A lovely ,well equipped, ground floor flat.
High quality fixtures and fittings .
Well positioned with sea views.
Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the amount of noise from neighbouring flats.

This is our fifth stay at the flat . It never disappoints. We always look forward to visiting.
I am not going to give it any more fantastic reviews because if I do I will not be able to book it again as it will be booked out !!!! Haha

Central, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Very close to Brighton Pier and the Electric Railway. Apartment was faultless. Very light, clean, modern and everything you could want for a very comfortable short break. Despite being so Central it was in quiet area immediately overlooking the seafront. Simon the host was very helpful in providing comprehensive information for our stay as well as organising the invaluable parking permits which I would highly recommend. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment ( and as my family say I am extremely fussy and have high standards).

I was very impressed by Simon’s lovely flat. It was tastefully appointed, spacious and had a view of the ocean even though it is on ground level. Terrific little Peruvian restaurant down the street and easy walk to pier and multiple restaurants and pubs. Overall a nice place to stay in Brighton. Good public transportation and easy bus to Brighton station trains.

We rented this two bed, two bathroom flat so we could make a short stay out of our Brighton marathon event amd stayed Friday to Monday.
When we booked we thought we might be joined by friends who we were going to be ask the host if they could be added to the booking. It turned out to be just the two of us so we only used one bedroom and one bathroom. The space was great and this apartment is plenty roomy enough for one or two couples.
The inside of the flat was a total surprise (it shouldn't have been because the photos are 100% accurate) but the vibe the flat gave off was purely relaxation and luxury.
We used the larger of the two bedrooms which had the en suite. Bed was really comfy, plenty of floor and storage space. Was a total treat having a telly in the bedroom, not to mention the bathroom!
The lounge was lovely and bright with a decent size table to eat at. Two very comfy sofas and great lighting options for the evening.
The kitchen was very well stocked with probably more pots, pans and utensils that we have at home (we were particularly happy to find a smoothie maker!). Some of the kitchen handles needed a bit of a wipe down, hence the 4 out of 5 on cleanliness, but don't let this deter you.... everything else was very clean and this was really not that bad.
Location for us was great. Close enough to walk where we wanted to but far enough away from the loud bars and clubs to allow us to wind down.
The flat itself has a seafront view and to the right you can see the pier.
It's located in a really nice neighbourhood with a great Indian restaurant that we ate a meal out at and a cafe literally at the top of the road. The business owners / front of house were very friendly and welcoming and it just felt nice to have a community feel in an otherwise big city.
No doubt about it, we would love to rebook.
