Manya was the perfect host. Everything was spot on: the decor, the breakfast, the books in the rooms etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great Breakfast, served to the room and really well presented. Really great hostess friendly and informative, room was really well furnished with every thing you would need. The property is an a great location in the centre of Hebden Bridge
Steep stairs - but that is the nature of the property.

Good location, equipment, parking, cleanliness and management. Good price for the location.
Manager helpful and friendly but couldn't help with the fussy heater. Comfy bed though I prefer a king size.
Bit rough around the edges on the detail which is very common these days, even in more expensive places eg tatty bits, trailing cables, lack of sockets in the right places etc. A bit of attention to detail on maintenance would help.
Main issues were the most impractical kitchen layout I have ever used, too much unnecessary equipment as well which caused clutter and the ground floor heater was impossible to fathom and kept switching off which was annoying, and cold. Instruction book useless. Be fine for summer though.
Towels would be handy. I didn't know they weren't included. Bad for backpackers and those using public transport though.

Charming old terraced house in central location - very handy for all the lovely independent shops, pubs and restaurants of Hebden Bridge, and the gig we were attending at The Trades Club. Decor was lovely and suited the era. Beautiful bathroom, although separate toilet was on the next floor up from our room. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Asked what we wanted for breakfast (there was a choice of 3 things - we picked porridge and scrambled egg on toast which were lovely) bought it up on a tray, then knocked and left it outside for us. She also let us leave ur bags after we checked out and went for a walk up though the woods the next day. Would definitely stay again.
Maybe the option of a full English would've been nice.

Such a lovely host who accommodated our early arrival time, getting the room ready and giving us a key and car permit. The breakfast in bed was unexpected and unreal, very very yummy eggs. Extremely good location right near everything you could need for a brilliant day out in Hebden Bridge.

Great location and really comfortable room, very stylish decor with a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Also a nice touch that there was cutlery and plates in case we ordered food. Read lots of reviews about the breakfast and it lived up to the hype. We chose sourdough toast, fruit and yoghurt- but were offered options eg. Porridge with fruit or scrambled eggs on toast. highly recommended stay

Excellent room and facilities, tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very nice. Parking permit was provided to park in the street. Hebden Bridge is a very pleasant town.
Bathroom isn't en suite but that's only a very minor point.

The breakfast was delicious and loved that it was delivered to our room! The bed was soooo comfy and the extra little things in the room like biscuits and books showed how much the host cares for her guests.
Could have some black out blinds but wasn’t a problem!
