We would definitely book here again.

Room was fine, location was great walking distance to cafes, restaurants , wharf ,and shops. Also, trolley picks you up for touring the mansions, restaurants, and shopping. We were here for the Audrain Car Concours and the setting and weather could not be better !

Thankful we found a room in a great location.

We were able to get a room after our Airbnb fell through.

Associate said rooms were available but she couldn’t reserve it for us, told me I had to log into the Marriott site and reserve the room. I had to move to the side use my phone to reserve the room only for the site to continue to tell me rooms not available after I was told 5 rooms were open. Finally got on Booking.com and was able to reserve a room. Went back to the counter with my conformation number only to be told she couldn’t find it. Finally she looked me up by name and located my confirmation, what a frustrating experience. I understand booking on the web but when I’m in front of an agent, told rooms available but I had to use the website to reserve was frustrating, what happed to personal customer service?

Close to everything, would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant and valet staff very helpful and friendly.

No windows to outside in the room so it was dark. Carpeting was old and a terrible color.

Newport is beautiful and will be back but would NEVER stay here again

The location of the hotel was its only positive.

There was screaming, banging, crying, fighting and all other types of mayhem every night ~ one night it went on from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Wasn't told about $30 resort dest fee or $40 per day parking fee, nor was the $30 credited toward food purchased at hotel. Staff totally indifferent and unhelpful and mold all over ceiling in room.

The location is excellent but I would not stay there again for the price. Paying for internet really left a bad taste in

The rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. The air conditioning works great. The food at the Main Sail is excellent.

We paid about 1000 dollars a night. The room was very basic and I have paid 250 for similar rooms. On top of that the internet is terrible and if you want to upgrade to internet that works you have to pay 10 extra dollars a day. They also charge you a resort fee of 30 dollars a day. The whole experience felt like a money grab. It was also a completely impersonal experience. Not even a smile or good evening when you check in at reception.

The location was great.

This was my first time staying on this property. Our room had a picture window to a major hallway by the elevator. You had light coming into the room (the blinds & curtain didn’t block) & noise from people getting on & off the elevator. Very hard to sleep. The hotel also felt dated & was not on the water for the high cost of staying there.

Great location, clean rooms, lovely staff but needs an update.

The location was great and you could walk to many of the hot spots in town. If you re traveling without a car, this would be a great place to stay. The grab and go breakfast location was convenient and the front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

The hotel was dated and truly needs a face lift and the value wasn't there. I expected more for what the room rate was. The main restaurant breakfast thought convenient was just fair and overpriced.

It’s location was perfect.

Open area in lobby which is loud as parents which I don’t blame them allow their children to play. This area is surrounded by all the rooms, and it’s not uncommon to hear kids at play 7AM . Trust me I been there, but as a empty nester 7AM is quiet time. Also pool very hot, would be nice hot outdoor pool.

Great location, great hotel, definitely coming back to stay

The room was very clean. The gym facilities were amazing...they had everything you could think of. Also loved the machine to fill up your water bottle. The location of the room was great as well - great view.

The parking was expensive.
