Great place to stay, just outside of San Ignacio. Perfect for a tour in Belize or day out to Guatamala. Several amazing archaeological sites to visit nearby.
Very nice and helpful staff. Swimming pool with bar and food service. Clean room with ac, large bathroom and nice shower with rainfall showerhead. Enclosed is also a balcony..Iron+board in room available, no fridge or watercooker. Hot water easily available at reception on request.
Extra info, from border to Tikal with 1,5 hr taxi cost us 500 Qtz.

We loved everything

a great place to stay to enjoy san ignacio and all it has to offer! the hotel has a great pool, the best employees and they have a great sister company to go to Tikal and the ATM caves.
the beds were not great but we didn’t have any problems with that

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Food and drinks were good and quite reasonable considering it is a resort. Karaoke with the Saturday night crowd in the covered swimming pool and bar area was a wonderful, noisy, tone-deaf blast! We actually booked an extra night for less than online prices directly with the front desk. We were having too much fun and wanted to see some more things in the area.
Cold shower in our Room 4 (in fairness, they had a sign saying it was farthest from the heater - where is it? San Ignacio? 🤣) There was nothing at this place that would ever keep us from coming back - in fact, we booked an extra night!

great staff - in particular Joshua and Jonathan. food was great, room was spacious and clean.
could do with some sunbeds or beanbags round the pool.

The view from the place (both from our balcony and from the raised walkway) was amazing.
Pool and the rooms were clean.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I'd stay here again.
I think with the tropical climate and the heat, all rooms should have a mini fridge to store cold water/drinks/snacks etc.

perfect location for exploring San Ignacio. the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant and bar were frequented by lots of locals which is always a good sign and it helped us get a much more authentic belizean experience. Thank you so much to Elmer, Aron, Dora and the rest of the team for a brilliant stay!

It was a great location staff was helpful and accomadating pool was realy nice very quiet
There was no coffee pot in the room when I asked at the desk they made me a coffee just would have been nice to have coffee in the morning.

good value. staff are friendly. extremely clean facilities
matching headboards would be nice and better/heavier water pressure.

Beautiful place, great location, Joshua went beyond what was required: reception closeds at 8pm but he stayed until we got there at 9.30pm. Love the idea of being able to order your food over Whatsapp having it either in the room or in the restaurant. The whole place is very convenient, accommodating and flexible, very family freindly.
The AC and one of of the fans were too loud to sleep with them on.

quiet and tranquil surroundings very accommodating
would be nice to have tea and coffee in rooms

The staff was amazing. BIG SHOUT OUT to both Katrina and Zane who made me feel welcome, cared for and special. They were there at every moment and answered every question. Kind, considerate, caring! Great customer service.
The music was BLARING from the pool all day long and into the night - so loud that I could hear it on my balcony. I think that many central American resorts do not understand that most travelers are looking for peace and quiet. The scenery was gorgeous, but difficult to enjoy since you could not have a conversation or enjoy a book outside. Also, the food was so - so. I had two dinner meals, pizza and shrimp scampi and ate only at the hotel due to convenience. Also, bottled or 5 gallon pour drinking water should have been made readily available for guests.

Service from the staff was excellent and the pool was wonderful!

I like that the staff was very friendly, have friendly smile for the whole stay. The bartender at the poolside was very helpful, didn't get his name but he was welcoming.
What I didn't like about my stay there is that I ordered breakfast and it did not came with nothing to drink that we had to ordered that separately. Also the peppers was not stuffed properly, really draining and not enough cream cheese 😫

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Location is beautiful with scenic views of the surrounding area. They had hummingbirds frequently around their birds of paradise. Because they have a sister touring company, booking tours is extremely easy and integrated with the hotel experience. Every tour we booked through the hotel was absolutely delightful and it's hard to say which tour is the highlight of the trip.
"Didn't like" is poorly worded. These are just things to be aware of:
Morning coffee service needs help. There's no coffee in the room and coffee must be ordered from the restaurant and is made to order (slowly). You may only be offered powdered creamer. Hotel should rethink how they provide coffee to guests. But, I love my morning cups of coffee, so disregard this if you can go without.
Floors are very slippery when wet, as there is ceramic tile everywhere and lots of steps. Rooms could use a little maintenance (i.e., curtain rods loose and shower nobs falling off). The front (basic?) rooms also had quite a bit of traffic noise, so if you sleep lightly consider upgrading to their deluxe rooms or ask for a room on the pool side of the property.
The location is a little bit out of the way so you'll probably need a cab (inexpensive) to get to dining elsewhere. At the end of the day, we were always too tired to venture out, so stuck with the hotel dining. Drinks were A+. I'd give food a B+ and, since we ate there so much, would have appreciated additional variety.
The tours appear to be curated experiences/offerings from subvendors. Would be helpful to clearly identify the subvendors so guests can do additional research and leave more specific reviews on the subvendor experience.

We didn’t request breakfast
Could have used a topsheet on the bed.
The hours for the pool should be included in the information booklet in the rooms.
1.0
The fact they let all of the locals use the pool as a public pool.
The fact they wouldn't give me any refund even though I requested one per property rules.

The hotel staff were nice. Upon arrival made sure we had everything we needed. The location is two hours from the airport, and we were allowed to check in early.
The restaurant food is not worth the price, pretty expensive for the quality of food. I recommend eating at a local place nearby.
