It's a great location and a well appointed property. The only negatives were ants in the kitchen that the owner sent a handyman to remediate, a weird smell in the downstairs bathroom and a very temperamental upstairs showrrm shower

Our place was great. We had an amazing stay really close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was a great communicator and very helpful throughout our stay

My family was there for a wedding. In general the property had plenty of room and was in a great location. The downside is it was extremely musty smelling and most doors including bathrooms would not close properly. The widow A/C units were fairly loud and the one in the lower level bedroom needed to be replaced. We had a chance to visit other rental units while there and this one was definitely not up to par with the others!

Extended family visit at the beach with ages ranging from 24 to 70. Location is fantastic, and the upstairs kitchen/living area/deck is terrific for large family gatherings and meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and ready to go. Kitchen pots and pans were plentiful, although cleaning staff may want to spot check pots/pans for cleanliness in future. (Prior guests hadn't washed anything very well and everything needed to be washed before use; coffee grounds from prior guests needed to be dumped). Lower level basement could use a dehumidifier. Otherwise would give 5 stars all around. Great stay.

I had colleagues stay at this home for a few days while working here in RI. Although the colleagues reported issues with the home well into their stay (they didn't want to cause problems), the owner/property manager took a pretty cavalier attitude towards our situation and didn't bother to refund a dime.
The place was filthy with mold in the coffee pot, food particles in the oven, bugs and other vermin remnants around the kitchen. Pass and do yourself a favor!

The place was roomy and clean. We were able to spend time together and enjoy the area. We all loved being close to the Cliff Walk and downtown Newport.

This home provided the perfect place for my family to relax, cook, and enjoy each other during our Thanksgiving holiday. We cooked a delicious turkey dinner, took long walks with our Lab, watched the JETS game at Aquidneck, and enjoyed shopping and sightseeing in downtown Newport. This home was clean, well-equipped, and the perfect location for our family adventure!

Perfect beach house for our large family consisting of 7 adults, one toddler and one infant. Large rooms with plenty of bedding, great family room/kitchen area for hanging out, Lovely walk to beach in really nice neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes, pots and pans. Apartment downstairs with second kitchen and full bathroom was perfect for my daughter, her husband and two young children.

This home was in a great location, super convenient and close to everything. It was a great, quiet place to spend time with my family with plenty of room for all of us and even our dog! It has a spacious private fenced in backyard and a deck with a barbecue. The perfect home for a beach trip!

Had a great time at the house, beds comfortable, equipped kitchen, good communication with the owner. Responded effectively when needed. Only suggestions were the Shower pressure and not a lot of hot water. Also, some backyard furniture would have been convenient.

We did a girls trip of 9 of us for a long weekend in Newport - Jonathan’s spot was truly perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space for all of us to sleep. Full baths on both floors so weren’t too many people trying to share one bathroom. Kitchen was well sized & well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and cookware. Jonathan was incredibly responsive, helpful, and even provided local recommendations for our stay!
10min walk to the beach, liquor store, and awesome Italian market/sandwich shop with great coffee. ~40 min walk to downtown right on the beach & 6 minute Uber. ~25 min walk from the entrance to the cliff walk as well. Adorable neighborhood too! Plus the house has a patio & huge backyard for outdoor hangin’. Thanks so much Jonathan for a great Newport stay!

This house was perfect for our girls trip (11 people). The second fridge was perfect to store all of our food and drinks, and we all had spacious sleeping arrangements. I’d stay again.

We stayed here Thurs-Sun for a Friday wedding that was in Newport. Check in was easy, location was great and the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of space inside the house (the house can accomodate up to 12). Quick drive right into Newport and neighborhood was nice. Thank you for a great experience!

This house is a great location for the the Newport Marathon! It is walking distance to the start and the finish. There was enough room for our large group. The owner is very nice and very accommodating. Thank you!

The location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to packet pick up and also to the start of the race so we did not need to worry about race day parking. Jonathon was very accommodating answering all of our questions quickly.

Our sailing team of 6 men stayed here for 6 days and it was perfect, its often hard to find a house that can comfortably sleep our group!! Close to Newport yet away from all the noise, well appointed, clean and the host was a breeze to deal with. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend at Jonathan’s property! His response time and ability to address the questions we had made our experience all the better (before and during our stay). The pictures are 100% accurate. Flexible sleeping arrangements and 2 fridges were super helpful for our group; also made for a very comfortable stay! I hope future stays at this property are as fun and memorable as ours was!

Great week in Newport
We had a great stay at this house in Newport. There were 6 of us in our group and the setup worked out really great. The majority of our time was spent on the main level both for eating and sleeping. The additional bedrooms and additional kitchen on the lower level were a great quiet area for working or zoom meetings without being disturbed by the rest of the group. So that was an unexpected bonus for the week.
The house was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was particularly well equipped. We used the grill for cooking out and there’s a nice fenced in backyard. We had a small dog that we couldn’t trust to not sneak out but the yard would otherwise be perfect. We drove to the beach rather than walk.
There’s a great ice cream place, Clementines, that is nearby.
We would recommend this place and rent again!
