A fantastic stay made all the better by the lovely Dympna, she was just amazing and professional and went above and beyond - to check in on us and the house. Excellent communication from her pre-check in too and she even messaged to warn us about roadworks in Terryglass. A 5 star service. The house was spotless and well equipped, it’s a very reasonable price for this area.

can i start with positive's the property was what i was expecting and the location was where i booked and was easy to access for a person who has mobility issue's the negatives was the kettle leaked which was an issue as we hand a young child with us the amount of cobwebs was ridiculous yes i understand it is in the country but on checkout i was told the property was cleaned on Saturday and we arrived Monday evening cooking facilities i.e. pans need to be reviewed as no suitable for a family cook to small the internet was rubbish constantly buffering and loosing connection on check in I was told that the electric would be about 10 euros a day to be given a bill for nearly 80 euros so found that a joke u think with the extra charge and the price i paid for the holiday was more than its worth the bills should be included i am hoping that someone will reply to the email as i don't think my full experience was value for money and should be addressed

Spacious and comfortable house, quiet with all the facilities you need. Terryglass is a lovely village and the quay area is idyllic, especially for swimming in the hot weather. Sharon was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the area and always at hand if any queries. Dining chairs in poor condition. It would be nice if there was a shorter route to the quay area instead of having to walk up to the village and back down the quay road.
