On the whole good.

Nice friendly staff room was clean.Very close to Anfield stadium

The area after the Liverpool match had become unsafe.Me and my son nearly got mugged walking the main rd in day light.

Todo fue tal cual lo mostraban. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones cómodas, bien comunicado con el centro, cerca estaba la parada de bus.

Es hat uns gefallen

Auch wenn nicht direkt in der Stadt war es dennoch eine gute Lage, da man mit den Busen (20,21) schnell an der Lime Street und damit im Zentrum Liverpools ist. Das Guesthouse liegt zudem in der Nähe des Everton Stadions Goodison Park und somit auch nicht weit von der Anfield. Sehr nettes ,aufmerksames Personal, welches unten noch ein gemütliches Pub betreibt. Es hat ausserdem eine kleine Küche mit Balkon sowie Waschmöglichkeiten . Wifi funktionierte gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig nicht so geeignet für Leute wo bei Strassenlärm nicht gut einschlafen können

Value is great. People are nice. Location is good. No place for a longer holiday though.

Good location if you want to see a game. You get a bed and a beer if wanted.

Very nice host, comfortable room. We had a good sleep!

The host was very nice and friendly, we felt welcome. The room is cozy and clean. We had a good rest :)

Was comfortable and what we paid for.

Could have cereal or toast for breakfast which wasn't mentioned. People were very friendly. We had a good night's sleep.

The bathroom was a little small and the door didn't stay shut. Couldn't tell anyone about the door when we left as no one was there.

A nice experience

Friendly owners, clean and tidy rooms and warm, friendly pub on the ground floor. Excellent place to stay if your a football fan who doesn’t live locally, Everton or Liverpool is a short walking distance from this property.

2 Aussies at St Hilda

The locals were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was also in a perfect location for us to walk across to the football match. The accommodation and people really made our trip special.

Not the baddest I’ve been to, not the best either definitely not. But if you’re staying a night and you’re not sensitive

The room was definitely not a suite like the staff said it would be but it was cute little and comfortable

The window didn’t close all the way sp you could hear the traffic the whole night long which was very disrupting as well as the noise cancellation to the other rooms. We could hear the karaoke from downstairs sounding horrible, as well as all the other that were staying at the property when they talked, whispered, walked and did the dirty stuff.

Fantastic staff & atmosphere.

Great location. 10-15 min walk to Anfield, 5 min walk to Goodison. Plenty of buses from outside into town. Lively pub downstairs with a great atmosphere. Clean rooms, nice smoking area/patio and kitchen for residents. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and take the time to talk to you and get to know you. Will definitely be back.

Share kitchen how I trust if people did do clean properly 100% clean by wash up its hard to believe which is effect people believe n covid it’s not people fault it’s just in their mind and same as us they should leave two mugs in bedroom to safe side and £90 for a night is bit expensive they should approx btw 30-35 pounds

Good value for money

You're welcomed by amazing staff who are very friendly. Well equipped kitchen with all white goods to cook and do your laundry Safe and secure with CCTV in communial areas. Highly recommended for the the price you pay and what you get.

Great value

Bedroom was spotless, kitchen is supplied with everything you need. There's even a washing machine and dryer. Bathroom was spotless. Great location. its on bus route into the city centre. There's pubs, supermarkets, 5 minutes away. Place was clean. Staff really Friendly. It was quiet at night so had great nights sleep. It's over a pub. If there's is music on its stopped early,I went for a drink locals are really Friendly. It's great for the price. I've stayed before so this is my 2nd visit and I'd visit again.

A great budget b&b for a short stay which is what we planned.

Help yourself breakfast from items in larder and fridge were limited but adequate for our needs.

Great stay

Great location, just a short walk from the Grand Old Lady and very welcoming and friendly staff. Very comfortable room with plenty of space and a nice little outdoor area too. Kitchen facilities were great.

Ensuite was very small and there was no roll holder, but it did the job and that's the most important bit!

Disappointing

Guesthouse is close to the bus stop and grocery store, nice shared kitchen, we had a free room upgrade, bed was comfortable.

The carpet was not properly cleaned, missing handles from forniture, ceiling light in the bathroom was about to fall down from the ceiling, please fix it as soon as possible, it can be very dangerous.

The use of the kitchen makes it perfect if you are staying for a few days but shared bathroom!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Although there was no breakfast provided. There was a kitchen and milk and cereal available so we could make our own. 😊👍🏽

No ensuite bathroom available, which was a shame, but bathroom was fine.

Excellent fit for purpose.

it is very conveniently located for a visit to Everton and Liverpool games, like 10 minutes walk to either. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the pub downstairs provided for good entertainment.
