In Memphis for college visit to Rhodes college. My daughter stayed on campus so I was looking for a place close to campus and to give me a feel for Memphis. Lovely, cozy space in a combiner location. Wonderful pasta and pizza place a block away. Also a Fresh Market few blocks away. A very relaxing space to return after a busy day around Memphis. Checkin was easy, designated parking space. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great rental! The space is airy and bright and feels super homey. The bed linens and towels were luxurious and clean. The bedroom felt like a tranquil oasis with a super comfortable bed. The kitchen had all of the amenities you would need, the bathroom was very clean and shower had great water pressure. The host nailed it with the perfect blend of home/hotel

My family and I booked this property last minute for new years. The pictures online look exactly how the property looks. We got info on check in process right away, parking was very easy. House was overall amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Some friends and I were in town for the weekend visiting Memphis for the first time. The property was perfect for the four of us - being 4 girls, safety was important to us and we felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood. There is private parking behind the property, so we weren’t worried leaving our car out somewhere more public. We were within 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. If you’re looking for a fantastic breakfast place, try out Sunrise Memphis - it’s only about 5 minutes away from the property. Overall, great weekend! Would definitely book again if I find myself back in Memphis.

This property is absolutely the best VRBO I have ever stayed in! So beautifully decorated, perfectly cleaned! Everything I needed was there! Sean was so easy to communicate with, and he always answered very quickly! I plan to go back as often as I can to visit my daughter and this will be my “go to” place! Fantastic! Thanks Sean!

The unit was clean and very well stocked with kitchen items and linens. Only problem was the AC went out. The owner was quick to communicate and find a solution for us. The place is close to a big park and zoo. Parking is conveniently behind the unit.

It was a nice clean spacious space only issue was there was 25 stairs in back to climb to enter unit or 20 in front to enter...glad I didn't have a disability but other than that it was wonderful

Our stay was awesome! The property was just as pictured. Location was great. No more than 15 mins from all the areas I planned to visit. The only con-we stayed in the 3rd floor unit and the front and back entries had doors with uncovered glass panels. This caused a privacy issue as if someone accessed either stairway they could see right in. And with the position of the bathroom right off the kitchen it makes travel after a shower vulnerable. We covered the back widow with a blanket as there were hooks above. Otherwise the place was super comfy.

Good location, however, the housekeeper did not obviously clean/replace the beddings because we found hair all over these. The gray pillow had obvious white stains. Otherwise a comfortable place. I would still recommend the place and would come again if the above concerns are addressed.

This adorable place really could be late as a 2 bdrm, the living area had its own door and made for a nice plus for privacy. Nice touches all around. Central to pretty much everything. Communication was easy, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Memphis.
