From the moment we opened the front door and saw the custom wall and the “Happy Place “ welcome sign as well as the signature scent- we fell in love with this place. Definitely will return! Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home with the most beautiful views and atmosphere!

Beautifully decorated and had holiday touches up already. Warm and cozy and had all the amenities. The daybed swing on the deck is where it's at! Watched a pod of dolphins swimming at sunrise and gorgeous kites on the beach across the bridge the next day. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Great private beach, the daybed swing overlooking the ocean with the sound of the waves was my happy place! The house is very clean and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms/showers are beautiful. If you are looking for a peaceful, beachfront Vacation- I would highly recommend. We are definitely booking again!

The swinging deck-bed overlooking the beach & pass to Galveston Island was an incredible place to relax. White quartz kitchen, island & new appliances (including crushed ice maker for the Margarheitas) and a morning coffee nook. Ample seating for dining & games both inside & on the outside deck overlooking the water. House is fresh, clean & loaded with beach themes throughout. Made a great stay for the whole family (grandparents, kids & grandkids) all under one roof of a beautifully appointed beach home!

The house was very up to date very well stocked and very well laid out. The attention to detail was awesome and the front porch swing bed was unbeatable.. The contact person we had for questions and minor issues was amazing and responded very very promptly and addressed everything quickly.

Kiki on the Beach is the best beach house I have ever stayed in! Absolutely beautiful! No detail was left undone. The bathrooms were well-stocked. The beds and linens were so comfy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including things that I didn't even know I needed like an ice machine. The decor was gorgeous. Our family of 12 had plenty of space to eat, sleep, and play.
The beach is literally only a few steps away. It was like having our own private beach, so peaceful! The kids loved looking for ghost crabs, hermit crabs, and sand dollars while walking along the beach. The highlight was watching DOLPHINS swim near us. The swing-bed on the deck was a perfect location to watch the sunset each night.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. My family made so many memories on our vacation. We will definitely book again!

We loved this house! Great location with two wonderful beaches. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture was not great to relax on. We loved the swing on the deck! There was a concerning water damaged spot right when you entered the front door that could be repaired.

This was the perfect beach stay I’ve had in a long time. The house was incredibly clean, updated, plenty of linens and beach items at our disposal! The location is perfect to enjoy the beach which is literally steps away from the house and so close to high rated restaurants/pub entertainment if you want to eat out. I can’t say enough how at home we all felt during our stay. It’s a must booking a d will definitely be booking this Kiki on the beach again!!!

We 5 girls absolutely loved our experience at Kiki On The Beach!! The host was Incredibly accommodating and quick to answer questions. The house is gorgeous inside and outside! We walked in to a beautifully decorated and extremely clean house with everything you could ask for! A keurrig, pots/pans/ cooking ingredients (oil,seasoning), cleaning supplies, TV, washer/ dryer, outside shower, sand toys, chairs and boogie boards etc. The porch swing-bed was our absolute favorite part and we spent most of our time on it. Coffee + swing + sunrise every morning was incredible because you can see it rising over the water. We will 1000% be back for the next girls trip and are recommending Kiki On The Beach to all of our friends!

The beachfront location cannot be beat! Loved the swing on balcony! The house is small but very cozy…perfect for 2 small families. One minor issue is the house is a bit dusty. I’m allergic to dust, so I was suffering a little. Nothing a better vacuuming job with housekeeping can’t fix. Looking forward to coming back.

Our stay was absolute perfection. Every detail has been thought of- dishes, spices, games, even super comfortable beds. It really had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of space for a large family. The house itself is just beautiful inside and out- very modern but still cozy and comfortable, and incredibly clean. And you truly cannot beat that view- the beach is right there and we really enjoyed sitting out on the deck, listening to the waves while enjoying our coffee/cocktails. We can’t wait to book this house again for our next little getaway!

We loved our stay at Kiki on the Beach! The beds were so comfortable and felt brand new. The space was so cozy and clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our trip (games, dishes, coffee maker, etc). The house is right on the beach which gave the most beautiful view while sitting outside in the mornings with our coffee. Management was also super easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Pros: The house is decorated beautifully. Great view off deck.
Cons: Kitchen lacking some needed items. I could only find one knife - (medium chopping knife). Beds are uncomfortable. There wasn’t anywhere to put clothes in Master. The beach right across the street is closed to swimming. It’s a short drive to public beach where you can swim.

I saw the picture of the house on FB and I thought what a great idea if I were to go here with my 3 daughters and 9 Grandchildren for my birthday. Well, when we got there we learned that the whole house swayed back and forth every time some walked across the floor. I’ve never been to a beach house so I thought that maybe it was normal? After we got settled in we found out that there was no TP, paper towels, beach towels, or propane to cook on the grill, all these things were advertised. The management did finally brings all the things we needed but seemed very aggravated to do so. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on and none of us got more that a couple of hours sleep the entire time we were there.
It’s a pretty home but you have to drive down the road to be able to get into the water. Not much that they advertised was the way it really was. Especially if you’re taking a baby, you need to bring all your own stuff you’ll need from home. I definitely would not go back to this particular house agsin.

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Clean. Plenty of room and right on the beach! My only complaints are they didn’t have a coffee pot for a pot of coffee just for a cup. And the dumpster for the trash far away. If we didn’t have a truck to put the bags in I don’t know how it would have made it down there. Besides that they literally had everything we needed for a great stay! We had a good time! Staff was right at your fingertips for anything we needed. Definitely coming back!
Ooooooo the mosquitoes were deadly! Man they are everywhere outside so be prepared they attack the second you open the door but your safe inside!

The house itself was fine, but we believe both VRBO and Vacasa had an affirmative obligation to disclose that the property is situated amidst an active construction zone involving heavy equipment, pile drivers, etc very close to the house--the rhythmic banging of the pile drivers, loudly forcing piers into the reluctant earth, does not a restful vacation make....the reason a party of two rents a house equipped to sleep five or six times that many is an obvious quest for privacy and only the sound of the Gulf water arriving on the shore--we were favored with neither--a contractor even came by to ask if he could park one of his large trucks on the property.......
Adding insult to injury, the house was not equipped with a coffee carafe--despite the fact that such a vessel appears in several of the photos included in the listing--forcing us to brew coffee using a tablespoon and a sauce pan....the rude indifference of the local Vacasa staff was the icing on a bitter cake.....needless to say, we will not be revisiting this property, much less Vrbo or Vacasa.

I wish we would have known before we rented that the beach across the street isn’t a swimming beach. The currents are dangerous. There is another beautiful swimming beach that was in that neighborhood that we used and loved. It was very close to the house but not across the street like we expected. Our whole family loved the house. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Nice they had a pack and play and lots of kid games

One of the things that stood out in this property was the patio. nice furniture and lighting and the view to the beach is beautiful. great place to spend your nights with families and friends and your favorite drinks. I recommend this place.

The house was 10/10 and exactly what it advertises. We set up on beach to find out it is a no swimming area and there have been 14 drownings due to horrible undertows, according to neighbors. I had texted vrbo to confirm this and they told me the sign that was in a distance saying “do not enter water. Violators will be prosecuted.” was temporary and would be removed. This was false and they actually will ticket you for being in the water. We were only there one full day and took the chance since we were already set up on the beach. It seemed perfect because we had 7 kids with us. Also, a house being built couple doors down, so it was extremely loud during our stay. Great little house, but I’d probably pick a different location on a good area for swimming.

This place was adoreable!!!!!! and clean! The view of the ocean from the balacony's were amazing. We sat in the mornings having our coffee it was so relaxing. The shower downstairs was so great to be able to rinse off before coming up. The service from the time we booked to the time we left was the best. Everyone we dealt with was very accommodating. Will definiently be staying here again.

We got to spend last weekend at this gorgeous home. When I tell you they thought of everything that is a huge understatement. This place has it all. You are directly on the beach, the place is decorated straight out of a magazine. I have two small girls so packing for them in our family is a process. Most times when we go somewhere I am lucky I remember the kids (JK). This place had noise machines, cameras, pack in play, board games, toys, and every dish you would need. So all the stuff I forgot I didn't have to worry about because they had it here.
The communication with the team was effortless and the booking process was seamless.
Between the balconies, sunsets, waves, and the space this place is a 5 star. You will not be disappointed.

My family and I stayed here for a 3 day getaway! It’s was perfect! We had such a relaxing vacation. The home is absolutely beautiful. It had everything we could possibly need. The layout is very spacious, we had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Our favorite part was the location. It’s right on the water!!! We were able to go back & forth from the house to the beach. This made is it super convenient. My husband said the fishing was excellent! The porch is also amazing! I enjoyed having my cup of coffee there every morning. The view was gorgeous. You can hear the waves rolling in. It was so relaxing. Our kids enjoyed playing all the fun board games at night that were provided. When I say the owners have thought of everything I mean it! We will definitely be booking another trip very soon.

Do you want to stay at a neat place?
The house is so well equipped and pretty that you want to stay longer! Good beds and plenty of beach and bath towels. Morning and evening relaxing on the deck with wonderful views of sunrise and the ocean-We were even able to enjoy a full moon! The house is right on the beach. Great parking and downstairs shower. Quiet and safe neighborhood with no beach traffic.

The Perfect Beach House Get-a-way
What an amazing get-a-way place, the perfect beach house on a secluded section of the beach, the ocean is your front yard just steps away. The views and the ocean breeze was phenomenal. When we weren't exploring on the beach we sat on the front balcony and watched the pelicans flying in formation and diving for fish, we also saw dolphins jumping in the ocean. The kids played on the beach all day, collected tons of shells, flew kites and we went ghost crab hunting at night. The house has been newly renovated, it was immaculate and the furnishings were beachy perfect and so comfortable. The house was equipped with everything you need for cooking, dining, it had all quality linens, towels, toiletries, games - you can literally just bring your toothbrush. Our family loved it, we wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book again, hopefully very soon.

Fresh, extraordinarily clean and well-decorated, Kiki on the Beach is the absolute perfect getaway rental. The home includes soft towels and crisp sheets, every kitchen gadget and cooking utensil you may need, games, cards, speakers, TVs, beach toys, and beautiful beach towels! The beds are of amazing quality and are not just tiny trundles. They are all very comfortable queen beds-everyone gets their well-deserved rest. The two beach-facing decks are fabulous with chairs and tables for sunrise coffee, shaded lunch or evening cocktails. One feature that’s cannot be missed is the location of this property. Unlike most other homes for rent in the area, this home is ON the beach. Forgot your sunglasses? No worries! You’re steps away! Unlike other beaches nearby there are no cars driving on the beach-so much safer and much more peaceful. There are sand dunes for the kids to play on and flashlights to look for crabs at sunset, even an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off downstairs! Everything is perfect! The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac - this neighborhood is private and very safe. Everyone is so very friendly and welcoming you want to become a local! We’ll definitely be back to stay at Kiki on the Beach-we had the most amazing time!
