A yurt with a marble bathroom and kitchen is my kind of yurt! Very luxurious and thoughtfully equipped.

This was our second stay at Acadia Wilderness Lodge and we loved it. On the quiet side of the island, a beautiful 20 min drive to Bar Harbor, and plenty of space for a family of 5.
The Yurt was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities. Perfect for a home base as you explore the area, or a cozy night in after a long day.
We'll definitly be back.

The yurts were beautiful and we had a fantastic stay. This was a perfect place for my wife/myself and two kids (12 and 10) who shared a room with bunk beds. Inside of the yurt was impeccable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the quieter side and easy access into Southwest harbor and Acadia. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Acadia Wilderness Lodge Yurt! This was our first time staying here and hope it will not be our last. The yurt was so nice inside and very clean. Our children loved the outdoor game area, making s’mores at the community fire pit, playing with some of the other children, and they even collected a couple eggs from the chicken coop one the morning! They were sad to leave and asked if we could stay another night.
The owner I met was so kind and it is evident she truly cares about the property.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back another time down the road!

This was a very fun place to stay. I had never stayed in a yurt before, but this was great.
The rain on the roof is a wonderful sound

We are so glad we stayed at Acadia Wilderness Lodge! The yurt was super clean and very nicely decorated. The finishes were spa-like. The beds were comfortable. The temperature was fine too. You can hear outside noise - but they do provide ear plugs, but none of us used them. We had alittle rain which was a nice sound on the yurt. Management was responsive to an issue we had with water heater - took care of it ASAP - very professional and kind.
The location is near the park, but away from the crowds. Beech Mountain was a nice hike - entrance is close by. Southwest Harbor has restaurants & coffee shops less than 10 minutes away. I stayed at an Opal property in Bar Harbor last month when we came to the park. While that was nice - it was VERY touristy and crowded. I prefer the Acadia Wilderness Lodge and will stay there again in the future.
The picture in the listing showed 2 twin beds and a king size bed. The yurt we got had bunk beds, We made it work, but if that is an issue for you - be sure to clarify what you want for beds.
Again - we loved it. Nothing negative about our experience. Look forward to coming back!

Everything was just amazing. My only compliant was that I wish we had a few more nights to enjoy the complex, oh (and maybe the rooster at 4 am LOL).
The property managers were outstanding! Friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. We can't wait to revisit. Thank you so much for everything. Wishing you much success in your future endeavors.

We really enjoyed our stay in the yurt. The space was perfect for our family of five. Yurt was clean and comfortable.
We had a great time meeting the other guests around the fire pit.

We found this property to be perfect for our family of five. This location on the less crowded part of the island was ideal with easy access to Acadia and Bar Harbor.
This was a unique lodging option and we loved it. This is glamping at its best. To be honest we were so busy experiencing everything the island has to offer that we really only slept here. With a longer stay I could definitely see enjoying the property amenities. The game area looked fun and the fire pit is really nice.
The only negative is the water has a bit of a sulphur smell but it was not a problem.
We would definitely stay here again. I recommend it for you and your family.
