My dog and I enjoyed our stay while on our road trip and needed a comfy little spot for the night. the stairs up to the bedroom are a little steep if anyone is challenged in that way but a great cozy place to stay.

The place was clean. And quiet. Not bad but the stairs going to bedroom were narrow and slippery. Also was not aware it was a small house behind a bigger house off the alley. O Overallnot

My husband and I mostly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the cottage was charming and clean upon our arrival. The outside was not as charming, but it wasn't as nice as the interior. We appreciated the full kitchen and bath. It was great that we had a washer and a dryer at our disposal. The wood floors were beautiful. The air conditioning was just perfect for our late July stay. There were a couple of things that might have things a little easier, such as some written directions on how to use Roku, and how to check out. My husband and I have some joint issues and struggled hoing up the stairs. A railing all the way up would have been helpful. Thank you for your support during our stay. It was great knowing we could send a message and hear back from you quickly. There were a couple of things

Arrived at the house, entered the code provided by the management - no dice. Tried a couple different ways, no good. Checked we had the right place, yup. Called the management, texted the management, msged them. No response. Called VRBO help, who also tried to get the management for 15 minutes. After almost an hour of jet-lagged complaining from my kids about when we could get in, we bailed. Booked a last minute hotel. Save yourself the trouble. This manager doesn't care to operate the property so you have access.

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect little place for us and our dog for a couple days. My husband I even mentioned some of the features we should incorporate in our house. The house was well stocked with anything you might need from pet supplies to laundry and cooking supplies. We also loved the outdoor area with the green space and porch chairs. It was clean and well laid out. We loved our stay here and if we come back to Spokane we will definitely be a repeat guest!

Really lovely interior, clean, modern and comfortable main living space and great kitchen. Great location near city center and waterfront. Hosts very responsive. It was perfect for us except for one thing. Not recommended for older guests with mobility issues. Stairs to only bedroom are steep, insufficient handrail at the top. But bed is very comfy with first class linens, once you get there.

Exceptionally clean. We only stayed one night but it had everything we needed. One note is that the stairs to the bedroom are narrow so people that have problems with stairs should be aware.

The unit was clean and it was nice that parking was off street and right next to the unit. There were no issues with the unit being clean and ready on time. There were two beds, one was the pullout sofa downstairs and the queen sized bed upstairs. The stairs leading up were extremely steep and while there was a handrail, I wouldn’t recommend an older person trying to navigate these, especially in the middle of the night to use the one bathroom downstairs. The unit was updated nicely but for the life of me I couldn’t figure out why there would be no USB charging plug outlets in the unit. The only one was on the back of the smart TV and that only works if the TV is on. The neighborhood around the unit is not someplace I would walk at night and some houses could be boarded up and do not look lived in. Overall, the unit served the purpose of moving my daughter back from Gonzaga, it was 7 minutes from campus, but the neighborhood and precarious staircase made this a less than ideal stay. Again, the owner and communication were very good though and the unit was updated and very clean.

It was a short one nice day for work. But I travel to Spokane a lot and looking for other options than hotels especially now with getting rewards back. Place was great had everything of staying extended time. Cozy loft bedroom mattress was so great. Little different having to find tight parking in alley but I enjoyed the night after work. Would definitely stay again.

Host was very accommodating and quick to respond! I had to change around my dates and then our stay ended up being during an extreme cold spell and the host provided extra heaters and directions to keep us warm. Would definitely stay again!

Pro's: The yard was clean, the house was well appointed and the property manager was accessible, easy to work with and kind. Con's: The driveway was so small that we almost couldn't park our truck in it. Luckily my husband was able to tuck in the mirrors and do some jostling to get us in the driveway. If he hadn't of been able to make it work, there wouldn't have been any alternative parking. The neighborhood can only be described as sketchy.

We were in Spokane for Gonzaga parents weekend. The house was clean, had lots of natural light and was comfy for our quick visit. Stairs might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or small children. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this comfortable Spokane property. Julie was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions of places to go, and her input was greatly appreciated. The cottage is just as it appears in the photos, all the necessities were supplied and we had everything we needed. Great space for our family, including pet, staying for a weekend hockey tournament. Everything we needed was there. Updated space and fabulous shower! Will definitely book again if we return to Spokane. Julie was very accommodating with letting us check out a little late.

This tiny house is in a great location. It was very clean, toasty warm for the winter weather, has a wonderful size kitchen & bathroom for a small home & one can easily walk to both Corbin Park & Riverfront Park. We’ll keep it saved for future visits to Spokane.

The cottage was an island of clean, restful, and spacious calm. The furnishings, kitchen and bathroom were tasteful and immaculate. The washer and drier were a welcome plus. The owner responded quickly to a question. Our only difficulty was that the lovely and comfortable bedroom was on the second floor and the bathroom was downstairs. The stairs did not have a handrail that went all the way to the top. This was a challenge and would be to anyone with mobility or balance issues. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay.

We just had 2 weeks at this wonderful cottage during the hottest days of the year. The unit was fully air conditioned on both levels so more than comfortable. Kitchen, bath and laundry well stocked, anything you could need. Owners considerate and made contact to see if we needed anything. Nice yard, pet friendly. No concerns at all about the neighborhood . Highly recommended!

This house was perfect for our stay to celebrate our daughter’s graduation with her Masters from EWU. We actually walked to Veterans Arena, which was so nice. Inside it is updated and spotless. The host was easy to get a hold of and responded super quickly. We will stay there again if we ever need to go back to Cheney/Spokane.

Comfortable. Clean. Very newly renovated house. Stairs from the upstairs were steep and irregular to navigate at night. The bedroom is up and the bathroom down. IF you are reasonable nimble, they are manageable. Kitchen and bath were very nice.

We were absolutely shocked at the surrounding properties when we arrived at the property. Most of them were boarded up and people were still living in them even though there were boards on the windows. There was graffiti all over the place on the fences sides of the houses et cetera. While the interior of the property did show nicely there were renovations that had been completed that did not look safe or to code. The property was located on a dirt alley that was very difficult to navigate. There were no outside street lights in the alley either. We remained at the property for about an hour trying to reach the host and assess our situation and decided that it was not safe to stay so we left before dark and found another place to stay.

Such a well-designed little cottage! Beautiful maple floors, well-equipped kitchen and bath (even a washer and dryer available to use) and comfortable bed. Highly recommend.
