Excellent location but in need of TLC

Excellent location, easy check in, quiet & safe complex.

Cleaning could be greatly improved. Dirty grill pan found in oven, fridge was smelly, a used vape left in kitchen cupboard. The main bathroom not very clean, soap scum on the glass shower panel and the drain would benefit from being declogged as the water was slow to drain, causing it to flood the floor. Hairs and clothing labels were left in main bedroom. Generally found the apartment a bit tired, the walls and sofa were marked and would of benefit from a freshen up & deeper clean as some areas dusty. Also, disappointing that you can’t leave the car later than 10 am on check out as the “cleaner” needs access however, the apartment was found not to be very clean and the dishwasher was on and filled when we checked in at around 5pm indicating that the cleaner had not long left..? A suggestion - Leave an extension lead as the plugs are not sited close to full length mirrors or mirrors suitable for hair styling.

Miserly Management

Looks attractive

Here there is no love but money. Be sure to book refundable rooms for there are policies forbidding any changes within 60 days. And management will take advantage if you must cancel due to COVID, adding financial hardship to your misery. Other inns responded kindly waiving any penalties. But not here.

Excellent Apartment with everything you need for a short stay! Location was very good a short walk to the town centre

Not a problem for us ! But if you have elderly or youngsters the stairs are quite steep

We had a great weekend in Harrogate; the stay at the property was pet if what made it great.

great property. very modern. we furnished. I forgot my laptop in the property, and the staff worked with me to retrieve it. thanks.

It was not very clear that you had to turn on the hot water boost way in advance to have hot water in the showers.

Greatest location modern apartment with points to consider

The location is great. Apartment is modern and spotless clean, fitted with high quality appliances.

But few things to note: 1. There’s a hidden cost - when making a reservation, you will be asked for a deposit. This is not unusual. But you will have to pay for administration fees of 10 pounds. 2. The apartment is for 4 adults. But there are only 2 chairs. And no dining table, so you probably can’t plan for a dinner. 3. Please check the hot water is switched on. We had an unpleasant experience, when came back from a day out, longing for a nice shower, to notice that it’s cold.

Still a perfect place for holiday.

The property is spacious as I only stayed with my son while waiting for picking up my daughter from school. The apartment is nice and clean with all equipments needed.

hot water is not enough for Bath but sufficient for shower. No lift as room is on the 2nd floor.

A table with capacity for 4 people to have breakfast would have been good. A hand held rinse aid attached to the shower would be useful.

We all enjoyed staying at One Love and will definitely will use it again when visiting family.

On arrival we found that one of the bedrooms had not been made as Twin Beds as we asked for. We had prior to arrival that this would be carried out.

A great break in superb accommodation.

The One Love Appartment in Harrogate was exceptional.It was very stylish with great art work. Equipped to a very high standard with everything we could need. All Bosch appliances- even the kettle and toaster. Parking at the door and the door entry system worked really well. Highly recommend.

Struggled with the tv as it had been left on Netflix., but that was because I do not usually have to sort out the tv.

Great apartment, perfect location, would highly recommend

Great location close to the shopping centre and parks. In a quiet residential location. Property was secure and gated, so felt very safe. Property of a very high standard, clean and comfortable. Arrival information sent well in advance and advised how to contact if required during the stay. I would recommend this property.

10am checkout is a little early, 11am would have been better.

Lovely property with parking & good location. Great for able bodied people but not ideal for seniors

Car parking was great and location good

This property is not ideal for seniors. It has two flights of stairs to climb and the King size bed was right against the wall! We managed with some difficulty to move it enough to be able to get in and out of the bed.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

The location of the apartment was perfect to walk into the centre of town. Everything was accessible by foot so no need to drive. Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from! Enjoyed the Turkish Baths and Betty's Tea Room. The public garden near the apartment was nice to have a wander through.

Main front door didn’t lock, main shower flooded the floor and hadn’t hoovered behind bedside cabinet. 10 am check out time too early.

Happy Harrogate stay..

The apartment was beautiful, everything we needed. It was really close to the town centre but also very quiet.

The only thing we had a problem with was heating the water. More explanation of the booster switch would have helped.We couldn't get the heating to work in the bedroom without the ensuite.

Located within walking distance of Harrogate. Very modern & comfy apartment, parking space in gated car park

Could have done with a winter duvet in smaller bedroom as the radiator didn't come on at all and was a bit chilly.The rest of the flat was warm.
