I liked that it was a boat trip to Tallin and there were tax-free shop. Beds were okay for a ship, it was good to sleep on. We met awesome people on the boat so it was really nice :))))
The bar was really little time open. There are people who go back to Helsinki in the morning so the bar should be open for late. The bathroom was pretty small and there was water on the toilet when we got into our cabin.

View of Helsinki in the morning from the upper deck.
Many people use that just to buy cheap alcohol.

The cruise was as expected.
The check in and timings are a completely waste of time if traveling only a few days. Booking.com informs you that check in is 2 hours prior to departure, which is a complete waste of time. I tried to message Viking and they just said check in times are not flexible without providing the actual times. And when asked when I arrived, tried to blame it on booking.com even though I messaged them and they responded to the same effect. Cruise/entertainment on it was also pretty boring compared to the larger cruise from Stockholm to Turku. Would certainly advise that one more. The room and bed were also not as clean/more broken down.

It was a great way to relax and see Helsinki and Tallinn from the water, and at a great cost compared to hotels on the land. A nice way to relax after 20+ hours of flying

It was great to see the sea before sleeping.

It was a great deal for the price. It is a very nice experience to spend the night here rather than in a hotel. There are a lot of things to do inside, places to go and eat, and the cabins are good-sized.

It was fun as all booze cruises. The accommodation was nice (we had the seaside premium).
The cruise was too short. I wish we could have gotten off for a few hours in Tallinn (we had to stay on the boat the entire time) and have a few hours on the way home to have a nap and go to the duty free shop on the boat.
The night club shut too early. Nowhere to buy drinks after 3am.
A bit expensive bit I suppose so close to Christmas prices are naturally higher than normal.

The stay was absolutely terrible and we regret that we have selected this option.

Clean and pleasant accommodation with lots of services.
Unfortunately, the overnight cruise to Tallinn means you are not allowed to leave the ship and visit the city. You have to "enjoy" the facilities of the ferry and forget about an evening walk. Quite important information that does not appear anywhere in the description. In the morning it was seen, that many people went to enjoy cheap alcohol at duty-free prices. Drunk people were sleeping in the corridors with cartons of beer.

clean toilet/shower and cabin. cheap option to stay one night in helsinki.

Its a nice experience sleeping in a cruise. Its our first time and its memorable. The bar, the stores inside gives comfort in everything you need especially if you are hungrry. The bathroom is good. You are allowed to bring your own food if you are in a budget.

Excellent value for money, more interesting than a hotel
Some disturbance at night, required research for check in time which differed from the Booking reservation and would have preferred earlier than 20:00

Very nice experience, first time in such ferry. I enjoyed it a lot.

It was not my first night on a boat, I was surprised with how comfortable the cabin felt. The whole boat was welcoming and clean. EXTREMELY affordable for Helsinki's standards, unbeatable!
The TV in my cabin wasn't working (but I didn't search for assistance further, either).

Cheapest "private room" type accommodation in Helsinki, but...
...but maybe you're better off with a regular hotel or hostel.
It says that check in from 18:00 to 18:30 - it's a lie, check in only after 20:00. (So I can't leave my bags in my room for the afternoon like in a regular hotel and I had to wait two hours in the building, because I didn't want to walk around in the rain with a backpack.)
You won't get a proper night's sleep because people are constantly moving, walking, talking, cursing, slamming doors on the corridors and there is virtually no soundproofing.

Interesting way to spend a night. Different than a traditional hotel, with really nice views of Helsinki and Finland islands.
We were under the impression that this was a “mini cruise,” when in reality, it is a passenger Ferry to Tallinn, with rooms available to sleep in. I guess I thought we would be cruising out to see Finland stars, but instead we spent the night docked in Estonia and couldn’t see any stars at all due to the city port.

Great view for a reasonable price
Possibility to eat in the different rrestaurants.
The bed was comfortable.
The shower is very small - which you have to expect when sleeping on a ship.
In the morning you might wake up from the guests staying in Tallinn, that are leaving the ship early in the morning
