Fantastic location and value for money

Perfect location spacious and well equipped

No bedside tables and side lights. No mirror for hair dryer in the bedroom. Would be better with just one wardrobe

Enjoyable, but location grubby street especially as you head towards Union Street. Convenient location for rail station.

Spacious and clean, with all facilities available.

Towels were hard and need softening. Plus flannel appeared to have paint on it?

very clean, modern, spacious with everything and more we could have wanted. so close to the centre, a 5min walk to the shopping centre.

only criticism was the mattress was slightly uncomfortable as it was sunken in the middle. still managed to get a decent sleep though.

when the unseasonly Scottish weather disappointed it was just prefect to come back to the cosy flat and relax, a sweet h

it’s homely, welcoming and has everything you need. near to everything and great for our dog too. aberdonians really loved him!

the neighbours have an outdoor space right next to the dining room window, which they use to smoke (funny smelling stuff) 😉

Great apartment, with great location.

Great size for us as we both had to work from the property. The comms from the host were great and helpful. the facilities were good.

Bathroom let it down a little, mould round the bath etc. Was quite noisy location but that’s to be expected for a city centre apartment. The bedroom could have done with bedside tables as there was nothing to put phones on or glass of water for through the night which was annoying.

Highly recommended for the amount of room and the convenience of the location.

It really was an incredibly spacious flat. Fantastic location, close to transport and shops. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was amply stocked as was the bathroom. Plus plenty of room in the bedroom for unpacking.

The property was warm and comfortable and very central. The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed. Sitting room and bedroom were both warm and comfortable.

Great apartment in a central location

Lovely spacious and tastefully decorated apartment in a central location. The hosts were really helpful and accommodating. We were staying for Christmas and they gave us an early check in and late check out which was brilliant. Nice extra touches in the apartment like a Christmas tree, decor at the fireplace and the hosts also left us a bottle of prosecco and some chocolates.

A bit of noise from the building and street but that's to be expected.

as soon as I entered the flat I was delighted, totally my vibe. I’ll bring my dog next time

it’s above a guitar shop, so the strumming coming through the floor was really nice! it’s cosy, with all you need and in a great location. cute decor and the bed was perfectly comfortable.

not enough hot water for a bath sadly & some curtains in the lounge would’ve been nice for privacy

Exceptional

Flat was very clean and tidy and was situated close to shops . Pint of milk in fridge and biscuits were thoughtful , and all facilities were off a high standard. Host was helpful when l had a query about something . Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay in flat that was bigger than expected.

We liked the bathroom and the cleanliness of it. The bed was comfortable and a good size. We liked the channels and apps provided on the TV. The sofa was comfortable and the overall size of the flat was bigger than expected.

The refrigerator and the space around the stove were not as cleaned as expected. Missed having a sofa table in the living room and bedside tables (just a shelf above the bed would have been enough). Kitchen tap was dripping and the bin was hard to open (button seemed to be on the way to stop working). Soundproofing was not the best.

Lovely flat, everything very well appointed. Lots of really nice touches - eg milk and biscuits in the kitchen, (and although not needed this trip) the availability of hot water bottles and umbrellas. Tastefully decorated, bright and airy, and fantastic location close to city centre, train and bus station.

A lovely, central flat full of character.

We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be back. Parking close by, central location and very accommodating for our two dogs as well. The property had lots of character, space and was extremely clean. Thank you again!
