Bed bugs and blood on the bed

Never had a issues spent £900 with this place but some reason Owner upped his prices and turned against regular users Owner told booking.com that he has private parking but doesn't have cameras or willing to help as our car got broken into and damaged but its in the policy Dried blood on the bed and bitten by something as I have marks on my arms legs and chest Nothing available so needed to go to town to buy things so we can stay they Pillow is so thin used towels to prop them up Room always freezing

(Almost) faultless for the money

Clean & comfortable room. Great location. Free Wi-Fi. Complimentary coffee. Very good value for the money.

I'm nitpicking here but: shared bathroom facilities (though I knew this when booking & it's absolutely fair for the price paid). Unlocking the outer door took a few attempts as the keys require quite firm presses and you have to wait for an audio confirmation after each - which isn't easy to hear with the traffic noise from the main road. The room is absolutely not soundproof (I could clearly hear the comings and goings of others in the building) so I don't know why the description claims it is. The TV recognised my usb device but flatly refused to play any files from it, for reasons I couldn't fathom.

Very clean , enjoyed it

There’s 3 rooms in the apartment and I was in room 3 which is where they keep the cleaning facilities for the other rooms in , I was staying for 3 nights and the cleaner had to come in my room on day 1 and 2 to get the cleaning stuff, very poorly organised they could of put me in a different room , I got out the shower and saw the cleaner getting in my room and it made me feel really uncomfortable

Alright in the end.

The room was clean.

The door was stuck and I needed to contact the owner who advised me about the door issue. Having never used an electronic lock I thought I was locked out and panicked.

Good location, with nice spacious rooms

The main road can be loud in the morning Be better with your own bathroom but we knew it was shared beforehand

does exactly what it says on the tin. The YouTube videos were super helpful

easy to access (after watching the videos), bathroom and kitchen clean and had the necessary basics (shampoo, coffee, mugs).

the exact location isn’t specified on google - and it’s not described particularly well, the only way I knew was watching the YouTube video and seeing the green door. another guest has the same trouble

Good value-for-money accommodation. ideal for a one-night stay, but let down by some detailed faults

Room, kitchen and bathroom were scrupulously clean. Comfortable bed. Despite the rigmarole over the locks, entry was straightforward and easily accomplished. Although the building is alongside a main road the room was quiet.

Room was not very warm. The electric radiator had complicated (and difficult to read) digital controls but whatever adjustments were made to the thermostat the radiator always switched itself off again within a few seconds. Bed was a long way from the light switch. Surely a small bedside light could be provided. The TV picture and sound broke up very badly, particularly on the lower-numbered channels which were unwatchable. I requested that the entry requirements be sent 24 hours before arrival because I would have only limited access to wifi on the day. This request was ignored and it was pure luck that I happened to be on Sheffield station at the moment the instructions arrived. The first video explaining the entry to the outer door showed only the location of the door, not how to operate the lock.
