stayed here three times now and gets better every time! We've had three different rooms - all are a great size, well decorated and very clean. It's in a great location - really central. The staff are friendly and welcoming and it's always really easy to get, get your room key and get straight to your room.
nothing - we are highly likely stay here on future visits to Hebden Bridge.

Hebden Townhouse is in a great location in Hebden Bridge. The rooms are comfortable and you're less than a minute away from places to eat and drink.
Some of the rooms are opposite the pub next door, so you may not be able to sleep with the window open. Breakfast is a basic, continental-style buffet: reasonable-quality items but nothing that stands out. There were three staff every day at breakfast, but they were not attentive and you'd need to get their attention for a second cup of coffee (something we didn't manage on day 2). We don't expect shower gel etc in the bathroom, but this was supplied: one sachet to last two of us two nights.

Great location, nice room
It was impossible to shower without soaking the floor

Great property - perfectly clean and room was spacious

Wonderful location, lovely comfy bed, nice sized room and bathroom. Wonderful continental breakfast and lovely staff on hand
Bathroom outdated and could do with a real deep clean - not particularly dirty but lots of limescale, water marks and worn features on the shower and toilet

Absolutely huge room with a lot of attention to detail, this was definitely a boutique experience with nice touches such as complimentary pastries on offer. Location was really nice and the continental breakfast was rich, varied, and plentiful. The self check-in worked flawlessly and communications from the hotel were good. Excellent Thai restaurant opposite the place too. Would definitely stay here again!
It didn't bother us, but as it's a central location, there are a couple of bars/pubs with quite loud music nearby which might bother light sleepers. It's the UK though so they close pretty early.

Le charme de la chambre, l’emplacement dans le village, le petit déjeuner, l’arrivée très pratique. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir
Rien, tout était parfait

Everything about Hebden Townhouse is fabulous! I have stayed several times and never want to go home!
The rooms are spacious and have high quality furnishings, the staff are very friendly and everything is exceptionally clean.

Attention to detail.
Nothing, it was perfect for my needs.

My favourite thing was the standard of the room, very comfortable and stylish. Very convenient location. Really grateful to be able to store my bag easily before and after check in. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I appreciated the kettle and hot drinks. It was nice to have somewhere in the room to sit too. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I think that the breakfast is basic for the price. Last time I stayed staff offered me a soft boiled egg but this was not available this time. I did have a hard boiled egg but it's not the same. Little things can mean a lot.

Had a lovely stay overall, great location. Staff were lovely, breakfast was lovely and the bed was ridiculously comfortable!
The shower area in our room was a bit grubby round the edges, nothing awful but could do with a proper clean.

The access during late night due to arriving late, the friendly staff were more than accommodating during breakfast.

Lovely decor. Bath was beautiful and view from our window was pretty.
When we arrived. Our room was freezing. Took over an hour to warm up and feel warm enough to get a bath and get ready to go out.

The booking system, access, room factilities were all excellent and went beyond my expectations.
The shower room I had was fine but could do with a deep clean and the raidator didnt work. (Cant remember the room number but it was on the top floor turn left and it was the first room)
Also on my booking request I asked for a breakfast to take away which was agreed on my booking. I requested this as I was leaving the accommodation at 7.00 AM on a Saturday morning, to continue my walk along the Pennine Way, this request was agreed on my booking but when planning to leave on the Saturday morning no such service was avaialbe. So I started my 30 mile hike to Gargrave with no food but had paid for it.
Value for money grade above is in relation to this point.

It was clean and the staff was friendly
Not that I didn't like it but there was no boiled eggs on the Sunday which was a bit disappointing.

Property was lovely and the room was decorated so nicely. We stayed in room 8 and the slipper bath was amazing and had views of the canal.
The property was exceptional.

Really comfortable bed and the shower was just as described. Nice room looking out on the street, breakfast selection was good too.

excellent location for rail travellers.
Breakfast was freshly prepared , varied and ample.
A warning before booking that there were 2 flights of stairs to the room. We managed but hubby has knee problem and struggled somewhat. However, did not spoil a lovely stay.

Lovely room, felt personal and cosy.
Very kind and helpful staff, especially offering safe storage of my bike.
The room keys were grab your own, which I didn't mind but my name was on the board saying what room I'm in. It made me feel a tad uncomfortable having my info on display.
4.4
Very comfortable bed.
Nice linens and towels.
Luxurious bathroom.
Nice furnishings and design generally.
Would have liked a shower as well as a bath.
4.4
Lovely clean hotel. Lovely decor and good breakfast
The fire alarm was faulty and went off twice in the evening. However, the staff were prompt to resolve this and also offered us a discount on any future stay .

Perfect little B&B in a great location.
The decor in the room was stylish with homely touches. Very comfortable.
Check in and out very easy.
Hallways were very clean and nicely fragranced.
Continental breakfast was lovely and plentiful.
Had minimal contact with staff but were friendly and helpful.

Central location with.lovely views
Being on the main road a lot of noise

Perfect location, very well maintained property, quiet and peaceful but close enough to everything you could need.

Our room smelled overwhelmingly of sewage for the duration of our stay. It was very uncomfortable and distracting. When I called the help line, I was told that it was not possible to move us to another room and that the staff member would inform her manager about a possible partial refund, but we never heard back from staff.

very clean, huge bed, stylish furniture, lovely breakfast, powerful shower and good facilities. it was in a convenient location for the Trades Club as we were going to a gig there. We had a nice view over canal and surrounding hills. we’d definitely stay here again.
it’s a pity there was no parking. We were able to move the car to a super convenient car park around the corner from the hotel, but this had been full when we first arrived. I suspect most hotels would be like this in He don Bridge.

The room was spotlessly clean, bathroom facilities were lovely and great location in the centre of town.
Nothing!

Wonderful room, very comfortable, and a great breakfast.
Very noisy from adjoining bar.

Fantastic stay! The room was lovely and very comfortable in a prime location. Check in was easy and we were shocked at how nice the room was. The bed was very comfortable and they had thought of everything we would need.
Most of the room was clean however, there were a few cobwebs and a dead fly on the floor when we checked in. But we didn't mention this in our stay so they didn't have chance to rectify. Just a note for the future :)
4.4
Modern, clean room. In the centre of town.
Room was very hot even with the windows open. Would of preferred an option for a full breakfast

Easy to access using the code on the door & key on the hooks. The bedroom was an okay size & very clean, a nice feel. Because it’s right in the centre you have a good pub/eatery next door, a great Thai restaurant over the road and all of Hebden’s amenities behind you. The breakfast was continental style & the yoghurt & granola & pastries were fresh & tasty.
There was a ‘drainy’ smell in the bathroom that wasn’t noticeable when we arrived but got worse through the night. Because the property is on the main road there’s a lot of traffic noise. I did ask for a quiet room but was told I’d be better staying outside Hebden centre - not hugely helpful. There’s no shower, just a bath with a hand held attachment. There’s a notice on the wall telling you not to splash - but it’s quite difficult, wouldn’t a shower cubicle or curtain be easier..? There were lots of pro’s about the Town House, but because of the smell I’d probably try somewhere else if I stayed in Hebden Bridge again.
