Location and thats it.
We had stayed here before in lovely rooms on the top floor with a dedicated elevator. This hotel part of the building seemed separate from the student accommodation in the rest of the building. However this visit we were put on the second floor in what was clearly very basic student accommodation. We couldn't even make tea or coffee in our room. There was a shared kitchen but it was filthy and the fridge contained stale smelly food, absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. How they have the audacity to charge £95 per room per night for this awful experience is baffling. Broadview lodge was our preferred accommodation for our regular visits to Norwich but never again, there are many far better options and cheaper. We complained at the time but we have had no satisfactory feedback or apology so sadly we must leave this review to warn other potential guests.

The place was nice
When we came back to accommodation there was no one to ask how to find your way to your room we was lucky we had a key and then manage to ask someone coming by which way. but there was a few others who did not have there key yet and they had no way to get in there accommodation. Other than that we had a lovely stay

Location was excellent for attending an event in the sports centre. They provided towels, shower gel, soap, tissues. Window opened which was great as it was hot and a fan was also in the room. Beds very comfortable. Fairly easy to find key collection point after hours.
A few hairs in the room and bathroom when we arrived. Shower didn’t drain well and water ran out under bathroom door. Reported it to staff the next day who were very polite and friendly and apologized.

Breakfast was good. Location was a 5 min walk. It was busy so there was a queue. But the food was good and most enjoyable.
There was no fridge in the room. There is no light in the bathroom.

We loved the location as it was lovely and close to the gig we were attending and the room was nice and clean and quiet, it was nice that we could also open the window for fresh air as well.
We didn’t get any breakfast as the receptionist said that where the breakfast is will be very busy as there was a swimming competition as the breakfast was not in the same building we stayed in.

We stayed here to attend a gig at the UEA, so very pleased it was just a two minute walk away, and free overnight secure parking is a big plus, room was cosy, but plenty for our needs.
Nothing on the hotel's part, just be weary if you are staying at the weekend your only option for dinner is the CO-OP and the only place open for breakfast on Sunday is the SportCentre cafe a 15 minute walk away and a bit expensive.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and efficient
Could not sleep as the room was outside the student bar which stayed open until at least 2am and was very noisy.

Really close to the LCR where the concert took place, just a 2 mins walk. Easy check-in and check-out process. There's a convenience store nearby the campus where its just a 2 mins walk
The pillows weren't so great but we were there for just 1 night so its okay

The location of the hotel, 2mins walk from the music venue at UEA, was excellent. Very helpful staff; I had requested an early check in, which is normally 12, but could already access my room at 9.30am. She also helped me to reserve a taxi. Room small but clean and it had everything I needed, good bed, & shower. Kettle for tea and small but efficient heater.
Nothing
