It was a perfect tranquil farm like setting with wonderful views of sunset. The hike to river was magical and perfection beyond.
The staff and Dominic were so friendly and accommodating. We very much recommend!

I liked the laid back nature of everyone at the farm. Staff were friendly and took the time to get to know you, but also gave you privacy.
There are cats at the farm and they are present during meals. My wife is allergic, but the staff gave her a water bottle to spray them and Dominic lured them out of the eating area when he was around.

I loved absolutely everything about this property! Waking up to the sounds of jungle wildlife and the surrounding animals make it so serene. The daily breakfast is also quite delicious. What I actually loved most was Dominic and his staff. They truly make you feel at home.
I wouldn’t change anything!

The property was beautiful, so peaceful and lush after staying in the heart of San Ignacio! The meals were to die for and there were sweet kittens and dogs wandering around to love on. We really enjoyed chatting with Dominic - such a great guy - and he even showed us around the farm for a little hike/tour! The room was also clean and comfortable with plenty of space and everything we needed. Overall an excellent stay!
It was a little remote of a spot for not having a car, but there were taxis and amenities within walking distance.

Loved the nature scene and the view of the mountains.
Far location so was creepy at night as it was pitch black and the lights came off at 12.

Surroundings, sunsets, sky - so beautiful! Car necessary, as it’s 10-15 min from San Ignacio.. Dominic, Rebecca, Marta - all so helpful and kind. Lovely.
Older facilities, showing some wear…. But not a problem for us, and reflected in the price. EXTREMELY good value. If you’re looking for the Hilton, this isn’t your place.

The walk from the farm to the ruins was beautiful and not too far, especially when done early in the day. Good bird watching and howler monkeys heard. Food was good and Dominic is a lovely and knowledgeable host!
Only minor negative was the rather loud fan in the room.

An absolutely beautiful property, overlooking farmland and jungle with a view to Xunantunich. Dominic was a wonderful host, so much knowledge and such a lovely man. We had a delicious homemade dinner and breakfast and enjoyed exploring the property. Dominic helped us book a ride to the border and our driver helped us sort a lift from the other side to Tikal. A great one night stay - loved Nabitunich, would definitely return 😊

It was a magical place, absolutely gorgeous and so green. Every breakfast was homemade and delicious. Best of all is the owner, Dominic. Dominic takes great pride in his ranch and provides an excellent experience. It was fascinating to talk to him and learn more about Belize. We had very active and in depth conversations with him. We travelled as a family of 5 with our daughters and son-in-law, ages 26 through 30. They had a wonderful time as well.
Everything was perfect. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Dominic the owner was so personable and fun to talk to. He encouraged a communal atmosphere, and we spent a lot of time talking to the other guests. The location was amazing, and the sunset views can't be beat.

Tout ! La chambre conforme aux photos, spacieuse, jolie et confortable ;
Le petit déjeuné est extrêmement bon (très copieux) ;
Le personnel et le propriétaire sont adorables ;
Les extérieurs sont superbes (grande propriété dans la nature et très bon entretenu) ;
Globalement la chambre était propre mais peu mieux faire les sols et la poussière pourrait être mieux nettoyer

This was a great farm stay. We were birdwatching and the hotel is the closest to the Guatemala border and the hosts kindly let us leave our rental car there the night we spent at Tikal National Park in Guatemala. Birdwatching on the grounds of Nabitunich was pretty good as you can hike down around the forest and around the pastures- it wasn’t great birding the morning before breakfast due to fog and rain but I saw a few good species and my Melvin ID recorded a Northern Bent-bill that old have loved to have seen. Saw toucans, parrots and parakeets, woodpeckers, red-billed pigeon, wood thrush and a bunch of warblers. Lodgings were basic with lots of little extras like fresh flowers, a blow dryer, shampoo and soap, etc. The breakfast included was very good Belizean breakfast. Dominic, our host and the owner, went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and was great to visit with.
The walls are thin between adjoining units and since we both had colds and were coughing we worried we were disturbing our neighbors.

A perfect get away. Dominic was awesome - so knowledgeable and helpful. He talked with every single guest and gave great advice and attention. The grounds were beautiful. Kettle and plenty of coffee in your room. Beds are so comfy. Good water pressure. Everything we needed. Toucans, aracari, oropendula, butterflies, hummingbirds. Also, breakfast was great. A full breakfast and you could ask the ladies in the kitchen to make your eggs any way you want them. The entire stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was excellent. Eggs, bacon or sausage, beans and a big bowl of fruit. Coffee was excellent.
The only thing that would have made our visit better would be for us to have had our own transportation. That said, Dominick was very helpful in getting us takeout for dinner and arranging transportation and tours.

The breakfast was amazing and so fresh. Fruit, coffee, waffles, eggs everything was delicious. I also liked the wild cats, they were so cute and mighty hunters.
The heat, the rains had not started yet and it was very hot. However, running through the farm was a river so we could cool off in the evenings.

This is a beautiful farm space with cottages on the property, it's absolutely gorgeous. The premises are flawlessly maintained, the nature and beauty of the trees, flowers and birds is an experience in and of itself. The owners are super nice and the breakfast is big and tasty. (Plus really good coffee too). Location is very convenient for visiting the ruins and the surrounding towns, but far enough from San Ignacio that is very quiet and peaceful.

Excellent location, you can visit two beautiful Mayan ruins within 15 minutes drive. Close to the Guatemala border, too. The place is adjacent to a working farm and very beautiful with nice views. Lots of flowers. Host is very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is very good.
The room can be a bit hot.

Beautiful farmstay in the belizean countryside. The small cottages are nicely decorated with fresh flowers. The food was excellent and the host is extremely helpful. The Mopan river runs just 2 mins walk away from the farm. Altogether it's a wonderful and peaceful location

Great location on a farm. We were greeted to the sound of howler monkeys in the valley below, and woke to birdsong and cows. Friendly and attentive owners. Hearty breakfast reminiscent of English but definitely Belizean. No-frills dinner available at low cost. Room had great a/c and Wi-Fi. Closeness to Mayan site allowed us to arrive before the crowds. Quiet and peaceful location, the grounds are full of flowers. Great value. Shower worked well.
Just a comment that google maps calls this a Nabitunich Boutique Resort for some reason, and "Nabitunich"did not get us there - it was not a problem because we figured it out. Only cold water in sink and bathroom door would not stay shut - small things in keeping with the rustic feel.

So far the best decision we made during our vacation was coming here!
We enjoyed everything about our stay, from the delicious food and stunning nature to the super relaxed atmosphere.
Dominic is an amazing host and everyone we met on the farm was just genuinely nice, we really felt at home!
Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back in the future!

The place is beautiful. Dominic is a great host, full of information and good cheer.
The shower was never able to get a moderated heat cold to be able to actually get under it. There is only cold water in the sink.
