This house has potential but is not very well maintained or managed. First the positives. The house is a great size for a larger group of people. The views are very nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and the house is close to things to do.
Now the negatives. Overall the biggest issue is the cleanliness. The surfaces and floors are swept and cleaned, but that is it. On virtually every surface above a person’s head there is a thick layer of dust and cobwebs.
The other major problem was the mold and musty smell. The minute you walk in the house there is a strong musty smell. Many of the bathrooms had mold growing around the top trim, which the owners did address and had cleaned the same day. But our group should never have had to note this problem to the owners. The house should be fully cleaned, especially since there is a $295 cleaning fee.
Lastly, the small things: the sound system in the media room was not connected properly and even after letting the owner know, it was not fixed. The media room also had fairly damaged walls and not all of the chairs reclined. The pots and pans are so damaged we had to buy our own to cook during the trip. The knives are so dull they can’t even cut an apple. The towels are worn and feel like sandpaper. We found several dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers. Many of the walls need fixing and the carpets are pretty worn.
I would not recommend staying at this property, which is a shame because the house has potential.

We really enjoyed our week in this cabin during our first visit to the Great Smoky Mountains. The location was perfect, halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, situated in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for our 8-person family and our dog, large kitchen, lovely deck with stunning views. The only criticism would be the cleanliness of the bathtubs/showers

We have stayed at numerous locations in the mountains. This cabin is by far the best place we have stayed. The cabin is very clean and very spacious. It is out of town just far enough for a peaceful stay but close enough to town to quickly go to dinner or attend attractions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!!

The host was very responsive and the property matched the description. It’s a roomy place and close to all the attractions in the area. The whole family loved the game room and hot tub. There were a couple of issues with the property being stocked (specifically with bowls and clean towels) and the thermostat had an incorrect setting at first which kept the place super cold, but the property manager fixed the issues in a timely way. We had a great stay!

Our family took a short trip to Pigeon Forge to celebrate my grandson’s 7th birthday. We had family from 60 years old down to 2 years old. Everyone had a great time with something for all of us to enjoy. The cabin was clean, spacious, with well maintained furniture. It was also beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay with this host again!

My family met in Gatlinburg for a long weekend and we enjoyed this cabin very much. The kids had a great time with the games and movie room. The kitchen table was large enough to seat all (10 adults and 6 kids) of us which was awesome!

This cabin has it all. We were in the perfect place at the perfect time. Every checkbox that you can think of can be checked by this cabin. The boys ages 7 and 6 stayed downstairs in the arcade, hot tub, and movie theatre. The girls ages 4, 2, and 1 stayed up stairs playing, watching tv and looking out at the beautiful scenery. The adults were everywhere and there was so much room. I just loved this cabin. I wouldn't change a thing.

Property was very comfortable with plenty of room and activities for the entire family. Great location within minutes of both major cities. The hosts were very attentive and replied promptly when we contacted them. My only advise is to replace the futton in the TV room which was broken.

We were so happy with the layout of this cabin 😃 with so many small children 11 is the oldest and 5 all under the age of 4😱. Loved the theatre room and game room both were used constantly. All bedrooms were a good size with good closets. Loved the very large kitchen and the dining area sitting 14. Will do this one again…… very close to busy Pigeon Forge. Again loved this place.

The cabin is located in a perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The handful of times we communicated with the owners, they responded quickly and provided information/answers. Our four families had plenty of room to be together for meals and games and plenty of space to spread out inside the home. Highly recommend this home to anyone with a larger family or group of people staying in the Smoky Mountains! Would stay here again in the future!

Great space for 6 adults and two small children. We appreciated that sll the bedrooms had king size beds so we didn't have to argue over them! 😉
We also really liked having 4 bathrooms, each bedroom having their own.
The deck outside is a really nice space although in the heat of the summer the afternoon sun might be too much to really enjoy it
All in all a nice place and we had a terrific family vacation.

The house was clean. It had all the necessities in the kitchen as we stayed in most nights to eat. Lots of amenities to do inside the home. Highly recommended!

We stayed here several years ago under previous ownership and it is even better now! The ktichen and dining space are great for large group meals, and the spacious common areas give plenty of room for everyone to spread out to do their own thing during down time. Highly recommend for reunions and similar gatherings.

Excellent cabin! Great communication between owner and Property Manager. Location is fantastic! The cabin is not as well stocked as others I have stayed at but has enough amenities for your first day. Cabin provides 1roll of paper towels, 2 and a half rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one cloth kitchen towel, 4 bath towels and face towels per bathroom. If you’re accustomed to using more, you will find shopping for the items a breeze. Everything is within a stones throw! Beds are super comfy! Cabin could be a little cleaner for my taste, but not a major problem. Beautiful theatre room and arcade! Plenty of parking and lots to do within the surrounding area. Very quiet and clean neighbors! Getting to the cabin was a bit tricky. Be careful of the ditches! But once you get the hang of it, getting in and out is a breeze.

We loved our stay and want to try to do it again next year again! We loved being so close to everything but still the feel of the mountains. The house met all of our needs.
Our whole family said it was our best mountain vacation to date. Vicky, the property manager was great. She reached out to see if we need anything and to find out how our stay was going. Thank you Doug and Vicky for sharing your lovely mountain house with us!! IT WAS AWESOME!!

This is a beautiful, spacious home that had room for 12 adults and one teen to spread out and have space for those who worked remotely. Morning coffee and evening wine on the big upper deck enjoying the view was loved by all. Living room was big enough to gather and play games with much laughter. The couple of housekeeping issues were addressed with the owner. All of our children/grandchildren had a wonderful time.

The Topping's were great hosts. Responded promptly and checked in to make sure we were having a great time. The cabin location can't be beat, it feels remote but Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are just a few minutes away. There's lots to do around town but we spent one night taking advantage of all the cabin amenities (hot tub, pool table, air hockey, arcade machine). The media room took some finagling to get to work, but we were able to stream some TV and movies.
Overall, this is a great place to stay - highly recommend!
