Really friendly staff. Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Location is close to so many restaurants and shopping. Very popular, as it was full every night. Clean and pleasant overall.

The water in the sinks initially came out brown in color. Did not trust it for cooking or drinking. Used our bottle water for brushing teeth. The toilet flapper did not seat each time you flushed to the toilet continuously ran until you jiggled the handle. When it was filling or running there was a high pitched sound. Breakfast was marginal moldy bagels the cral seemed stale.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a very quiet location, almost in a business park area. Parking was easy, rooms were spacious and clean and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and nice to have fresh fruit. Overall. very positive

Spacious room, great for the price. Property was obviously older, but pretty well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Check-in staff was very friendly. Morning staff not so much. Maybe they still needed to finish their coffee. Parking spots are at a premium; that was probably the worst of it. Plenty of parking all around, but none of it allowed for the hotel guests.

Very very comfortable beds. Clean, friendly staff, really like that they offer soda at breakfast. Food was nothing exciting but it tasted good. Definitely would stay again!

Neighbors were arguing and banging on the door between 10:30 and midnight. Smelly dishwasher - like something dead or rotten fish. Pool was lovely and our kids had fun. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

We stayed 1 night at the Staybridge. The rooms are older but very large. The bedroom seemed a little cramped but the bathroom and kitchen/livingroom were large. The breakfast is honestly the best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time!! Brenda, the breakfast attendant, was amazing! The choices were abundant and we all left full!

The hotel has extremely limited parking. We had to always park down the hill and behind the hotel. No security and other cars had busted out windows with garbage bags half covering and half torn off. We emptied everything from our vehicle and were glad we were not vandalized. In the room it was a suite and there was one half with a kitchen and living room type area but the 2 queen beds were squeezed into the room with only 4 inches between the bed and wall. I had to crawl over the end to get in and out of bed. I think my daughter had the most room with the sofa bed. Overall it was clean, our teens liked the pool too.

It was mold in the bathroom. Also my car along with other cars was broken into and they said because i booked with a third party it’s nothing they could do. They had security but they said the tire was flat and they didn’t get it fixed until the later the next night right before night shift. So day security was there for nothing and night one wasn’t apparently doing the job either. All the cars was broken into and they wasn’t by each other it was spaced out on both parking lots back and front by the cameras. I wasn’t notified about it either and I placed it on my information paperwork I was giving to fill out. Be careful booking in this area because the breaking in the cars happens/happened frequently.

Pool area had about 40 to 50 people in it. Most of the people were not staying at hotel. It was very unfortunate that our kids couldn't swim. There was also someone with a dog in the pool. Marijuana smoke filled the air in pool area and inside hotel. Pool area was out of hand with no staff walk through or anything. I'm very disappointed in our stay.

It was pretty quiet which was nice. But the room we were in had water damage, spiders, and the furniture was scratched and dinged up. Looked nothing like the pictures-- the hotel was actually pretty old and dingy. It was also pretty clear that the staff didn't want to be there. (The people who checked us out were kind, but not so much the others.) For what we had, I would not have expected such an expensive hotel. Won't be going back.

I have stayed at many Staybridge and by far this one was the nastiest…I didn’t like the no parking! That made the stay hard. I also didn’t like the security driving through the parking lot very fast almost hit my child! Very unprofessional

Close to a lot of popluar areas. Breakfast was okay, decent selection. Couldve used better meat options like bacon once in a while, or gravy for the biscuits. Staff was nice. Room curtains were dirty and broken, couldnt shut all the way because of it. Shower head had water rust and buildup, handicap assemble showers way small. Other than that, room was pretty clean, comfy beds and pillows. Nice appliances and dishes are a bonus.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Your vehicle will be broken into and the manager nor the property owners care one bit about you being violated!!! This should be something you are told up front, that is is a very frequent thing!!! At least 6 cars were hit along with ours!!! The only employee that gave a crap was the young man ( Courtney) that was kind enough to vaccumn our vehicle out so we could travel back home.

Property was a little older and not like some of the new Staybridge Suites I have stayed in. Rooms were ok, but not great. Hallways and stairs seems a little worn out. Also, parking was not good. Very few spots directly around the hotel, there are business lots directly around the hotel, but were told that you could not park in some of them.

After reading tons of reviews of hotels in the Memphis area, we hesitantly booked the Staybridge. It was wonderful. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. Area was nice that we took walks in the morning and never dinner feel not safe. Highly recommend this hotel.

We just returned from the happy hour . The gentleman assisting with the happy hour was very nice . The strawberry shortcake cookies were fantastic.
