Spacious apartment and equipped with a kitchen that has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and oven. Very convenient if you need to prepare quick food. It was very comfy and clean. The location was great, 15 to 30 minutes walking to the center and main attractions. The check in and out was digitalized and smooth.
The wifi was terrible and it almost didn’t work during the full 4 days stay, it connects and disconnects at the same moment, regardless that they gave me different usernames/passwords but non of them worked at all, it affected me negatively as I had to work, so i had to purchase an expensive data bucket 100+ usd to use it and do my work. The water tab in the bathroom was not working properly and the sink was clogged. It didn’t have a kettle to prepare a tea.

Location and parking included
The place only had air conditioning in the main bedroom upstairs. The rest of the 2 floor apartment was hot all day and night. No fans at all in the entire place. Very uncomfortable . Asked for fans and was ignored. Also there was a dirty toilet upstairs with urine in it when we arrived.

La localización, y el piso en si está genial equipado, está nuevo y es muy cómodo
La primera noche no tuvimos agua caliente, el segundo día avisamos de que no había control de tv que dijeron que harían algo al respecto pero no lo hicieron (igual llamaron a la puerta pero no estabamos y como no había vigilancia/recepción 24/7 no se pufo resolver). El dia del check out alguien nos tocó la puerta 2h antes del check out diciendo que "estaban haciendo prueba de llaves" y despues cuando salimos esa misma persona nos dijo que dejaramos la puerta abierta porque su llave no funcionaba y asi ya limpiaba. No creemos que esa persona fuera del staff de limpieza porque no llevaba ningun distintivo, ni toallas, equipo de limpieza... En caso de que fuera alguien externo, la seguridad falló y mucho pues estuvo dando vueltas por el edificio. Si no falló, no entendemos por qué molestan a huéspedes a las 9am y 10:45am cuando la salida es 11am y podríamos estar descansando hasta entonces. El último detalle que entendemos que no es obligatorio, pero hoy en día pedir que un alojamiento te guarde las maletas y no lo haga... Nos ofrecieron late check out por 1000pesos hasta las 13h o reservar una noche más. Una pena porque nos hubiera venido fenomenal.

La publicidad decía 2 camas individuales y solo tenia 1 , y la regadera de un baño no funciona correcta

Las instalaciones excelentes, ubicación cercana al centro.
La limpieza debajo de las camas, faltó papel higiénico, no estaba abierta la llave del gas y tuvimos que esperar a alguien lo hiciera. Tenía la opción de una terraza pero nunca nos dieron la llave. Sin embargo no fue necesaria porque no la utilizamos.

The review is asking me - what did you think of the breakfast? Breakfast? what breakfast? No one informed me whether it was available or where to find it.
Check in was a nighmare. Truely the worst experience of a self-check in ever. EVERTHING IS ELECTRONIC. There is no one to contact if you have any issues checking in. It was like some horrible sci-fi film. It took minimum 30 minutes to load apps, etc. to get inside the place. Once inside, the place is fine. There was hot water on the first day but no hot water for two days after. I received an automatic email "greeting" me in the morning and stating that if I had any issues or questions I should write them. I wrote them about no hot water and that the door handle to the bathroom was about to fall off and that the shower was not working properly - it sprayed water in every direction except the direction of the person taking a shower -- I never heard back from them. I wrote them again and never heard back from them. There is no host.

Both bathrooms were out of body wash. One didn’t have conditioner. It leaked heavily when it rained. Wish it had a cutting board, a cork screw.

the wifi was absolutely horrible. my partner and i found it impossible to work here even though it bills itself as co working co living space! the units also do not have A/C so it can be quite warm inside during the day.

Great place all around. I've stayed here a couple of times and never had any issues. The location is very centric and the self check-in service is nice to have. Looking forward staying here again for my next trip.

We liked the location. The style and interior design of the loft is very nice
To get through the front door of the building you need to download an app for your phone. We were told that once we registered we would get in without any issues. We arrived late at night and both of our phones were not recognized by the system. As there is no 24 hour staff we only got in by sheer luck, as some residents let us in when they returned home and we showed them that we had a reservation. Otherwise we would have had to spend the night on the street.
The loft has no a/c and the portable fan in the bedroom was not enough to cool the place down. The tap for the bathroom sink did not work the first night and after being told the next day that it was "fixed", it only produced a drizzle of water. There were no rags to clean the tables and counters after cooking and eating.
Given the considerable price we had to pay, there were just far too many issues. We did not enjoy our stay and can not recommend this place in good conscience.

Stylish - Yes! Modern building. The location was great - walkable, food options close by (shout out to Taco Fish La Paz), and El Centro & Historicos.
There was no closet in my suite. The bathroom sink spigot was clogged, and I had to brush my teeth in the kitchen. There was no response to a message sent through Booking.com.The internet was terrible. There was a WiFi extender in the suite to go through masonry walls?!? Roku TV connected once the onsite manager helped.
Modern - NO!
I would like to suggest a perfect placement for an IKEA piece for that suite.

Lovely apartment that was perfectly positioned for sightseeing. Really comfortable and well equipped place.
It was disappointing that WiFi was a little unreliable (both in apartment and co-working space) as this was a stay specifically chosen for remote working.

No one responded to my struggles with the site access app. These struggles were identified prior to us being at the hotel. Thus, we were unable to get in to the facility or our rooms. The phone numbers did not work, no one communicated directly with us. No one was there after 6:30 pm contrary to what is advertised. We sat outside for over an hour attempting to make contact with someone who could help. This was the second time that's happened. I will not be back unless improvements are made to check-in.

The sofa full of dog's hair. Pillows in the small bedroom unwashed and full of the same hair. We asked for a change of pillows and it was only done the next day. No word of ,,sorry" whatsoever...
We also asked for a refill of soaps and shower gels cause they were empty. Some got refilled, some remained empty. There's ONE roll of toilet paper 😂
The water in the shower gets cold after 2 minutes. Then the boiler does weird sounds and smells like gas.
There is not one cloth or towel in the kitchen.
Main bedroom doesn't have enough ligt and bedside lamp doesn't work. Overall the loft is very dark and quite cold with no direct sunlight.
The place tries to be cool and modern but you can see it is managed from afar and with zero attention to detail. I wouldn't write all of this here, but they sent an automated text msg from USA asking for comments about the flat, I replied and had no answer :D
To enter you need to download an app which is a bit annoying, plus they never registered phone numbers of my companions, so I was the only one able to open the door. If your phone dies you have no way of entering the building.

During our stay we raised a major concern about poisonous gas exhaust fumes leaking into the suite from the water heater when it's being used. On our first morning after showering my partner could smell the gas fumes and checked the space where the water heater is installed only to be overcome with gas exhaust fumes to the point that his eyes were burning and he started to have headaches and feel sick.
We raised this concern to both the property & Booking, and were told that it was fixed, however it wasn't. We asked what Booking could do but were told all we could do was leave a bad review. Here it is:
- Hot water in shower is intermittent, mostly ice cold.
- Soap, shower gel bottles were empty / property didn't refill them after notifying them, so make sure you have your own
- Patio door lock was broken so couldn't be secured until my partner fixed it himself.
- Only knife in kitchen is 3" long, not very useful for cooking!
- Oven needs to be manually lit, but no lighter is provided. Bring your own!
- WiFi can be spotty and is quite slow.
- No temperature control so gets cold at night.
Maybe think twice about using Booking.com. They obviously don't care about their customers' health or safety. Our trip was ruined and it feels like I would have to submit a hospital bill for them to actually help. Shameful!

The apartment we stayed in (403) was really lovely. It has a large living area with a good-sized kitchen and dining table on the main level, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level and a private roof terrace on the upper level. There is also a lovely communal terrace outside the coworking area with comfortable seating. The showers are great, with loads of hot water.The location is great, you can walk to many places in the historic centre and if you want to use the subway, you can reach a stop within a 10-minute walk. The block has secure underground parking.
The main issue with this place is that the Wifi is not good. Despite them having a dedicated co-working area, inexplicably the WiFi is not fast enough for video calls and will keep dropping out. We spent around $40 US on phone data to be able to join work calls during the week we were there. The building entry system (via the ParkMovil app) is a bit temperamental and we couldn't get it to open the parking gates to leave on the last day. The kitchen is a bit lacking in utensils (there is not a sharp knife for preparing meat and vegetables, or oven gloves for removing hot dishes from the oven, for example). We flagged this on the second day and were told they were looking into it, but nothing ever appeared. They were supposed to fix a bedside lamp that was found to be broken on arrival, but never did. We also ran out of toilet paper, and despite asking the cleaning team twice, none was ever provided so we ended up buying our own.
