Wonderful spacious home with room for everyone.

Spacious, peaceful and great for dogs. Plenty of accessories to aid your stay, dog crates, kitchen wear and many other items! Would gladly return!

Pros: Clean and mostly well maintained. Plenty of room for a family of 6 with a dog. We enjoyed family meals, and games at the table as well as soaks in the hot tub. Cons: The automatic lighter on the grill does not work. The outside fire place is not working (as stated in the listing). It was a little remote from the waterfall hiking activities we did, requiring a good bit of driving on windy roads. The kitchen table seating could be upgraded to actual seats vs picnic style benches.

We booked and stayed for a girls weekend to help our friend celebrate her upcoming wedding. It was very relaxing and allowed for open conversation and togetherness. Beautiful environment.

We really enjoyed our time at the house. Very relaxing with all the accommodations needed to have a great time. Especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and hanging out on the deck… Especially in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

This rental was even more beautiful in person! From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed with the authentic mountain cabin vibe. It was spotless upon arrival and had lots of space for our family. The wifi worked perfectly and the management company was attentive and excellent at communication. The beds were super cozy. I slept on the king bed downstairs and the bed was so comfortable I might have to buy the same mattress for my home! The kids in the family had a great time playing downstairs while the adults relaxed upstairs by the fire.
Finally, the checkout requirements for the property are very reasonable and the management company was a joy to work with.
I highly recommend this property.

Great cabin located in the Blue Ridge mountains to celebrate Christmas with family. Cabin is well built, furnished with everything we needed. Plan to return in the fall as leaves are turning. Pristine checked with us each day to insure we were OK.

The property was comfortable, clean, and located in a beautiful setting. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen/dining/and living spaces. The covered hot tub with gas fireplace was ideal, and we enjoyed it even in the rain. The property managers were responsive and accommodating to our needs.

A true mountain experience. My family and aunt have a blast just by staying and enjoying the amenities.

The property was nice. Great location and beautiful scenery. Upon arrival it was noticed it was not as clean as we had hoped. The one door out to the deck did not function, the fireplace was out of order, and the Hot Tub was not running and we had issues getting it running and it was never used. Upon departure, I was charged for pet hair from our Dog, and an alleged Vomit Spot (looked like a small amount of dirt on the comforter). Yes, we allowed her on the couch and did not read in the agreement this was not allowed. So it is my issue and I paid the cleaning fee. Although there was pet urine (NOT OUR PET) in the basement and this was not cleaned prior to our arrival, nor was the property cleaned as well as one might have wanted. So getting charged for additional cleaning was a little upsetting to me. All in all this is a nice property and I would recommend it for large groups.

Very good choice for celebrating a special birthday with family. Went to Emerald Village nearby and spent time in the cabin celebrating.

Beautiful cabin with beautiful plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed the wraparound deck and Mountain View’s. Good location to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway and multiple waterfalls in the area to hike to.

Very nice cabin. Communication with the property manager was very prompt. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was great to enjoy after a day of hiking and dinner.

This house is perfect for a large group. We came for a family reunion where the main group house was 10 min away. Pictures are very on point. It’s exactly what we hoped for. Beautiful views from deck and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
The only thing we weren’t expecting was the trash disposal expectation before check out. It is your responsibility to dispose of trash when you leave which isn’t stated in listing and seems odd based on the amount paid for the cleaning fee. The site drop off is opposite direction to airport and not available on Sunday. There were instructions of one possibly closer to the neighborhood but we weren’t able to locate. Luckily the other house our family was at had trash disposal on site, so we disposed there. Out of towners be aware and plan accordingly.

The property views were of a beautiful valley with a babbling brook down the drive. It was so peaceful to sit outside on the deck in the morning, with coffee, listening to the creek/brook and the birds chirping away. It was a great location near the areas we planned on visiting. Like most mountain cabins, cell reception was almost nothing for most carriers, but unplugging is an enticement for me so I didn’t mind it. They offer WiFi so it satisfied everyone. We had lots of communication with the properties management company, not always speaking with the same person, but they were very responsive and accommodated us the best they could. The house offered pretty much everything we needed and I’m sure the feedback given to the management company will be taken into consideration. My boyfriend proposed while we were on this trip with friends so it will forever hold a special place in my heart and fond memories.

Beautiful property, clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed, well stocked cabin. The area was beautiful. We would highly recommend this cabin.

This property was well maintained and had everything you needed to make it feel like your home away from home. The location was perfect for us since we wanted to be up in the mountains. We were centrally located in the middle of some great attractions like the sky park, grandfather mountain, mount mitchell, emerald village mine, Lynnville falls and caverns. Also we were close enough for a visit to Biltmore Estates in Asheville! We have had several mountain vacations and this one was one of our favorites!

We chose this place for our family to attend a wedding. We had plenty of space. We enjoyed hearing the water run down the creek when sitting on the deck. There was very little traffic and overall it was quiet and very relaxing. I wished we had booked to stay longer. I would definitely recommend and would like to come back again.

The property was just what we needed for six friends staying together and exploring the Blue ridge parkway and the great roads to ride our motorcycles on. It was we wonderful to sit on the deck in the moring and evening and listen to the brook across the road

Perfect house for a family or group of friends. The decor is well thought out and the work that has been done since the house was built is great. Everything was clean, the beds and linens were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space is just as great as the pictures. Loved feeling like I was “away from it all” and still able to drive 20 minutes to a fantastic brewery and an hour to an afternoon of snowboarding. We would definitely stay again!

This house was big enough for two families of four to stay in comfortably. It was nice to relax in the hot tub and sit outside and listen to the creek across the street. The process of checking in and out were very simple. We received a quick response each time we reached out to management. (We did not reach out for any complaints or because anything was wrong) We will definitely return!

It was a great place. However, not the best of our experiences, and here’s why: our check-in day was on December 21, and we arrived on December 22 at 3 am after a 15-hour road trip. We were tired and expectant to find a clean space to have some rest. Surprisingly, we found a whole dirty place, the rooms were smelly with dirty sheets and unmade beds, the kitchen had food scraps in the sink, not to mention the bathrooms. We did not sleep at all since we had to start cleaning and washing the sheets at that time of the morning! We kept in touch with the property manager, and when she got back to us later in the morning, she explained the reason for the misunderstanding and sent someone over (a lovely lady) to clean the place. The property manager refunded the cleaning fee and asked for a way to make it up to us. We kindly asked her if she could refund the price for the first night, given that unpleasant experience after our long trip- a night that we certainly did not use as part of our vacation. She said she was willing to do so and would ask the owner. However, she never got back to us regarding so. I emailed her to follow up on that, and she never replied.
But well, after all, we ended up having a good time. This place is beautiful and unique, but the management should improve.

Absolutely beautiful home and location!! Would love to come back. Only negative thing was the cabin wasn’t cleaned when we got there BUT they had someone come out right away and clean. She did a wonderful job and was such a sweet girl!

We stayed here for a long weekend and had our kids and grandkids with us. Everyone had a great time - the hot tub, fooseball, the grill - and the big dining room table was perfect for eating and playing games. We all had a really good time!

Peaceful retreat
Beautiful home in the mountains, very quiet & peaceful. House is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Hot tub on deck is a definite highlight. Great communication from property managers, quick responses to my questions & requests. Stop at Ingles in Burnsville for your food/supplies before getting to the house - once you get up the twisty turny road to the house you won't want to leave!

Amazing Cabin!
This cabin was great! Wonderfully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. Plenty of seating for large family meals. Hot tub was very clean and relaxing. The view felt like something out of a fairytale. We spent every morning and evening on the large wrap around porch. The basement suite was perfect for our family of 4 (myself, husband, 11yo, and 14yo) and our 2 small dogs. There was also a master suite upstairs for the grandparents and the loft for my sister and her husband. Everyone had their own little private place to retreat to at the end of the day. Communication with property management was excellent. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Peace and quiet
That’s what we were looking for and that’s what we got. Except for Saturday when they started mowing and weed eating. Left while they worked. Wasn’t planned but worked out. Maybe schedule mowing when not rented or during turnover.

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!
We rented this gorgeous cabin for a long weekend getaway for our 10th anniversary. Ended up being a snowy weekend so very happy we had an AWD vehicle just in case. Cabin was spotless and beautiful, wonderful space to relax and also entertain, we had a couple friends join us for a night. Kitchen had everything we needed, grill was also super useful. Highly recommend!! Would definitely stay again!

Quiet cabin in a peaceful valley
Went with husband and adult daughter who had just had surgery. This cabin was beautiful. It sits in a valley between ridges where the sound came mostly from nearby Bear creek. Clean and well appointed. Hot tub is new with a lovely view.so restful we decided to stay an extra night.

Wonderful Time!!
My sister, myself and my dog recently stayed in Bear Creek Cabin in October. It was perfection! The cabin was cozy and we felt very safe during our stay. After long days out on the Blue Ridge Parkway, exploring and hiking, we put the hot tub to good use. Our weary bodies loved every minute we spent in it. I so appreciated the fact the cabin was dog friendly, it was so nice to be able to bring him with us and I believe he enjoyed it as much as we did. The only issue was the link for fireplace instructions was not correct but was quickly rectified and the right link were sent via email. We had a lovey, relaxing time and we would definitely love to stay at Bear Creek Cabin again. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay!!

Great cabin rental
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. We don't tend to be very demanding but everything we needed seemed to be provided. It was a great space with a lovely deck overlooking a babling brook, hot tub and two fireplaces.
