About this house rental

Welcome to the Circle City Charmer! Your home away from home in the heart of the city and close to everything Indy has to offer. Our home was built in 1880, and presents old world charm with fresh upgrades, modern finishes and traditional decor. The property includes a two car garage, private and fenced back yard with table, chairs, grill and fire pit. Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate at our coffee bar and sit on the porch to enjoy! Our home is perfect for hanging out or a quiet place to relax after a busy day. Perfect for business professionals, families, attending sporting events, or a cozy night in. Close to the new Bottleworks district & Mass Ave and one mile north of Monument Circle and the convention center. Less than a mile to 8 downtown hospitals.

Guest access
The entire home, garage and fenced in backyard including all amenities will be available to enjoy. Make yourself at home! Enjoy this entire two story home and private parking in the two car garage and a private back yard (unique in the city)! Within walking distance to many downtown corporate offices, less than a mile from 8 downtown hospitals, and many places to eat and entertainment!

While city life brings with it the usual commotion, we have taken steps to mitigate city noise. Please ask questions or check out our reviews if you have any questions!

Sleeping Arrangements: The home has two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and a single rollaway, and in bedroom two, a queen bed and a queen air mattress. There is an additional air mattress and the couch is also an option (while not a pull out). The home comfortably sleeps 5-6. The rate includes up to 5 people. There is an additional guest charge of $35/per person per night.

Most downtown locations are a short walk, Uber, or scooter ride away!

Parking: Feel free to use our 2 car garage. The driveway can also accommodate an additional 2 spots. There is also street parking available.

PLEASE review all house rules and consider before booking. If you are unwilling or unable to abide by these rules, unfortunately our home may not be a good fit.

NO smoking (of any kind, anywhere on property. We have external cameras and we do charge for breaking this rule).
NO parties (this includes gatherings and additional unregistered guests
NO pets / animals (this does include ESA, sorry we have extreme allergies)
ALL guests and accurate headcount must be verified and registered prior to door codes being sent.

Charges will incur for rules not followed, excessive damage, additional cleaning necessary, extra guests (more than 5), evidence of smoking in or on the property (of any kind) and bringing pets. Thank you for respecting our home as you would your own, we strive to make this a great place for all of our guests.

The house was cute as could be and very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the stocked coffee bar and extras that you don’t often find in rentals. Toilet paper and Kleenex were what I would have in my home. There were spices in the kitchen along with foil, plastic wrap and even parchment paper. Beds were comfortable and the outside area made it nice to sit outside. Also loved being able to park in the garage. It was roomy enough for both our car and SUV.

Our family of three was in town for a national swim meet and spent seven wonderful nights in this great house. The kitchen and master bath have everything you could want and more. Both beds are super comfortable, and the location is perfect. The garage fit our large SUV! The house is in a safe, darling neighborhood with a local bakery a couple blocks away and The Garage just a few more blocks down. I was able to jump onto the Greenway easily and walk daily. We will definitely stay here again next summer…This house is a gem!

Everything was clean and charming. Comfy beds. Within easy walking distance of so many spots and a city running trail. Go for a walk around the neighborhood and see the gorgeous Victorian homes on Broadway and on Park. Hosts were super responsive and gracious. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Indy! Thank you!

Stayed here for a lax tourney in Westfield. Easy commute both ways. The place was exactly what we needed, quiet, clean and roomy. The laundry room was. Huge bonus for two stinky lax player unis. Will stay again next time we’re in town!

The house is so cozy and clean. It’s close to everything we wanted to do. We’ve never stayed in a better VRBO! Ashley & Terry have the house stocked with everything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable. We also loved the organizational touches with info about the house, a checklist for checking out, area attractions, and more. Thanks for a great stay and we’ll definitely stay at the house again next time we’re in Indy!

This was a great house. It had everything you could need, even a garage. The house was extremely clean and close enough to walk to lots of places. Also a plus was the AC which was so good, really cooled well on the 95 degree days. The King mattress was very comfortable too!

This property is beautiful. Right in the heart of downtown close to everything. The house is homy, comfortable, & has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds are comfortable & they even suppy nice sound machines which we really enjoyed. Hosts are very friendly & kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitly stay here again when visiting Indy!

We loved the comfortable home and the private outdoor patio space. The off street parking was also nice. The host was very responsive and provided all that we needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to return and visit more of the city center area.

We traveled to Indy to see the Tina Turner musical and this was the perfect spot to stay! We were able to walk to pretty much everywhere! The house is so clean and comfortable, and the access to a garage and parking in the city was a huge plus. Thank you for sharing!

We stayed for a couple nights over spring break. The house was wonderful! Central location, spotless, charming, and good size. We had excellent communication with the manager, no issues getting into the property and loved the garage. We would absolutely stay again.

House is exceptionally clean! Loved the location for short trip in indy for visit to museum and zoo. Loved walking to Blue collar coffee company in the morning. Would definitely recommend this property!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend while in Indy to watch NCAA basketball. It was a great location for a home base, short walk to lots of restaurants and a quick Uber/Lyft to the downtown area. Would definitely be walkable in warmer weather. The house is located kitty corner from a fire station. Lots of late night calls with full sirens. Sound machines were in all the bedrooms but could still hear the sirens since they drove right by the main bedroom window.

Everything was great. Communication with Ashley was quick, house was very clean, and check in was clear. The garage access was a big plus as we utilized that for entering/leaving. Would stay here again if we return to Indy.

Beautiful house right in town. You’re really just a few blocks from all kinds of stuff. The garage was a great bonus and quite rare from what we saw in the area. We had a tiny issue with garage door code not working, but the host was immediately responsive, and came out that day to address. Overall a great house, great host, and great stay.

Wow! This rental was as close to perfect as we’ve ever had. Great area! Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked house. There was literally nothing that we needed missing. Comfortable beds and a secure garage too! Great setup indoors and a nice private yard to enjoy. I can’t say enough good things about this house.
