This is a great place with choice location just a short walking distance from the main Breck strip.
The room was very clean, and nicely decorated. It also has a peaceful creek to admire in the back so be sure to check that out. The room can comfortably 1 to 2 people and has a very homely feel!
If you get an opportunity, you'll definitely want to stay here. 5 out of 5 ⭐️ for sure!

This cottage was perfect! A gentle river runs right outside the deck, we cracked open the door to listen the sound all night.
Easy access into town and all the fun Breckenridge activities.
Would love to stay again.

Host is very attentive. Answered any questions immediately. Extremely clean. Finishs are high end. Small but balcony overlooking stream gives you plenty of room. Listened to the stream all night which made for good sleeping.

Location location location! The patio on the creek was very relaxing. We stay at many rentals and this one was one of the most thoughtfully stocked with extras.

Loved this quaint space designed beautifully for two! It had everything we needed, very nice amenities and upgrades. Thank you!

For our first visit to Breckenridge, this condo was perfect. It was very cozy (excellent use of space), clean and stocked with everything you might need. It is close enough to downtown that if you didn’t want to get in the car, you could certainly walk. Our favorite part of the day was sitting on the balcony listening to the babbling brook and watching the amazing hummingbirds feed, as my husband and I sipped our cocktails in the evening. Daniel was an excellent host, checking to be sure we had everything we needed! If we return to Breckenridge, we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent 3 amazing nights at this incredibly cute condo, for our first trip to Breckenridge this past weekend! The condo was in the PERFECT location; a very short walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants, and an even shorter walk to multiple trails, including the Snowflake trailhead (and ski-lift for you powder lovers!), where we explored the Sawmill Reservoir and also ended up making our way up the ski-hill to Vista Haus, ultimately to the summit of Peak 8 (Wow, just WOW!), then took the lift down to the Breckenridge Ski Village, and then walked back to the condo...we didn't have to use our car at all because of how perfectly located it was! On top of location, the condo was incredibly clean, comfortable and well stocked with all of the essentials (loved the chocolate treats!), and had the BEST deck where my husband and I sat multiple times a day (coffee in the morning and wine at night!) enjoying the sound of the babbling brook just outside the door! Despite being in a condo complex, we felt like we had so much privacy! Speaking of the brook, we thoroughly enjoyed leaving our patio door cracked open at night so we could sleep to the sound of the water and let in just a little of that fresh, cool mountain air! Daniel, the owner, was incredibly nice and EXTREMELY communicative, reaching out to make sure everything was perfect for our stay, which it absolutely was! Thank you so much again, Daniel, for sharing your home with us! WE WILL BE BACK!

The sound of the rushing river, steps away from the back door, is reason enough to stay here. The condo is also very close to downtown and to some great hiking trails. Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting and location! Every item was as advertised and beyond! The back deck overlooking the water was exquisite and our favorite spot to unwind! We will be back!

This was perfect for my wife and I. Easy walk to downtown, loved the creek right out back, everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Would be happy to return some day!

This was a great spot to be near snowboarding and downtown at the same time. Everything was so close and the area was beautiful.
Loved being able to watch snow fall from our room.

Convenient to Snowflake lift and return to door off the 4 o’clock run.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Four O’clock Lodge. The ski in/out was great. Snowflake Lift is right next to the property. The apartment is outfitted with everything you need and things maybe you forgot or didn’t realize you needed (Make-up wipes, an extra toothbrush, coffee, candy, the list goes on). The space is small but very well thought out. We had a GREAT time!!!

The condo was extremely clean, with many welcoming touches that made the place feel homey. So enjoyable to walk out your door and have a ski lift right there. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and check-in/out was easy. My husband and I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cozy, clean, ski-in/ski-out spot!

Perfect location for everything. Didn’t need to use car until we left. Highly recommended for a couple or someone traveling solo

Negatives — limited space and limited hot water
Positives — location, cozy, and comfortable
The only thing I would suggest is a Queen bed instead of a King to garner a bit of space. We had a great time! The Snowflake lift was about 75 yards uphill and we were able to ski right to the building at the end of the day. We were within reasonable walking distance of restaurants and shops. The property manager was very accessible and everything was exactly as listed.

We loved this property! We wanted ski-in/ski-out and it was great - close to the lift, but as others have said, the run to get back to the condo isn’t super easy. It’s not bad at all, but the last little bit isn’t ideal if you’re new to skiing/snowboarding. The location was excellent - convenient to ”downtown” and right on a bus route if you need it. The condo was clean and Daniel was an absolute five star host. Super convenient parking right in front of the condo and a nice area. It is an ideal condo for a couples getaway ski trip in every way but one…
The only downside was the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I know everyone’s taste differs in beds, so if very firm memory foam is your style then this is for you. For reference, my wife and I sleep on a sleep number (Her number is 55 and mine is 80). This bed was so firm that both of us would have sore/achy hips and shoulders in the morning. It kept me tossing and turning a lot during the night (although some of this I’m sure was due to the high altitude).
Overall an absolutely wonderful stay though. Thank you Daniel for the great communication and making yourself available if needed.

We loved our stay here! This little condo is walkable to a ski lift AND to downtown for food and drinks. It’s the perfect size for two people looking for a getaway. We’d love to stay here again!

The apartment is small as noted but was great for a short trip for me and my husband! The location of this unit was outstanding! This unit is walking distance to Charter Sports, Snowflake Lift and Main Street. This gives you easy access to rentals, getting on the mountain and downtown! It also is a ski in and out which gave us an easy way to get back after a long day on the slopes!! It was very clean and the host was very timely with communication! We would be interested in staying at this location again!

Small unit with a short walk to lift and town. Great communication with owner. A bit of a walk at night to hot tub/pool but manageable.

Great spot, exactly as advertised. Ski-in, "ski out" in the sense that there's a chair lift maybe a block away. Property manager was great as well, very communicative and responsive. Was also flexible through check in. I'll be coming back for sure!

The stay was perfect for a single guy or a couple. Conveniently located to central downtown Denver with the ability to ski directly to within 20 yards of the back door. I think you take the 4 o'clock run to the lower 4 o'clock run to the lower 4 o'clock run into town. If you get up early in the morning you can either drive your car about 1/3 of a mile to the beaver run parking lot, of course you will have to pay for parking… But the lips are right there; or you can just walk with your ski equipment. The best is super comfortable and the well equipted Humidifier was perfect for the well thought out 280 square feet.
The entire trip is 10/10. And the property manager was very polite, prompt, accommodating, and informative. Thank you.

5 star, but small, and bed could be softer for one of us. Gorgeous view, very clean, Daniel was as polite and informative as could be.

The place was small but perfect for my wife & I. Very clean and the inventory of things needed for the stay was more than adequate. Other than our groceries, there was nothing we needed. First time in Breckenridge but thanks to this unit and the friendly people, it won't be our last.

What a great place for a couple. Cozy, quaint and all the conveniences. Located within an easy walk to Main Street. The best part was the stream just outside. I could sit on the deck all day and listen to that.
I would highly recommend this unit for a couple.
