Exceptional setup and user-friendly amenities, it made us easy to settle in and feel at home. Our children really loved staying in the bedroom as it was sooo soft and comfy. We explored the city during our vacation without any hassles from public transportation. We’ll be back here someday.. Great flat that deserves recommendation
We had a smooth Vacation at this place.

My partner and I had an enjoyable and memorable stay here :)
It was well-stocked with amenities such as toiletries, modern appliances, supplies, etc. We also liked the cleanliness, it was one of our basic standards when it comes to renting an apartment and this flat did not disappoint us but it did exceed our expectations. One more thing that we also loved was their team’s responsiveness - whenever we have questions or so - they are available and ready to help us. This is a highly recommended place🥰❤️
We didn’t know that there were no toothbrushes available..

The location is great. Easy access to transport. Tower Bridge is just a walking distance.
Safe and quiet neighborhood!

The Flat:
It has all that the family needs, it is complete: washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee maker, which is a French press, glasses of wine, and so on, It is amazing. I cannot remember about the blender, if there is not, would be an improvement.
The Location:
The flat's location is super convenient, in a very quiet neighborhood, next to a Tesco supermarket, some restaurants, pizzerias, and many kinds of commerce shops – it's nestled near an avenue that offers buses connecting you to practically any destination you might have in mind. Every so often, you might need to make a bus or tube connection, but it's no big deal. We actually found ourselves favoring buses whenever we could, even though they take a bit more time. But hey, we were tourists on an adventure, so every street and avenue held its own unique charm and hidden gems. The best part about London's buses is that they're higher up, giving you a perfect view of the cityscape. If you're lucky enough to snag a seat in the front upstairs, it's a real treat.
And the cherry on top: buses are more budget-friendly compared to the tube, which is what Londoners refer to as the underground, metro, or subway. So, you're not only saving money, but also getting a more scenic ride around this vibrant city!
The Host:
Michael was helpful every time I sent a message asking something, was not much, but I think is very helpful to have a checklist in the main table with all the information the tenant could have doubt, will reduce the request message a lot. Think about it.
Back to London:
I hope very soon, and for sure, will look for a place managed by Michael, no doubt. Unless it is not affordable for me at that time.
The address actually changed, and unfortunately, I only found out about it when I arrived at the original address mentioned in the reservation. It was quite a surprise for us when we realized we were in the wrong place. After that, I double-checked and managed to find the updated address.
When it comes to collecting the key, especially after arriving in a new city during an international trip, managing your luggage and tiredness can be quite a challenge. We're the type of tourists who prefer using the most affordable transportation options to really get a feel for the daily life of the locals. So, having a method that's more convenient than having to go to a specific location to pick up the key would be really helpful.
While it wasn't too complicated, we're more used to receiving keys in person or through methods like using a code or a lockbox.
Returning the key worked out well for us – Michael was kind enough to grant us extra time for check-out due to our late-night flight. He also arranged for the housekeeper to pick up the key from us and return it along with hers to the designated collection point.

Location is convenient, not too far from Bermondsey station, a few shops around. The flat is in a quiet residential spot.
Heating is great, had to even turn it down a bit.
Communication with the host is fast, they are nice and responsive. Things are resolved quickly.
The flat has an unpleasant old smell, maybe it's from the building itself.
Sofa bed is super uncomfortable either to sit or to sleep, I had a back pain. Bed is alright, not too bad.
Bathroom needs refurbishment, it's very old and has broken tiles and some ancient not working heater, doors are stained.
Kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher, there was no washing up liquid either.
