Clean, comfortable
Busy road, separate garden
4.0
The beds were really comfortable and the cottage was clean and convenient.
There was no convenient parking and the road outside was quite busy. The stairs were very steep and the bathroom (which was excellent) was downstairs. The bath tap dripped and we couldn't stop it. That needs fixing.

Beautiful cottage. Very comfortable and cosy.
Didn’t realise access to third bedroom was through the second bedroom. Bit of a privacy problem.
4.0
Comfortable beds nice kitchen.
We didn't like the steep stairs and the bathroom being on the ground floor

Location was easy to find. No parking so had to find on street parking for 2 cars with 2 babies, unfortunately road works taking place so less space. Lovely cottage if a little noisy as on main road. Stair gates in place, great for toddlers. Lots of space for travel cots. Lovely kitchen, high chair would have been nice, but guess storage is a problem. Lovely bedding/towels.
Coffee machine in kitchen, would have been nice to have left a few pods.
Characterful property within easy reach of coast and Woodbridge.
Did smell a little of dogs. Has dishwasher, but no washing up liquid for a quick clean.
A little noisy as on busy high street.
No parking, but did know this before booking, just difficult with children.
Surrounding houses had parking areas, wondered why this property doesn't?

Car parking was difficult. Very small access into allocated space.

Great location for us, we were visiting friends and family in the area.
Cottage was a nice size for 5 people staying and had plenty of plates , crockery , glasses etc.when friends popped round to spend an evening with us.
We didn’t have access to the vacum cleaner, this was on the cottage equipment list, Which would have helped with the tidy up on leaving.
We couldn’t really use the “secret garden” as there was no seating available, this was a shame as we had great weather and it was a lovely sun trap.

it was cosy
Location
The address on Booking.com says 192 High Street Woodbridge which suggests it is in Woodbridge. I wouldn't have booked it if I had known it was 5 miles away
Bathroom
1) The hot tap in the bathroom is cracked and dangerous, I cut my finger on it.
2) The shower leaks constantly so the floor is slimy and slippery
3) The light above the mirror in the bathroom is broken
Bedroom
1) There is a machine in the cupboard by the bed (is it a water softener?) which makes a horrible noise intermittently throughout the night. It woke us up a number of times
Neighbours
1) Not being allowed to use the back door to the courtyard in case it upsets the neighbours is ridiculous
2) All the "rules" about not upsetting the neighbours are completely over the top and very unwelcoming

A really lovely cottage. Beds were super comfy and the cottage was in a very convenient location.
Nothing to dislike.

Location ok but on quite a busy road .
More information about the surrounding area, logs for fire?

very clean. location close to where we needed to be.
it was quite stark. Unlike any cottage I’ve stayed in previously absolutely no welcome pack…..no teabags, coffee or anything to drink after a long journey. it provided a nice roof over our heads but that was all.

Very snug and comfortable, exactly what we needed.
The stairs were very steep to go upstairs stairs

Lovely cottage very tastefully decorated throughout. Beds were very comfortable too.
Only downside was the bathroom was downstairs although we did manage ok.

Clean and comfortable. Perfect for the local wedding venues. Local cafe and Sat. food market - very friendly and great food!
Street parking - but did not inconvenience us in any way.
