The condo is in a neat old school building, with modern refinishing. It has high ceilings, wood floors, and lots of brickwork. The 2 bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The living area is small, but we didn't use it much anyway, since we were just there for an overnight stay. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, and was close to our mountain bike race venue. We would definitely book here again in the future.

Very cozy and nicely updated apartment. This property is very well maintained and in a very historic building of Leadville. Love that this property was made into apartments and restored. Would definitely stay here again!

There’s some great things about this place. The location is amazing, 8 minute walk to downtown. The historical building is really cool and beautiful. There’s a washer and dryer right in the hallway which is free. You’re a little up on the hill so there’s great views of the mountains.
And there’s some things that aren’t so great. You can really hear the people upstairs when they’re walking around. They came home very late one night and woke us up. I realize the owners can’t do much about this but heads up. The beds are not super comfortable and very squeaky. The shower drain was backed up so it would fill with water during the shower.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the price I think they could make it a little nicer.

We enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect home base for a variety of hiking excursions and sightseeing. The property was clean and spacious and the heaters did a good job of keeping it warm. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a historic building that was modernized inside. The tall ceilings and exposed brick made it very up-scale looking. It was very clean and bright. The check- in process was very complicated, however. After we found the building, it probably took another 45 min to get into our rooms. You really do have to read their multiple pages of documents.

Great overall stay, everything was fully stocked, and really unique building. Loved the access to downtown.

The washer and dryer was a nice added touch!

This was a cool building and space. The location was ideal... close to downtown. We were comfortable, and the response time to all inquiries was impressive.

The property was clean and a nice space for two people. The extra layer of having to download an app to check in was cumbersome. It went down to 40 at night, and we had trouble warming the place up, but once we figured it out, it was fine. The place is centrally heated apparently. The washer/dryer was located in the hall, but we had no trouble accessing the appliances. We couldn’t find recycling bins on the property. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. Our bed was comfortable. Leadville is magical.
