About this house rental

Do you have an appreciation for historic vintage homes? This home was built in 1895, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just one block from Main St. in downtown Frankfort, MI. This two story home is 2 walkable blocks to the white sandy beaches and cool Lake Michigan waters. Amazing family adventures await you, such as a scenic kayak down the Betsy River, or charter fishing on Lake Michigan. Capture all the beautiful foliage while hiking the Mary Margaret Johnson Trail in the fall and enjoy downhill skiing at Crystal Mountain in the winter. Whether it’s fine dining at Rocks Landing or grabbing a Belgian style craft beer at Storm Cloud Brewery, there are plenty of great eateries in this gem of a town.

The Space
You’ll feel like you're staying at Aunt Emma’s or Grandma’s house! Rentals run from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 11am, unless otherwise agreed upon. This 3 bedroom home (working on bedroom 4) easily sleeps 4 and possibly as many as 6. One full bath on the second floor and a half bath on the first floor just off the kitchen. Octagon sitting room with ample seating. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space. Dining table seats 4 comfortably but may seat as many as 6. Cozy front porch with wicker seating.

Home includes free wireless internet, cable, private backyard and street parking. House rules no overnight guests outside renters, no pets, no smoking and garbage must be disposed of in outside garbage cans.

I have been using VRBO for over 20 years. This is the worst property I have ever stayed. VRBO should remove this property from listings. Rent at your own risk.
