausgestattete Küche. Pool und Spa nettes Add-on. Lage verkehrsgünstig zu Mall und Flughafen, dennoch ruhig. Amerikanisches Frühstück war ok.

Obwohl das Hotel in einem Industriegebiet mit sehr viel Platz liegt, musste man den Parkplatz zusätzlich bezahlen. In einer Innenstadst sehe ich das ein, bei einer solchen Lage allerdings eher nicht. Allerdings wussten wir das vorher und haben es auch hingenommen. Frühstück war zwar ok, musste aber in der Hotellobby eingenommen werden. Das hatte etwas Bahnhofscharakter.

The suite layout

- denied early check in, our room wasn't even ready at 4, they had to switch rooms - super loud neighbors above - didn't get us a pack n play, but didn't tell us they didn't have one for hours. They said they'd give us things to make a bed on the floor for our 11mo, but all they sent was one thin blanket. Very poor service.

Great!

Location was handy. The room had the facilities we needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good. It was clean and fresh.

Although we booked for 3 adults and a baby, there were not enough towels and there was no bed linen for the sofa bed. These were brought promptly, however. It was nice to be given free parking when we had expected to pay.

Stay was excellent and i will definitely stay again.

I was put on the first floor, and it was perfect. I had a straight walk to the pool, fitness room, main lobby. The staff were amazing. Always greeting people and answered any questions I had, even offered if needed a toothbrush and paste. The breakfast was great. Great options for everyone

I didn't like the $15/a day for parking. that's the only bad thing I can say.

The room was comfortable. The desk staff was helpful.

I had a handicapped room that was as far away from the elevator as possible. That is just wrong. The desk staff was helpful but the bar tender was not.

The size of the room was good. Kevin C. was helpful and welcoming. My suggestion is they clean under the sofa. Also, late check out would be nice too.

Airport close to mall and within one minute you can have some restaurant choises, plus if you forgot something before your trip you can buy everything in the mall. There is a pool with jaccuzzi. Parking free and convinient, Breakfast standard .

Breakfast was the best I have ever had as complimentary at a hotel.

Pay for parking in a huge lot in a business area where there is no reason to charge for parking to deter people from parking except to make an extra buck on people.

I needed the room to rest after a busy day, and the stay fulfilled my wants and needs.

My stay was for one night only. I'm basing the score on the fact my room was quiet and a clean. The building was multi-storied and my room was at the end of a long hallway. But the walk was worth it. The bed was super comfortable, the shower had a wand and a raining shower head. Loved it. Breakfast was basic, but great for a person on the go. I enjoyed seeing families having a good time.

Parking lot. Maybe some cameras. I felt a bit vulnerable, Not sure where it happened, but after I got home my 7 year old grandson noticed my car tags had been ripped off. I realize parking was at owner's risk, so I don't fault the hotel.

I am very thankful to the staff because despite I made a mistake with the reservation (all my fault), they readily help me fix it. The room was very spacious and nice: it had a small kitchen too, Everything was new and very clean. The location was convenient: walking distance from the "Westfield mall". It is also close to the Sea-tac airport and 30min by car to Seattle downtown

We really wanted to try their jacuzzi/hot tub, but unfortunately our experience was ruined by several groups with children. Their parents/guardians let them run and jump everywhere in the pool, screaming and shouting. The water in the jacuzzi had green/gray foam after they used it. The children were left completely unsupervised in the gym area too, where they used the gym machines and tools as toys (very dangerous!). I understand it is not the hotel's fault, but I highly recommend the hotel to increase the number of the staff during these peak times, so some of the staff can supervise the pool and gym area. Also, we suggest implementing restrictions as other hotels do: for example child-free policies which forbid children under a certain age to go the pool and the gym

Fantastic hotel that is close to SeaTac

This is a very clean hotel. The room was awesome, with a whole kitchenette and lounge area. Everything felt new and clean. I like that the breakfast was included. It was close to shops and nice to be able to walk around. The parking was included which I liked.

The hot tub and pool were nice but they had way too much chlorine. The pancakes were cold but they had a lot of other choices and a great place to sit and eat.
