Vacaciones cinco estrellas

La profesionalidad y amabilidad de los empleados. El desayuno esta buenísimo y completo y equilibrado, el restaurante superó mis expectativas. Mención especial a Laura y el equipo de sala y cocina. Soy alérgica a varias cosas y fueron super atentos. Todo está impecable y además tienen gimnasio, spa y piscina. Volveremos seguro.

Como sugerencia una repisa en la ducha facilitaría el tener los productos de limpieza a mano. Sería más cómodo.

Awesome hotel! everything was perfect, it exceeded all my expectations.

This hotel is awesome, it's rated 4 stars but the comfort and service are pretty equivalent to a 5 star hotel. They have facilities for sport professionals with a gym that has all the equipment of a training center, semi-Olympic pool, and a full equipped SPA. The service is outstanding, all the staff is focused in giving you the best stay possible. The location is also a wonderful aspect of the hotel, having a great sight of the Mediterranean cost and all the valley. Definitively I'll return

I had some issues getting out of the SPA area, the bracelet chip to grant access failed, and no house phone were available to ask for help.

Als sporthotel heeft het alles, ga er niet heen met de verwachting van een wellnesshotel

De kamers zijn erg mooi ingericht met belachelijk groot bed. Tof zwembad en geweldig ingericht. Hotel heeft alles voor een geweldige ervaring. Als ze de communicatie verbeteren heeft het de potentie voor een tophotel.

De communicatie was erg slecht. De receptie van hotel sprak meerdere keren de receptie van de spa en bediening in restaurant tegen. Voor de spa moesten we langs de receptie van de spa die ons weer terugverwees naar de receptie van het hotel. Tijdens mijn massage was er personeel luid aan het lachen en gesprekken aan het voeren in de ruimte naast de massage. Totaal niet comfortabel. Tegen therapeut en receptie gezegd maar werd niks aan gedaan. Moest het doen met sorry. Receptie gaf aan bij aankomst dat er een 3 course menu was waar we ons voor 25€ voor konden aanmelden. Dat hebben we gedaan. In het restaurant bleek er alleen een lopend buffet te zijn en die was inclusief bij de hotelprijs. Dat hebben we toen maar gedaan. Bij uitchecken moesten we er 20€ voor betalen… dat hadden we graag vooraf geweten.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir sind beide Vegetarier und jeden Abend wurde uns eine tolle Option im Menü gegeben. Die Betten sind ein Traum, genauso wie das Bad sehr geräumig. Modernes und gut ausgestattetes Fitnesstudio. Der nächste Ort nur ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Die Badekappe im Schwimmbereich. Leider einer dieser unverständlichen Regeln in Spanien. Wir wollten in den Wellnessbereich aber nachdem wir erfahren haben das man eine Badekappe tragen muss haben wir abgelehnt.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück und guter Spa-Bereich. Der Sundowner auf der Terrasse ist empfehlenswert.

Buena ubicación y mucha tranquilidad aunque podría mejorar en algunos detalles.

La ubicación. - Parking gratuito. - Tranquilidad, silencio. - Cama extra, extra grande. - Vistas con terraza. - No quedaban habitaciones básicas después de haberla guardado y por el mismo precio, una superior.

Se podían currar un poquito las mesillas de noche, parecen taburetes. - Hay que poner una mampara en la ducha, sin querer pones el baño perdido. - No haber armario como tal, sino baldas y perchas a la vista de cualquiera. - Si el desayuno era de 7:30 a 10:30, el cocinero no puede estar allí a partir de las 9:30, porque cuando acabamos de desayunar, apareció a esa hora a hacer tortillas y nosotros sin probarlas.

Reasonably comfortable but was happy to leave. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Pool facilities and gym looked good but didn’t use it. Breakfast buffet had a reasonably good choice of items

Breakfast buffet area is cramped and we often had to queue for items at busy times. Staff was pleasant but clearly not enough at busy times . Often had to wait for breakfast buffet items to be replenished. Rooms were impractical with only one drawer for storage. Bathroom design is modern but impractical. Automatic lighting in rooms was annoying and we were often left in total darkness when one person left the room. Overall not a practical place to stay if you need a hotel for a lengthy stay .

Comfortable stay in a bright, modern hotel

Bright , clean, modern room. Breakfast was good.

I did have to move rooms as the sound travelled and I think it was the desk chair scrapping the floor above.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

What a great hotel. The staff are amazing, helpful and polite and the amenities are first class. My brother is traveling from Perth for a meeting and have recommended this hotel to him. Hope he enjoys his stay as much as we have.

i liked almost everything, except the open concept of the bathroom design in my room nr 216. When you are taking a shower and someone comes into the room, he can see you directly through the mirror over the sink.

The whole location was perfect for a healthy stay! Staff was very helpful with some requests like early check-in and out. We definitely come back next time when in the area or on a passing by. We really loved the place!! Size of the bed is crazy :-) to get lost....

Best hotel in the Pedreguer area by far

Huge room, massive bed, great views. Lovely staff, great breakfast. Didn't use the sports facilities as we were just stopping overnight but they looked amazing.

Beautiful views and installations but not able to make use of them

The view

No refrigerator in the room The sun beds on the pool terrace (one of the main reasons we booked the room) were not available. The section of the restaurant with the best views was blocked for companies Pillows too big, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Most of the features advertised in the fotos unavailable.
